I made a mistake of taking my sick child to their clinic this morning, and was met with an unprofessional and careless staff. After a long wait and asking the nurse to let us meet the pediatrician, she told us that she would let us in soon, only to see a patient who had arrived just a minute ago being let in. People who arrived after us were let in before us, this occurred a lot, not to mention that the nurse was extremely incompetent.
They told us that we would be let in soon as we were the second patients there.we ended up waiting for a duration of almost 1 and a half hour and ended up leaving, without meeting the pediatrician after yet again, another patient was let in before us (even after the staff told us that we would be let in next).

My son was having repeatedly severe cough, though the doc was about to leave fr his Christmas holidays, he stayed back till we received all the blood reports, finalised the medications, followed up with the status next day as well. He was very kind enough to hear out all the issues and have always given appropriate medications with correct dosage.

One of the most renowned pediatric clinic in Sharjah. Dr Deyis is very Gentle and friendly with kids. He understands the problem immediately and treats with minimal medications.

During this Pandemic situation, had a viral infection and visited 1 clinic and 1 hospital, but both asked questions from a distance and instructed for a PCR test without giving any medication. But when we visited Antony Medical Centre, we were treated with utmost care and attention. I was checked by Dr. Sujata thoroughly, she gave me proper medication and within days I recovered. Also through whatsapp she kept monitoring my health and kept sending me timely reminders for taking my medicines in time. This sort of personal care and dedication I have never experienced anywhere.
