Very bad and pathetic services by security and management by Habtoor Qassimiya Thuraiya. My family member cannot visit or go out security guard stopping and harrassing irrelevant even when traveling being asked for moving paper? Do we need moving paper to travel for vacation. I never see this much problem in any building like Habtoor managed by Thuraiya. I ll never recommend anyone to take flat in Thuraiya building

This place is the most horrible place for renting. Because I heard good reviews I opted for Al thuriah.once we shifted and cheques were given.we realised the ac does not function.the balcony is not neat with pigeon poop.
Looks like we have been dumped in an attic.

Great customer service when it comes to sales, Mr. Michael is very knowledgeable, calm and helpful.

Dear concern, I will say Ms. Souha (office back side security post Sahara 2 building) is very disrespectful even to her subordinates especially to the securities guys.

Please, Dear Al Mudeer owner association you need to look into this i have seen many complained but she's like a 'god who needs to be worshipped. "

I have non residents ring my doorbell either selling something or saying I have ordered something which i didnt. Please for the residents safety have the people come inside especially non residents to make sure they have the delivery. Sometimes there are random sellers going through this building, there were a lot of excuses just to open the door. PLEASE TELL THE GUARDS TO BE VERY STRICT FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS HERE IN SAHARA TOWER 6

In 2009, Al Thuriah introduced the Facilities Management division, which is dedicated to providing first-class maintenance and technical excellence

That building is very clean as well as it’s Appartment’s. It’s sales office is located in Al Turiah tower 1. Tower 6 building is the newest tower in the cluster.

Sales staff is good in the initial meetings because you didn’t rent out yet. Once you rent it out then you have to wait for the turns. They do not offer the parking more then one car. No matter even if you agree to pay more for extra car. The central AC is not included in the rent. So it will cost you additional. There is no balcony in tower 6 Apartments. The models of Apartments are different sizes and as per amenities and location is pricy for rent.

There are a lot of extra charges apart from rent. Like security deposits, commission, municipality fee and extra service charges and they require all in first payment in cash.

Once you rent Appartmemt then you will face maintenance issues more frequently and you have to wait a lot for maintenance as it’s free and included in the rent.

Conclusion: Be very wise to select this building for the rent out. You may find more better options in Dubai in same price.

I have a quick question about the new Access card implemented.
Shouldn't it be for our good and convenience?

I am with my family in a 2 BHK wife, mother and 2 kids, how does the 4 of us manage with 2 cards? Should think properly when implementing.

Security says they don't have anything to say because they all live in bed space accommodation. - said i should talk to same Ms. Souha.
She's is not for 1 bit compassionate particularly with black skin, but unfortunately for you i'm American.

Facilities team are good and do their responsibility very well

Unprofessional … Their Maintenace team ignore the the complaints and makes you suffer… Do not trust they just charge for nothing

Best company to work and learn more and more, very helping staff managers, directors and owners, dealing with staff like a family member.
Salaries are on time even on pandemic time they were paying full salaries and on time.
I think based on current situation this company is best to work,

Visited the building, Sahara one not the office.
Beautiful apartments with affordable prices.
