Unfortunately an extremely bad experience with Dr Sami George. Upon being nearly 25 mins late for our appointment, the dr did a nasal swab test for my 5 year old son and was extremely aggressive; I was shocked. I have never witnessed a swab test being done in this way. My son has a fear of doctors and it took him a long time to be able to tolerate them. Im in absolute shock. Really terrible experience.

No good experiences. Staff in reception not professional. They working very slowly, no understand good english, waiting ling time before they register me to system. Coming for pcr test, results not coming also after 24 hours. After i started calling them, they confused, dont know what to answer.

All 5 stars here from the center stuff almost, the center has very bad organization so be aware to deal with them.the dentist was working without nurse.he was touching every thing around and then put it in my mouth. TOO commercial

ADSC have clean clinic, friendly staff, efficient nurses, good doctors more specialy owner have a good hearth.

I had my covid- 19 vaccination first and second shoot which was very good and recommend people to pay them a visit

I had visited this medical center for doing blood test, got good offer for all blood investigation 250 dhs only, compare to other center it is very cheaper and money saving.also the staff are professional and kind.and they have many other offer time to time

تجربة سيئة كانت بالنسبة الي و انصح ما حدا يروح ع هاد المركز نهايئا لا استقبال زي العالم و لا الدكاترة و خاصة دكتور العظام
لا شاف رجلي و فحصها ولا حتى جابرها اخد فلوس استشارة ع فاضي كانت اسوء تجربه و الافضل تسكرو المركز احسن

تخبط إداري يعاني منه المرضى
بتاريخ اليوم ٣ فبراير اتصلت على رقم الحجز و تم حجز موعد مع أخصائية العيون الساعة الرابعة عصراً بتأكيد الموظفة التي ردت على الإتصال:
أخذت المريض على الموعد و لدى تقديم الهوية للتسجيل ، أخبرتني الموظفة أن الطبيبة غير مداومة اليوم.
من يحدد الموعد يتوجب أن يتأكد من تواجد الطبيب
* للناس أعذار فإن طرأ على الطبيب طارئ فالواجب الأخلاقي يحتم
الاتصال على نفس الرقم لإلغاء الموعد حتى لا يُحضر المريض على مرضه و يعاني المشقة بسبب القصور الإداري

بالتوفيق. اكيد سعداء بكل التطوير اللي حاصل بالمركز

كلون سيئين وبالأخص دكتور الأطفال رفضو يستقبلو طفل عمره 6 الشهر عنده حراره عالية وحتى ماكلفو نفسهم وشافو حرارته اذا تحتاج اسعاف بحجة مافي موعد بس مو الحق عليكون الحق علينا نحنا الناس يلي مانشتكي عليكم بس ان شالله رح اشتكي

Very Very Poor Service.
I have given blood sample for normal CBC and Uric acid test but it has been more than 10 days, the reports aren't ready as per staff there is some technical error. On calling again after 3 days, the response is same.
Delaying in reports is very unfair and unprofessional.
Reception Staff is annoyed if we ask from update.

مكان ممتاز يكفي التعاون اللي بالمركز وخبرة الأطباء. وبخصوص الراتب باخد راتبي ب ميعاده لا يفوت يوم ٣ بالشهر بكون اخذت راتبي.

مركز فخم ونضيف والدكاترة والممرضين الي تعاملت معهم كثير ذوق وخبرة. اطلعت من عندهم مبسوطة ومطمنه خاصة الطبيبة العامة ما شاء الله بشوشة ويكفي أسلوبها

طاقم استقبال من أسوا ما يكون يردوا ع التليفون بصعوبة بقالي ساعه كامله بتصل احجز ما حد بيرد. اخر مره رحت بأولادي موظفه الاستقبال تاكل لبان وتفرقع في وشي قمه قله الادب والذوق

This centre have no good reputation on employees and patients who is coming there. They just siting for collecting money. The lady GP doctor is writing unnecessary investigation and medicines to the patients. Whoever will come she simply refer for Vitamin test which is getting more money. If insurance not covered, she forces them to do with cash. After all, if the result having small variation, she suddenly starts for IV.

Four months before I have the same experience for my wife. After I have to take treatment for the overdose injection which she took for her and still now also she is having some issues with overdose. And for ENT, he took endoscopy and other unnecessary procedure on your every visit.

He is another big fraud, even endoscopy he is doing in weekly or monthly wise and taking huge amount from patients. For insurance he will claim all procedure unless he is performing it. My insurance has no limit now because of all these fraud doctors from ADSC. My brother went their fir gynecology doctor and you will not believe, his all maternity limits was used by her with lab and ultrasound.

When we check in insurance, they claimed for six and she did only two.four she makes fake bills. It's horrible. We put case against her in NAS insurance and it's in investigation level.

In lab this lady GP is refer us for near 10 labs. She herself also don't know why these all investigations. If you did not come for lab they simply claim to the insurance. We put a case against her in Daman insurance, that case also in investigation and staffs, no body have visa or labour card. I spoke to their former Admin doctor he told that they are selecting staffs with visit visa or husband visa. They cannot process even a single visa or labour card, because they blocked in labour and emigration. I don’t know without proper method how they are putting the staffs in this medical centre and who will take the responsibility if anything happened wrong.

Upon all these I went their recently to check my Daman issue, my god her attitude, horrible, she don't know any single word in English, She shout to a guy who is sitting beside her in very bad language, I think it's some home country language I recorded it. My colleague he told me that it is very culture-less talk because that word is very bad using by some Prost. Only So UAE government please act against this come else this will another bad mark for Governance.

I never face such a bad experience in my career. ADSC i lost my 5 months. My efforts, knowledge and money. They cheated me. I did not receive my 1 month salary. Even several times to begging.

Even to complain to the Labour. He never given the salary completely. He is not bothered about labour. I asked my salary to chairman, very next day i got termination.

And there we have a new system to receive our salary that is we should write a request letter to the Chairman that "Sir I need my last month or pending salary this much for my room rent, food expenses or medicine so on. " This letter should get approve from HR then secretary of chairman then chairman and finally it will reach to accounts department. After that they will give 200 aed then 500 aed like that. They will never ever give a month salary together.

I struggled alot by metally and financially from the ADSC.i hate to remember the experience from this clinic.
Dear friends please think before you join the most ever cheating company. Be careful.

Very Very Poor system for managing customer appointments and waiting time.sometimes frustrating as reception staff not very helpful & Proactive.

Had blood test done, kept calling them for the results from the lab, even the doctor didn’t call to update me about the results and what to do next!

Very bad customer service they are rude and don’t replay back and don’t deliver the massage to the concerned department.
