Your compny should pay attention to your delivery app.your system sucks! You order from the app and will cancel it without any notifications! You wont know until you call the call their call center! So ended up waiting for an hour for nothing! And refund takes days to come! What a shame for managing big fast food chains!

For positive ️ impression for commers (job seeking applicants) Remove the old lady from reception as she gives very bad attitude. I gave my cv to her but simply thrown to trash front of me? Where is the management actions dear? This is how you treat people?

I'm not happy with the way your online team fir KFC did, I ordered a meal and it deducted showing Kuwait food Co Americana received my payment. Then they call me and lying that the was system error and they will refund my payment in 24 hrs after, next day I will receive in 2 weeks. On top of that from 7 pm to 10 pm was waiting for food they didn't even bother to get me a meal, another called and said your payment went to a closed branch, so is that my fault that your IT did not fix your website. I will to take any measures to let UAE consumer protection rights to know my case

It should be noted that this company has operated in the UAE for many years, and helped chain most of the fast food restaurants in the country as one for its delivery and customer service. The food has never really any complaints as it is always hot, and as per expectation. However, the company lacks big time in customer service. From delivery of the product and post sales customer support service. Definitely very poor. The delivery person cannot be tracked in real-time as they mark the order as complete and delivered prior to delivery. So I have no idea why they support customer with real time tracking when we cannot really track them. The customer service hotline also is not tentative, and behave in way like they hate their lives, but please keep a composure and maintain professionalism when speaking with a customer. I never felt welcome and pleased as they just want to get things done. They don’t want to know your name or your order or even greet you politely. So what is the point of having a phone call, might as well have a chatbot in place, because they are often more cheery even if they are fake. Hope they really do something otherwise customers may looks elsewhere if there is competition.

This is a really bad bad place.there was philadelphia lady has no huminity.that pig lady macking lies on us.she do not know anything about thire web.i have appointment with time.she told it was only document submission. So is it correct, whats is for reserve time.

I received a call from Americana - Kuwait Food Company to deliver my food from pizza hut. From 1 indian person when i ask him about his name he answered in rude way, he threw the phone while i am asking him about my order, he is unprofessional to deal with customers not helpful at all. When he gave the phone to his colleague her name is Dora she is un respect too, put the phone down without giving me any answer. When they call me at the beginning for the late order, they should give me a time. My order shows that it will reach after half an hour, he called me after half an hour saying we just confirmed your order and we will deliver it after half an hour. Why it takes one hour. They even don’t want to talk and explain.

I think company should hiring professional, helpful, respect, and friendly staff.

Visited Pizza Hut outlet at production city outlet. Staff is very inattentive and inefficient. The order delivery was incomplete. They need improve service level. Very unsatisfactory services

Dear job seekers, please don't give interview for spoiling your life.especially " DRIVERS "when you're in interview they give amazing offers but really HR department also don't know how much paying for their staffs.and Driver's you need to work as a kitchen staff without any benefit.they never consider your complaints even as human, because the manager, area manager, and most of the head of the department are from same area, they don't know humanity, mercy any thing from a human, I think even 5% staffs not be satisfied in here, I am the one of victims, want to know more message me I will explain,
