I have purchased New Ford Territory Titanium Option 2024 model from Al TAYER Motors, Sharjah showroom in Sept 2023. Right after getting delivery started getting issues with my car. At odometer 935 KMS, started getting pre collision and automatic emergency brake malfunction and upon taking car to service center couple of times they did software reset only, returned car with the note issue has been resolved however it was never and then they found camera module faulty. Even after replacing camera module, issue remained there. Now finally ford has accepted there is software issue with the car which means manufacturing defect.

Car is with the service center since Dec 5 and still there is no solution or update.

Al TAYER is selling defective cars provided by the Ford.

Another issue I have found, gear downshift issue from 2-1 which initially I was facing while driving in bumper to bumper traffic, took to service center and service center says it’s normal behavior of car. I have dropped car 4/5 times to service center every time car gets worst. User manual says some times shifting will be more noticeable but with my car it happens every time when I apply brake. To compete market Ford has started selling Chinese made cars which has worst performance. On top of that they are not able to identify / rectify problems.
Al TAYER Motors, You can only Apologize because of lack of technical skills!

You dont even deserve 1 star! My car has been there for more than 1 month. I m not complaining for taking long time for service, sometimes it happens, the problem is there is no communication from them. I am not getting any response from any of the service advisors! Every day i call them and they say we are busy we will get back to you. No updates. From last 5 years i always do service from them. Also from same advisor! But the way they treat their regular customer! Pathetic! This is the last time m going to do service with you! Not any more!

**UPDATE: issue was communicated with Mr. Hussam and well-resolved… Looking forward to receiving the car** Very bad customer service. Not only that, they are so unreliable and the lack of communication between staff members is crazy! Each staff member gives me a complete different answer. I have been waiting for the car since July and until now, staff is still confused on when will I get the car claiming at last that it will reach by Feb, 2024 (Said by Tony, the showroom’s manager).
Really disappointed in Tony’s help services.
I requested a refund and not planning to continue collaborating with such unprofessional people.

Very bad customer service. No service staff can be reached. You must leave the car for an indefinite period and rent another car. Failure to adhere to appointments and not knowing any update regarding the car. The customer service call today, October 1, to Al Tayer maintenance in Sharjah, was one of the worst customer service calls, as the response was that the employee in charge was on leave. Call tomorrow. You must call more than a hundred times for anyone to answer your call

I have called the landline to book a service but I couldn’t reach anyone and kept on hold for 10 min saying thanks for contacting us we will be with you shortly! It should say call us later as we are busy or no employees to reply you.

Big brand = high quality of service
Much money we pay = high quality of service

Very bad service disgrace to the brand name. The worst customer service you will see and on top of that they will damage your care during service. The workshop supervisor is not competent and their manager is very rude

Visited this showroom to get a glance on ford vehicles. Everything is showcased to the detail and employees or the staffs are ready to help.

The labour costs are astronomical. Paid a bomb to have the spark plugs replaced. It seemed as if they spent the whole day to do that. Now paid with a Kidney to change a 4 inch fuel pump controller.

Spare part availability is low, so one has to keep the car extra for a day or two.

Well. I will agree with ALL of the following comments either about quality, service or response time based on my very recent experience.
I hold multiple brand cars so it’s very easy for me to make A+B comparison.
With my OTHER BRAND CAR, for every service, I get the things done within one day without any timing issue. I can drop my car ANY time with will be certain that the issue will be resolved next day.
With my latest FORD car, I see some serious timing issues. The person sitting there will highlight every time that “our timing is till 4pm” my appointment was at 2: 30 pm and I was told straight away that nothing can be done today.
I was promised to be reverted by next day afternoon (Friday) but the person calls and telling me that they need more time (just to check small issue) and can only confirm by Sunday (fixing will take more time) so now I dropped my car on Thursday after noon (Saturday off) and now probably will get it back by Monday or even move, this is pathetic.
The other thing is, there is nothing to be provided as support, even if they touch the car, they ask additional money
I asked them to review the overall condition and the person told me the cost will be 1200AED, only to review fixing cost aside.
My first experience with FORD is bad (and turning to be worst)

Edit 1- I dropped my car on Thursday and today on next Thursday I am still following up for the status update. A person called me and mentioned that there is another issue found and it will take another 5 working day. This is really pathetic, How come you can not find all problem in 5 days and still keep making the money, I reporting to Ford US head office eventually.

Worst car service ever, I've putten my car with them for service and check engine, i paid over 2100 AED, and they didnt get back to me for over 2 days, i didnt have this issue before, they were amazing in service, but the employee Shelton who works in sharjah mohamed bin zayed road is useless, he will tell you the issues and tell you the pricing, but he won't update you if it got fixed, he will just say i will update you and ignores you, i honestly know these type of people, they want you to pay but they dont care about customer quality support

9 calls in 2 days and every single time I was promised a calls back but no one did. All service advisors are busy as per receptionist and are supposed to call back but never do. Stay clear of Mr. Syed and the Sharjah branch of Al Tayer Motors. Most unprofessional customer service experience ever.

I took my car with a fear of having too much to spend for an engine sound problem. But I am really surprised of their faster service also finding they aren't that much expensive. Nevertheless you get peace of mind and value for your spend. Altayer service is worth full, I would definitely suggest any one having ford vehicle.

Parts are not available.non customer friendly, only some stuff are active for there duty. If parts are not available still customer want to suffer tho company won't provide a rent a car.some part's may take more than 1 month still.

Worst Body Shop Branch and the quality of repair service is pathetic. I brought my Ford Explorer 2016 to this branch because it's closer to where I live, for AC repair coz it not cooling anymore and there is leak in the rear of the car to where the back AC is located. Their diagnose was to replace the evaporator core of which the total cost of the work plus parts is 4K+. After 4 weeks I have no AC cooling again and found out the same leak at the back was still there. I log a complain to their customer service, brought in the car again. And now their telling me that the front evaporator core might be leaking and it might cost me for another 3K+. "WOW" Shohada! My advise to those car owners don't bring your car here for any service better look somewhere or maybe in Dubai branch but still.lost my trust to this branch and hopefully not the company. This is my 1st time experience for the past 13 years driving Ford and using their agency for maintenance and repair. Incompetent repair service crew branch.

I have visited last week the spare parts division, and shocked to know that they do not have spark plugs for Range Rover Sports Model. They have only 5 Pieces.
They are the main dealer but they don't have stock. And prices are double than the market.

Well if you wanna go car shopping Al Tayer Motors is the perfect place. You have brands like Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar & Land Rover where you can get the cheapest to super luxury cars all at one place. They also have a dedicated area for pre-owned cars as well as a service centre behind.

There is a big difference between the warranty they offer when we take a new car and the actual warranty when we go for service. Becareful and read the warranty booklet thouroughly before you take vehicle. Dont blindly believe on 5yrs warranty.

They manipulate the customer and never do even good job.they wait only the warranty to finish and give you long list for fixing and replacing parts.they take my car as finished service contract and even my car not pass the 60k because I take my car to service more than 6 time!
I have damaged rubber from manufacture and need replace it.but they dont and just give it W40 To make the sound stop.and they refuse to show me the replaced rubber and told me they send to USA! Till they warranty finish.now are going to replaced for real and charge me for that!

Worse service, don’t do proper testing before deliver the car to customer. Once your car is service by them and if no warentee Whatever possible way they find to fault your parts make you to pay additional

Below update after 1 month. What a perfect mess and bad service!

Someday in September:
First of till someone answers your phone, good luck. Then they tell you your car will be ready in 10min. 1h later still waiting! I have no problem if they tell me from the start it will take more than an hour. Will plan accordingly now sitting here wasting time. I know what they will say we apologise we are sorry, that's what I here the whole time ahhhhhhh

UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER:
Till today nobody called back for the air vent for the tire. Went to Ford next to Time square to ask if they have the part. Told me they have it in Garhoud Ford. That took me 5min!
The worst of all is I went to Garhood Ford and they found out that it was not the vent it was the rim that was cracked!
It just shows how bad your quality is during a service inspection!
Telling me something that is completely wrong
Then you dont get back to me. I found the part in 5min and you guys still did not find it! Anyway worst place never again. Next service and purchase will be Garhood for sure.

Very disappointed with the service. If not mistaken it is just a tick box job what is being done in the checklist. I dont think everything is being checked as part of the checklist. I was shocked to see that vehicle itself was not starting in the service center itself when I had started the vehical upon receipt of my gate pass. I am bit confused on the quality of the service what is being carried out between Ford Service Center and Any other normal service centers. Guarantee is also some thing hard to understand. Not sure what is that being accepted as company defect what comes under guarantee.
