عندي وحده سكينة المفروض استلمها من 2020/12
واليوم تاريخ 2024/1 ولحد الحين ماستلمتها ،، تاخير اكثر من 3 سنوات و فالنهاية بيعطونه تعويض غسالة و فرن
وامطرشين ايميل قبل يومين عليك غرامة 4000 درهم انك مادفعت ال50‎%‎ الباقية ! كيف ادفع وانتوا ماسلمتوني المفاتيح انها جاهزة للسكن !؟
والله حاسبوا واقروا كل شي موجود فالعقد الي 90‎%‎ من الشعب محد يقراه وانا منهم
واهم شي يكون موجود في العقد بند عن التعويض وقت التأخير عشان حقكم مايضيع

الخدمة صفر، التسليم صفر، التأخير مش طبيعي للأسف، والتعويض لا يعوض التأخير اللي كان اكثر من سنتين.

I have a bad experience with Arada.
They give promises for hand over since January but nothing happened till now.
We have completed the full payment long time back and purchased the furniture.
Now we pay charges for the delay in the delivery of the furniture because they didn't give the key yet.
We pay for the rent of our current property and charges for the furniture.
Soooo disappointed.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff. I was trying to communicate with concerned person/department to get a confirmation on a meeting they promised to arrange it and schedule it and no response at all!

If u seeking to buy a town house or apartment in Sharjah, u should go for a trusted developer like Arada.

شركة الإدارة فيها تعبانه ومافي تواصل بين أقسامها كل واحد يقط البلوه على الثاني ويقولك ما اقدر افيدك بس مهم عندهم البيع وبعد ذلك انسى قسم الصيانه بس شو عالفاضي شاطر بس يقط اي خلل ماله خلق يصلحه أو يعدله على المقاول ولا التصميم ولا المخطط ويفك نفسه ومن تييب حد من برا يقولك يستوي يتصلح! يعني بتدفع بيزات على خدمة تعبانه بس الي يجذبك فيها حديقة وسينما وقريبه من المول. حتى لو بنقول ما بتسكن بتستثمر ٥ سنين وعقب تعال صلح حنفياتهم ومفاصل الكبتات من اول استلام امصديه ومحليه! وأنت عاد احسبها

It would be the best place to live in Sharjah, if it weren't for the loud noises coming from the power generators from the sareb community 24/7. Please fix this ASAP, as it is effecting the tenants of Misk 1, Misk 2, Misk 3, Areej and Serab community who are facing the villas!
