Experience was very bad all food was old and the taste is rated 0
We took 2 platters and sandwiches we returned all the food after tasting and they didnt even make any discount or care about it and the service also is bad

Have been frequenting this place from childhood onwards. One of the best places in Sharjah to have Arabic food. Prices are moderate and excellent service quality. This place is not to be missed

One of my favorites I really like the chicken shawarma there and never has the taste like this before in shawarma and the place severe many more thing apart from shawarma, Salad good, kabab good, just small suggestion if someone from India fan of rice please don't try stick to roti breads and kababs. It doesn't mean they don't have good taste in rice it's just we eat rice differently and they taste as Arab people. For sure Arad people will give to rice as well. Too good.

الطعام جيد ولكن حدث شيء مخزي للغايه وسيء جدا ،،، حيث أن بعد الأكل طلبنا شاي وبعد وضع النعناع بالشاي وجدت به دوده ، الدوده طبعا من النعناع ولكن هذا ايضا تقصير في نضافه المطعم ولا أستطيع أن اكل بالمطعم مره اخري.

اكل طيب و الأسعار نوعاً ما جيده و معقوله الموظفين بشوشين في فرع الشارقه عكس فرع دبي بعض الموظفين في فرع دبي يكلمك من غير نفس معصب بدون سبب كنك جاي تشحت عنده

الخدمة ممتازة جدا. الاكل لذيذ. السعر مناسب. وفيه مواقف خاصه لهم خلف المطعم. اذا خذيتوا الفاتورة لهم، ما رح تدفعوا شي للإنتظار.

نقطة سلبية واجهناها، ما يقبل الدفع بالبطاقة.

الاكل بارد وغير طازج مع انني جلست في المطعم - المطعم مليئ بالذباب - الخبز بارد وغير طازج - الشاورما غير طازجه وبارده- البطاط بارد جدا وقاسي - طعم الاكل والتجربة عموما سيئة جدا جدا - انحدر مستواه كثيرا - لا انصح به

Great place to have breakfast, friendly staff, punctual, clean, hummus with meat is a recommendation.

Must try. Every dish ordered had unique flavours each. The fish grill was par. Kababs and meat as fresh as it can get.

Food is amazing.but if u r ordering home delivery expect it only aftr 2 hours.and food to b ice cold

عروس دمشق فرع الشارقة ، المواقف متوفرة في خلف مبنى المطعم مجانا لمن يأتي بفاتورة من المطعم مختومة والأكل أكثر من ممتاز ، الأسعار مناسبة ، العمالة من مصاروه و سواريه ، لا أسلوب راقي ، دفاشه ، تزقر عليه يطنش ، عاقد حيّاته كأني جاي أكل غصب عنهم،أسلوبهم أقل ما يقال عنه أنه فظ و غليظ ، المشكلة أنه هذا الكلام في طابق العوائل في الطابق الثاني ، يعني ما تحب تعكر صفوك ومزاجك مع عيالك وتعاملهم بنفس أسلوبهم و لو كنّا شباب كان لي تعامل ثاني ، لكن المطعم ما يخلى من الموظفين الجيدين يمكن ٢ أو ٣ ، الغريبة أن حتى المصاروه اصحاب الروح الفُكاهيه ، منفسين وغليظين لو في غير ركن العائلة أني ازلزل المطعم على الموظفين وأكبر راس في المطعم ، لكن كإنسان مسلم إماراتي ما أنحدر لمستوى عمالة مطعم.

والمكان مب نظيف والطاولات وصخه.
الرجاء التأكد من نظافة الموظفين من ناحية النظافه الشخصيه.
والتاكد من الموظفين اللي داخل المطبخ مب لابسين قفاز.

النظافه في المطعم صفر (الطاوله ، الصحون ، الملاعق ، الخضروات) ليست منظفه جيدا ، ارجو من صاحب المطعم النظر في هذا الموضوع ، علما ان نحن في زمن الكورنا المفروض النظافه 10 اضعاف.

طعامه جيد ويوجد تنوع وخاصتا موضع الضيافه من الخضراوات و الاسعار جيد نوعا ما بس الخدمه تحتاج لمزيد من اتدريب وخاصتا موضوع ماعاملة الزبون

Foods are great

But the waiters are very Rude and forcing us to pay the cash only not from credit card, where in reception credit cards are accepted.

The Management should have to educate their waiters to behave properly with customer.

Must visit Arabic restaurant for hummus lovers and ofcourse their free sulaimani. Also their services are always very quick. Only disadvantage is that they don't accept cards but why till they as the crowd is always full there.

Tha food is Syrian & Arabic cuisine and value for money. The chicken arabic shawarma is really good. They give a nice salad in the beginning and unending hot bread during your meal and sulaimani tea in the end, all complimentary

لكن الي دايقني بالوجبه وجبت المشاوي جالي فيها ٢ اجنحة دجاج و٣ قطع لحمه صغار جدا و٣ قطع دجاج تكه صغار مثل عقلة الاصبح وصباع كفته هش شو فيه ياجماعه خير دافع عالاوردر ٥٤ درهم

Excellent Food. A little bit costly then before. Have visited several times but this time it seemed costlier. Though the food has always been great. Authentic Arabic food.

Food is not so great here its only the name which is famous. I like arabic mix grill but here the quantity is less, prices are high, and most importantly the staff are not friendly if you are a non Arab. They won't smile even though you give them heaven. I don't recommend this place. If I was able to give minus points I would give them.

Great food! Service was a bit distracted as there are many other families. Price is a bit too steep but you pay the exact amount for the flavour you get. The washrooms did not have working faucets so we had to wash our hands from water poured from a bottle which was problematic for a restaurant of this big a size and having a lot of customers

The shawarma is one of the best. Their Mexican shawarma is too saucy and I personally wouldn't suggest it. Their Sheesh Tawook is one of the best I've had all around Dubai and would any day suggest it. The service is extraordinary and really friendly people.

This is my all time favourite Arabic Restaurant among all in Sharjah. From shawarma to wide varieties in fish everything is available here. Almost all people from different cultures visit here to have Arabic food. The best among all.

One of the best eat out for Arabic food in Sharjah. The food was tasty with ample serving quantity. The service of the staff was also very good. Even though it's a big restaurant with a lot of customers they doest have card payment but only cash payment

Majority of the people who review and love to have good food will trust the reviews and go ahead to have food here and so did I with my friends today.

All of my friends including me wanted to try some selected food from here. We went and took a seat and the waiter comes and gives us the menu. After 2 mins, this bald waiter comes and asks our order and it took us quiet sometime to tell him the order as we were just increasing the quantity of the same food so me and my friends decided to order 2 normal chicken shawarma, 1 mexican chicken shawarma and 3 falafel shawarma. The waiter while we were telling him the order kept looking at the other side, not caring about what we are ordering and telling him since a minute and he takes our order and goes. Then, another waiter comes and serves us plates with spoon and forks, and then again the bald waiter comes and while my friend was reading the menu, he snatches away the menu from his hand and goes. Till this part, we were patient enough to bear this horrendous behavior.

Exactly after 2 minutes, the same guy who has given us plates and spoon/fork, comes and takes away all what he gave us and left the table empty again and this time he gives us one khubus basket and goes. Our food came in sometime and we started to have our food.

I don't know why but the shawarma was OK at its best. There was no juicy-ness in it, it was dry, no tahina or neither any garlic paste was in it and all the time it felt like we were just munching chicken, I understand it is a chicken shawarma but it felt so horrible while eating. Later, we moved into having our falafel sandwich and to my shock it was even worse. It was a cold bread which just had cucumber, salad and one or half of falafel stuffed into it which was just like a frozen sandwich. The bald waiter just kept staring at us like we had a personal issue with him. I honestly don't know why this place has such rating where staff does not even know how to serve people politely, the way they treated us seemed like they were unhappy with our small orders but being a reviewer who has been into the most pocket friendly places to posh places to have food, even in the smallest order in a posh restaurant will never judge you or make you feel uncomfortable this way because their restaurant is making an earning and that is what matters to them.

I am laughing at this point while typing this line, but then another waiter just took the basket of khubus also, like they don't even care if we will have it now or later, they just want to take away everything from your freaking table. While the bill was ready, the bald guy told us to pay right away in the table itself when I kept insisting to pay in the cash counter which is the same thing as the table and he was giving a bad attitude. I personally went to the manager and explained all this issue and all he said was ''OK'' so personally he does not give a damn about it.

A small suggestion to people who show such horrible attitude, remember we pay for eating and we don't eat it for free, so learn how to show customer satisfaction so the customer returns to your restaurant with his/her last experience.

I will NOT recommend this place to people at any cost. I am surprised they did not take the money at least before we had our food or received our order.:)

This is one of the best restaurants with Authentic food in the entire country. The ambience and the service is just excellent, hats of to the management

This place used to be great. Those days are long gone.

I cannot pin down whether my taste buds have evolved or the food quality has deteriorated. I have a strong feeling it's the latter.

We have ordered Aroos Damascus many times as home delivery, but the dinning experience with us is pathetic.
Quite dis respectful staff towards kids and elderly women, the moment they realise we are non Arabic speaking.
I feel quite insulted infront of my family and small kid while we tried to dine at Sharjah.
My experience is quite bad while we dine, they treat us as secondary customer.
Our family will never try Sharjah branch further.

One of the most popular restaurants which serves Arabic cuisine very delicious. Family hall is available. Free parking. Mainly shawarma is amazing to eat.

This place is an absolute blessing. Customer service can vary depending upon how busy the restaurant is at the time. But otherwise, really kind and vibrant staff members who treat everyone with respect. Food is absolutely spot-on. Being a huge fan of Middle Eastern cuisine myself, I can vouch for the fact that their food does not disappoint.
