About Products it's Good but if You go to collect items from their Store they never Provide any AC or Cooling System to thier Labour. They all working in very bad environment and dealing with heavy stuff it's much hard to see them. At least company Provide them to Air Cooler System

This is good place for distributors and small suppliers. I visited just once. So i don't have much experience about apex but material is good from apex.

Worst worst worst company
employees don't know how to deal with a customer professionally
seems like they are giving their materials for free.faced too much problems due to the way they deal with a customer
we are canceling the proposed credit dealing with them due to this.there are lots of good companies around.we will not deal with this company anymore.

Very disappointed due to the Staff behaviour.
Management should teach their staffs to how to handle the Customers (Customers are King). Your Staffs are thinking you are the only one Supplier in UAE market. Take the immediate action immediately. We sent 3 times our driver from Ras Al Khaimah to collect the materials worth 1250.00 AED.
Day 1st - They received the Current Dated Cheque & inform us to send the driver after 2 days.
Day 2nd - We send our driver to collect the materials as per the confirmation from your Sales Person. Unfortunately our driver stuck in Heavy Traffic @ Sharjah National Paint Area & our driver already coordinate with your salesperson, and also your person already know one of the driver is coming to your store. Our Driver is reached in front of your store @ 5.50PM at that time your store is closed & your staffs are already went. I think your store is working till 6.00 PM.
What kind of Professionalism is it?
Time: 6.05PM - As per the information from our driver, we call to your sales person (we don't want mention his name), he shouting us to sent the driver in this time. We beg to him to give the materials, but he wont accept our request & push us to send the driver another day.
Note: As per the price comparison, we see 120.00 DHS difference in your prices, that's why we placed the order to you.but we lost 200.00 AED for the fuels to collect the materials.
We are the reputed company & also we were interested to deal with you.this was the first time deal with your company. But this kind of deal /person is lost your company reputation & goodwill. Our management is already taken the action stop all the further dealing with your company.

The worst company that i have made business with.send our driver twice to get material for just an amount of 1200 aed.the material was in stock but they send our driver back twice.first time the reason was that we were having cdc so they didnt release the items.second time when they produce the cdc & got payment after 1 day, they denied to give the materials as our driver reached their at 5.50.also they knew our driver was coming to collect, the main thing was that we were coming from ras al khaimah
those fittings were too much urgent.again today i send my driver, don't know what reason they will say to deny our delivery.
