The service of of shop and ship becomes bad. Services of call center also very bad.
Im calling them since a week to solve an issues they did. The assign my order which cost high amount to another person nqme and every day i called them regarding this issues to assign it again tom my name and i emailed them whith all required ducoments but unfortunately till now no any good process

They are not delivering the dispatch on time. They don't have direct customer service. They will deliver only as per their schedules with delay process.
My delivery received 2 days before and not yet delivered, every time they are rescheduling form their side without any confirmation from clients.
Utterly useless. 10 days and the 'urgent' letter still not arrived (UAE- BALI). The status; 'on its way to final destination' is unchanged for 5 days! There is no one to talk to either - it's all automated.
Terrible service. Never on time. The drivers follow their own schedule, they will skip your address if it is not convenient to them. Impossible to reach back to the driver if you just missed the call. I would never ever deal with Aramex. Unfortunately most of the corporate deliveries are done through Aramex, so I end up with them against my will and have to chase my packages for weeks.
خدمتهم اصبحت سيئة للغاية. لا يمكن التواصل مع مندوبيهم. مواعيد توصيل خاطئة. ومتأخرة جدا. خدمة الواتس اب لا تعمل. يطلبون منك تحديد الموقع. ويعطونك موعد للتوصيل من الساعة التاسع صباحا حتى التاسعة مساء ثم لا يأتون. ولا يمكن التواصل مع مندوب التوصيل. ثم يطلبون منك استلام الشحنة من مراكز الاستلام. حتى يتفادون التوصيل المباشر. انصح بعدم استخدام هذه الشركة. لاي من خدمات التوصيل. هناك شركات صغيرة. خدمتهم افضل بكثير. Worst service I had from courier company. Extremely bad service.their wts up service does'nt work.they ask you for your pin location and they never come. They deliberitly avoiding direct delivery.and asking you to collect shipment from their distribution centre. Advice. AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ANY COST. Their delivery staff never answer back if missed thier call.
Unsatisfied and Worst services, waiting my shipment from 5 days and when they delivered it the delivery guy doesn’t know the roads and finally he canceled it with him self, bad experience will try to stop any relations with them and my bank.

I am waiting for urgently shipment which is very important for work. They delayed for 4 days already. Was calling them, the excuse was a rain in Dubai. Ok, the rain was one day only, why it is 4 days waiting, the customer service promised to deliver next day morning and put my order as urgent. It is already 3 pm. I called again. They know nothing about my shipment. The excuse is - the driver doesn’t pick up the phone. What? And again promises to deliver today! Who will pay my money which is I lost because of then? Exhibition was started yesterday. And I have nothing to but in the stand! Because of Aramex! Don’t recommend to use this service! Don’t waste your time and money!
Very bad experience, they delay delivering shipments and make up lies every single time a customer asks about the reason behind the delay! Now they are telling me to pick it up from their store and when I asked about location they said it's not ready for pick up and to await for a msg! An advice please avoid dealing with them!
They always delay shipments delivery, they give you hundred of promises without any real solution, they ignore your complaints.even when I asked for a call from a manager, he/she gave me a very fast and short missed call just to record that they called me and I didn't pickup although the phone was in my hand and I wasn't fast enough to answer because it was about 1 sec missed call. Will avoid dealing with them entire my whole life.
Pathetic service. I am so angry. It's been 4 days and my package is not delivered and everyday they just update their system delivery attempted when no one called once for delivery. Are they trying to deliver it to th moon?
The second worst after Dubai Islamic Bank in customer service, their website sucks, they dont answer calls and huge window time (6 hours) for deliveries even though you are literary 10 minutes away from the storage area. The CEO must be fired for execution a horrible job.switch to DHL or just call uber I guess.
