The Spanish iced coffee is a must-try item and the french toast was super delicious.

Amazing coffee place in University City.
I ordered a flat white and a mini pistachio cheesecake. There were both delicious.
Prices are correct: Coffee is 21 aed and mini cheesecake 35 aed.
The mini cheesecake is actually not as mini as that.
The place is cosy with power plugs to charge your phones/laptops - you have around 20 seats. There are also a few places in the terrace.
No free parking but plenty of space where you can park close to the restaurant.

The French Toast was good but not the best, the caramel sauce ruined the taste and become too sweet.

This is not a way to treat a regular customer, asking me to change my table while I’m eating to make space for a group that just came in. (the Resturant was empty btw and they were seated in-front of me eventually)

قهوة جيدة وغالية جدا وكمية القهوة قليلة يتميز بالفرنش توست كان ممتاز رغم غلاة السعر ١ قهوة امريكي و١ ڤي ٦٠ و١هوت تشوكلت مع الفرنش توست ب١١٢ درهم فنادق ٥ نجوم اقل من هالسعر رغم ذلك التعامل كان جيد والموسيقى عالية الصوت و الطاولات والكراسي غير مريحة

I love this place because I became friends with the baristas there. They're so smart and educated, because they love their job. I only go there when I have no coffee at home, but I spend at least 30mins talking with them about coffee and gain more knowledge. I haven't tried the food, nor the sweets. But I left one star missing for the painful chairs.
