Bad response from some individuals sitting in reception 12 th floor. No decency of attending to customer even though there were only few customers. This happened at x-Ray / ultrasound
reception. For query not responded back. Very rude.

I had a great experience with nmc. The doctor (Dr Nisha) the staff were very friendly and provided me with best facilities. They had a very gentle treatment with my baby. Highly recommended

Thanks to Dr Ahmed Ibrahim and his team for the Relex Smile eye surgery. Dr Ahmed was very patient during the surgery. The experience was seamless, and the price was on point.

I visited NMC Royal Hospital sharjah, I had Pain in stomach & i visited Gastroenterology & the doctor name is “Suvadip Chatterjee”
I explained him the problem, he didnt even checked me & asked me to admit directly to hospital & once u r admitted then i will check further.
He was so rude to us & he was showing money Power to me, firstly he told, i didnt checked you so i will refund you the money & when we asked for refund, he said i cant & he is like if we will not charge then we will not get paid, this is our business & without doing anything he charged us 450 AED.

I would like to bring this to the attention to the hospital Management & to all the people who are being cheated by such Doctors.

I have visited NMC Royal sharjah yesterday for my daughter. I would like to share my experience regarding the all hospital staff who are very very kind specially Nurse Tincy. And My special thanks to all Kitchen department and Ms. DIVINA, Ms. MARGIE And Ms. FARIDA. They used to served food with very cute smile trust me it makes food more delicious they both enter with cute smile and leave with blessings.my special thanks to them and to the Dr. Sanjive kumar.

I visited Dr Hala Khalifa in NMC Royal hospital sharjah with full bended my back and severe pain.she was dealing with me like her sister, she took care too much for me. And really she is a humanity doctor. I didn’t complete 24 hours and i improved more than 60%. Highly recommended every one to visit her without any doubt as she’s more than professional and qualified doctor.

NMC ROYAL HOSPITAL SHARJAH staffs are very caring to their patient, professional and friendly specially to Ms. Carol Palma who assist my meals everyday and R. Nurse Geethu for assisting me during my stay and ofcourse to my Doctor, Doc Maiz even she’s on leave she manage to check with me time to time and helps me to feel at ease and lastly Doctor Israa for monitoring my health and my baby. She’s always visiting me/ checking up on me that helps me not to worry about my situation. Thank you all.

My mother recently had to go into ER and the entire ER was so accomodating. Christopher especially was very helpful and while she got admitted there, he as still sending well wishes from the ER. Christopher really made her stay very pleasant. The entire ER was very nice and that gave me some confidence while she was being admitted.
However, some of the nurses around the Lilly ward were just unaccommodating. My mother was suffering from Insomnia and one of the nightshift nurses was hassling her almost every night by speaking and shouting in the ward late at night. She was only getting a few hours of sleep it was such a rude gesture especially given how everyone in the ward was a patient there. Time and time again, I would praise the ER because even now that her treatment is almost over with a few daily visits to ER, they are all very nice and efficient but I can't say all of that about the rest of the departmens. All the four stars in my rating go to the ER group. Really wonderful people.
Also Mr. Khalid was very helpful especially after my mother complained about the rude screaming nurse and Mr. Khalid was very helpful. Nurse Jinsy and Liju were very nice. Even Nurse Jisha, Bismi and Gina were very helpful. My mom was especially thankful all these nurses and also Nurse Reshma and Shyamili. Also there was a helping staff Januka who was always there to help. All of these people were wonderful in their services as well.

The hospital is so nice especially the facility. Thanks to Dr. Bobby Jose because the surgery went perfectly fine and to Nurse Shyni. K. V from surgery ward she is nice, caring, kind and she helped us a lot for the papers and medicine that we need it. She is so professional.

I visited Gastro doctor - Dr Hiba last Saturday and she was great. She had asked and listened to my history, attended to all my concerns very well and fully explained my situation. I appreciate that unlike other doctors, she is not in a hurry and really took time to talk, listen, explain and answer everything. She is nice and comforable to talk to. Thank you Dr Hiba! Thank you also to the very accomodating Nurse. I am really glad that it was Dr Hiba that I visited.

And Ms. Jincy from Radiology did my Barium Swallow yesterday. She was extremely pleasant and comfortable to talk to. Gave me clear instructions, answered my questions well and guided me with the procedure with outmost care. I appreciate that she was not only helpful, but very patient with me as well. It made feel at ease, more relaxed and not nervous throughout the procedure. Kudos to Ms. Jincy for being very professional and exceptionally amazing.

The hospital service is beyond our expectations. We were assisted so well from the LDR to the Baby Care Unit and wards (we've been in 14th and 15th floor because we we're admitted 2 times). The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and caring, we really felt that they are really concerned about us. The house keeping staffs and waitresses are all very friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Dr. Betty John for taking good care of my wife and baby, you made our dreams come true. God bless NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah.

I was there yesterday with my wife, she had a very cute abdominal pain, she was admitted to the ER, although the emergency room was very busy, the staff were very patient and cooperative, specially Mr. Khaled the duty manager he is very nice, supportive and understanding person. From the buttom of my heart THANK YOU

It was a very comforting experience to see that the ICU team was very knowledgeable and caring towards the patient. I appreciate the hard work of nurses and doctors. ICU nurses were very compassionate and dedicated towards taking care of the patient. Appreciate them taking care and going beyond means to ensure the speedy recovery of the patient.keep up the good work!

I went there with chest burn and in severe pain and they even don’t have stock of first aid dressing and they asking me to by it from hospital pharmacy by my self, actually I entered emergency room at 09: 25 untill 11: 30 they didn’t finish the first aid dressing

We consulted Dr Anoop Joshi for our son who is suffering from ulcerative colitis. We came here when we had lost hope with the previous doctor but alhamdulillah we are very much satisfied with sirs treatment and hopeful that he will recover soon. He is a very calm composed confident doctor and a genuine human being.

Just delivered yesterday to a healthy baby girl under the expertise/care of Dr. Mona Azmy Zakriya Hassan. She's one of the kindest and caring doctor I've met. She is very excellent and knowledgeable in her expertise. Dr. Mona made me feel very comfortable and assured all through out the delivery process. I highly recommend her to those who are still looking for the best OB Gyne in town.

Our utmost gratitude to Dr. Mona and NMC Royal Hospital staffs for taking care of me and my baby. I commend their hard work, dedication and immense support during my hospitalization.

The hospital service is beyond our expectations. We were assisted so well in the Radiology Department and they make sure that we are comfortable in the waiting area. Receptionists are very professional especially Ms. Coleen, Mr. Omar and Mr. Dylan.

Appointments for radiology by phone are not properly answered. Receptionist are not at all courteous and answer that they are busy and somebody will call back.but we never receive a call back.
Request the hospital administration to train them or recruit some competent personnel’s.

My name is Ashwati jobi, i am a patient of Dr. Selvakumari, gynecologist. She is a gem of a person and a very professional and experienced doc. She realy understands the pain, sufferings, anxiousness and every feeling of a pregnant women. I got delivery at the hospital on May 7th, i had a emergency membrane rupture (fluid leak) on the 40th week of my pregnancy. Got admitted to the labour room and waited for a normal delivery till 6 hrs, still there was no indication of pain coming. So we have to induce pain medicine in a form of suppository. And i tuk 5 times suppositories of different kinds, still der was no required intensity of pain. Doc used to come and see me.she gave me full confidence and all the required support. But still my pain was not up to the required mark. And at last we arrange for the last type of pain induction in the form of drip, by now it was already 42 hrs. I got admitted in the hospital on may5th. The drip kept on going for 4 hrs but the pain was going up and coming down, also the dilation was barely 1cm. Stil doc was always tried me for a normal delivery. Atlast when there was no progress we on advice of doc went for a c section, as the baby’s heartbeat looked normal, and i was also slowly getting prone to infection because of low fluid level, if we would have waited long, it would have passed to our baby. On 7th 12.59 early morning my son was born. Selva had a good team of amazing docs with her. Special care was taken for my baby and had kept him in observation to see if had any infections. After a successful surgery the problem was i did not milk to feed my child, now here i would like to thank the babycare unit for taking good care of the baby, as u can jus make a fone call den wud take the baby, feed them, put them to sleep and bring them back to you. This service was so helpful for me to take adequate amount of rest at the hospital. I was also satisfies that my baby is content and happily sleeping. Thank u NMC royal hospital, Dr. Selva, her team of nurses and other docs, ward nurses and other night shift nurses for mAking this amazing journey of my life so important.

If there was a zero, I would’ve definitely gave it one. We waited for what they call “ Emergency “ more than an hour and a half to get in, then once we said why should we wait this much.it was answered in the most ridiculous way “ it’s Friday “ as if people shouldn’t be sick on a Friday.other than the fact that other patients who came after us got in before us because they know someone inside.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hospital.
We were so touched by Dr. Israa’s support to my wife throughout the delivery, she even held her hand during anesthesia administration, simple yet so powerful gesture of emotional support, a highly recommended OB-Gyne together with Dr Sumaya who was together with her looking after my wife through intra and post operative stage.

The team at Ward 14 headed by Ms. Gianina was very welcoming as well, they made sure our needs are well attended. Ms Gianina would come personally to check us out every once in a while, but what I admire about her the most is her leadership and her impeccable care towards the patients. Thanks to sisters Teena, Simi, Veena for looking after wife and sisters Aimee, Moby, and Sindu together with Dr. Al Disi of the BCU for taking care well of our beloved baby. Ms. Vangy the very polite waitress deserves to be mentioned as well as together with the whole team, they made us feel like we were in a fancy hotel all throughout our stay.

May God continue to Bless you all as you serve His people with healthcare needs.

I would like to thanks Doctor Boby Jose for treating my wife at very critical condition also ICU and HDU staff for taking care. Really grateful to them for giving me back my life. Also would like to mention Ms Elizabeth and team for their upmost care towards my wife.

I experienced excellent care. Especially in (Ward 13), the nurses were amazing and kind. They helped me a lot. They were eager to reduce my pain. I will not forget the role of Dr. Abdelrazzaq Aljuratli (ENT) doctor. He is clever, kind, polite, and smart. Thank you for your care.

Now my review about the hospital:

I'm saddened to see the turn out of this hospital. I was a loyal patient since 2008, meeting and knowing some of the best competent and honest doctors, seeing many of them leave at the moments is a disgrace.

Leaving behind who only cares about your total bill and how they can inflated it with unnecessary tests and drugs even when they know you don't really need it, especially If your are holding a welll covered insurance you are the favorite prey.

The pharmacy as well always try to give you the highest price range medication while you can still get similar brands or generics for less

Whats going on lately in the hospital is pure fraud and against medical ethics and standards by all aspects.

Some of the doctors dont deserve to be called so, from my personal experience for  a gastro doctor to be treating me for a gallbladder inflammation while mine was removed years ago it's shocking and he was informed of my medical history.

My advice to any patient please check your bills, discuss your concern, refuse unnecessary treatments, tests and medications and if you notice any malpractice contact your insurance or ministry of health.

My advice to the hospital please reacess your standards a hospital is about patients health first never money only.

أنا حزينة لرؤية ماآل إليه هذا المستشفى.   لقد كنت
مريضة مخلصة منذ عام 2008 ، حيث التقيت وتعرفت علي نخبة  من أفضل الأطباء الأكفاء والصادقين ، ورؤية العديد منهم يغادرون المستشفي حاليا هو أمر مخجل.

تاركين وراءهم من يهتم فقط بفاتورتك الإجمالية وكيف يمكنه تضخيمها من خلال الاختبارات والأدوية غير الضرورية حتى عندما يعلمون أنك لست بحاجة إليها حقًا ، خاصة إذا كنت تمتلك تأمينًا مغطى جيدًا فأنت الفريسة المفضلة. كما تحاول الصيدلية أيضًا دائمًا أن تقدم لك الأدوية ذات النطاق السعري الأعلى بينما لا يزال بإمكانك الحصول على  أدوية مماثلة او شبيهة بسعر أقل.

ما يحدث مؤخرًا في المستشفى هو احتيال خالص ومخالف للأخلاقيات والمعايير الطبية من جميع الجوانب.

بعض الأطباء لا يستحقون أن يطلق عليهم هذا الاسم ، من تجربتي الشخصية مع احد أطباء الجهاز الهضمي أن يعالجني من التهاب المرارة بينما أزلتها منذ سنوات ويعرف تاريخي الطبي ، إنه أمر صادم.

نصيحتي لأي مريض ، يرجى التحقق من فواتيرك ، ومناقشة ما يقلقك ، ورفض العلاجات والاختبارات والأدوية  الغير الضرورية، وإذا لاحظت أي سوء ممارسة ، فاتصل وتقدم بشكوي لدي التأمين أو وزارة الصحة.

نصيحتي للمستشفى ، يرجى إعادة تقييم المعايير الخاصة بك ، فالمستشفيات تتعلق بصحة المرضى أولاً ليس جيوبهم فقط.

Excellent service by hospital staff. Had good care. I wish to mention Dr. Selvakumari made my carrying days easy and comfortable. She gave me the best treatment for my edema which was a big relief for me to work at offc. I was able to reach her at all time whenever I needed. She has a prompt response without any hesitation. Thank you Doctor.

I was admitted in ward 13 (surgical word) where i was treated well by doctors as well as team of nurses. The treatments were perfect and well taken care by entire team in Al Zahra Hospital and it was a great experience that i had while i was hospitalised. Happy to recommend to others too. First, I can't see the reason behind taking appointments and then leaving people waiting for hours. Second why I am supposed to pay another visit since I was referred from another doctor? The first doctor didn't do anything she has said I have to go to a surgeon!

Recently visited the hospital and returned back with bad experience after nmc took over AL Zahra. We use to visit this hospital since 10 yrs but never face such kind of problem.

Just wanted to share my utmost thanks to this Hospital. My wife delivered here last October 21. Dr. Rabab and her team did a very good job during her delivery. I was given the chance to be with my wife during the delivery period and by the Grace of God everything went well. Baby was taken care properly by the baby care unit, we were taught about how to take care of the new born baby, the ward staffs were very accomodating as well. We were discharged after a day and i can say we really had a wonderful experience. If my wife will be pregnant again i would be glad to be in the same hospital.

It’s a good Hospital.also it’s a big landmark for UAE peoples.good treatments and good doctors are available here.they should care you very neatly and clearly.anyone can know when we are saying about Al Zahra they should know about.that’s I said It’s a popular landmark in this area.

It is very amazing hospital as they said about themselves the healing touch. I really recommend this hospital to anyony. Amazing doctors, nurses and stuff.

My father was in al Zahra hospital for his knee and the nurses were excellent. Sr. Nancy-Team leader Rn-shinta and shery. They provided the highest standard of care they were so kind with my father and when ever we called them they always shows up. I really appreciate what they did for maybe father espically dr. Ayman, Kareem atara, Ahmad elneil, Ahmad bata.

This is my first experience in Al Zahra Hospital, Sharjah. Special thanks to Dr. Suchita and all obs team for supporting during delivery and making us to feel comfortable during our stay. I would suggest all my friend and family to Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah for the best care.

I would just like to thank all the staff from ward 3 during my stay in al zahra. Theyre all very accomodating and helpful when ever i call them for help.

Excellent patient care was given to me stating from admission to discharge, nursing ccare, medical care given by surgeon and Anaesthetic staff and all paramedics were by the standard excellent. I recommend this Hospital who so ever need health care issues. Staff highly professional, ethical and skilled in their filed at every level, operation theatre staff, Anaesthetist staff and surgical team were excellent

الأسف من بعد تغير الادارة المستشفي الخدمة ضعيفه جدآ وخاصه المواعيد. موعدي عند الدكتور الأطفال ساعه ٧ لكن تم علي ساعه ٨ بسب كثرة ازدحام المواعيد الغير منطمه when I call for appointment the only available time was at 7 but there was a hug waiting list waiting till 8 that’s bcz of unplanned good

Emergency service is very bad, reception told us to wait one hour to see the doctor. In general, the hospital is great. Just improve the emergency

The worst experience ever! Went to see a dentist there. To start of she had a flu and shouldn’t be at work even especially as a dentist. I went with the worst tooth ache and her solution was to give me painkillers even though I told her pain killers don’t work anymore. She said she can’t treat or remove the tooth because it has invention. Well obviously it does, it’s painful! Basically the only way you can get her do anything is if you go there healthy. But of course she didn’t forget to get an X-ray and such to bill more for doing absolutely nothing. Horrible. Will never ever go back there again

My husband was admitted for 2 days in hospital last week at Al Zahra Sharjah in ward 3 and most of the time your experience to visit a doctor itself is not a good feeling and if you come to know you will be admitted for like couple of days than that's the worse feeling ever someone can have as due to hospital environment, but sometimes experience becomes a memory if you get homely feeling at hospital with same cheer n spirit.positivity you have in you when you are at your own home with your lovely family and people around you but this not because the room or the hospital is lavish or luxurious but someone make you feel that way To be honest i hardly felt so positive when i am or my hubby or any of family member is sick. This makes a difference in your recovery more along with required medication as when u are sick you need love and affection, attention, care more than a medicine.

A memorable experience was just possible because of ward 3 Nurse - Mrs. Mariya Mol and Mr. Nadeem Operation Manager.

I am the mother of Khalid Ismail, was admitted in AL Zahra hospital pediatric ward (ward-4). During my stay all nurses provided compassionate care, also they demonstrated excellent clinical practice, integrated with great communication. Special thanks to Sr. Latha, Sr Maji, all nurses and doctors in ward-4. I always prefer to come to AL Zahra hospital sharjah.

I recently gave birth with a baby boy at 35 weeks. (Had a little problem with my sugar and BP).

I want to commend Dra Nafissa El Serafi’s team with the nurses Nelita, Michelle, Seeba, Magnolia and Gianina for partnering with us in our milestone.

Dra Nafissa has been my oby gyne for the last 10 yrs and i had always recommended her expertise to friends and clients. With more than 30 years of experience she knows how to keep you calm, informed, relax and motivated.

For the nurses: Nelita, Michelle, Seeba, Magnolia and Gianina, we are very much thankful too for the warmth they had shown. For our almost 4 days of stay in the hospital. They are friendly, accomodating and professional. Just a button away. We need more people like them in the hospital industry, someone who enjoys what they are doing and genuinely cares for their patients. Working in a service industry myself, i am happy to see a team working together for a common good.

We appreciate the token of gift given by the hospital to our baby too a box of diaper, cream, a picture of new born with our delivery certificate. Even the process of securing birth cert has been made easy also by the hospital.

Al Zahra hospital will always be our families hospital of choice in Sharjah and northern Emirates. Its services is at par, medical staff competent, house keeping are polite and clean and one more thing it continues to improve and make hospital exprerience a pleasant one.
