Worst customer service and poor quality for the phones they sell. They sell phones not registered with TRA. They take up to 20 days to just do software repair for a phone!

I wish I could give it less then one star. Honestly the most hostile environment that a customer could ask for. Went in to inquire about getting my note 9 screen replaced and the person behind wouldn't even look at me while speaking kept on picking up the phone between our conversation though their were 5 people working who could very answer the phone and let me be served. I felt like disregarded customer and walked away and got my work done else where.
There are Less buyers more sellers gotta keep the customers happy if you need business.

I am a regular customer since they opened in Sharjah. Replaced my iPad mini screen today. The technician told 90 last week via phone. When I went to fix he said 100 and after fixing he took 120. I asked why and his reply was that he never said 100 before. A very experienced liar.
