I just arrived with my family to check the structure of the master plan for the apartment units to my surprised the security guard is extremly rude at duty today 18 November 2023 at 8 pm he kept harassing my younger siblings even though the place was open, people were there and we expressed we will only take few minutes.
Extremly rude and need to learn manners honestly teach your staff to respect customers no matter what. He raised his voice and I did express to him to wait and not touch my brother. I am definitely going to complain tomorrow morning through the call Center but I want to put this review so next time you reach your staff not to raise their voice. I understand it’s closed but there is boundaries on behaving in disrespectful way.
Even for a customer who is showing potential interest you should always show respect.

My experience with Arada management and maintenance is so bad. I don’t recommend living in Aljada

I have a bad experience with Arada.
They give promises for hand over since January but nothing happened till now.
We have completed the full payment long time back and purchased the furniture.
Now we pay charges for the delay in the delivery of the furniture because they didn't give the key yet.
We pay for the rent of our current property and charges for the furniture.
Soooo disappointed.

I had a negative experience with Arada in Aljada. My completion letter was received in January and since then, I have purchased furniture and paid the full amount. However, I have yet to receive the key. I have been in touch with them every few weeks, but they keep providing different information. For example, two weeks ago, they claimed that the electricity was connected and they needed two to three weeks for testing. Today, I was informed that the electricity has not been connected yet and they are waiting for SEWA to finish the job. If they complete their work, testing will only take a day. It's quite frustrating and misleading coming from a trusted developer like them.

It would be the best place to live in Sharjah, if it weren't for the loud noises coming from the power generators of the sareb community 24/7. Please fix this ASAP. Can't sleep at night because of this.
