I visited aster clinic today i really like their customer service especially receptionist Parvathy. I highly recommend them for your health problems.

Today I came to visit Dr. Meha ENT doctor. She is excellent and I’m highly satisfied in her service. Got excellent service from her assistant nurse also. Special mention to front office staff Ms. Monisha. She was so friendly, smily, good manner, good behavior, and interacted with us so well.

I had a really bad experience with aster clinic! I cannot understand how a reputable clinic can treat its patients with such discrimination.
I visited the clinic last Thursday because I was having some covid symptoms and was surprised how Dr. Viney Joseph was extremely unprofessional and treated me as if I was spreading diseases everywhere.
- Although I was wearing 2 masks and following all measures, she freaked out when I coughed and asked me not to.
- It became worst when I placed my belongings on the table then she shouted at me to remove them immediately and disinfected the table while I am still standing there.

I will never go back there nor recommend it to anyone! Worst clinic ever!

Worst expirience from a general practitioner ever. From a reception its fine they are so nice and having a good service, but then the service of a doctor (HARIS CHUNDIYAN MOOCHI) itself was really bad. Hes not even asking properly wat was ur feeling why you came to them, and i do have a migraine for a long time and its not a simple headache he told me that its just a headache hes not even asking more questiong regarding with my health and thats it for hime. I will probably not come back to this doctor and branch ever.

One of the best clinic i have ever visited. Doctors are so nice and caring. Recently i have visited, i was really happy because of their quick service. Overall processing time was just 15 mins. Keep up the good work team.

I was there yesterday night to do my treatment the admin staff and doctors are very good they treat me very well.

I Had a nice experience with the clinic. The approach of Customer executive teams are very much appealing in terms of handling and sorting out of queries.

The doctor shanthi and staff sis shantha very accomodating and really good clinic that i visit. Im really happy with aster clinic.they very professional and very cooperative.

We hv a good and pleasant experience with Dr Shanthi & her assistant Shantha regarding my wife maternity. We hv been following for 5 months with her & she along with Sister Shantha did their best to make sure the pregnancy go smooth.

Good clinic. Need some more improvement from their staff to deal with minor surgery and wounded patients.

Once i visited this clinic, I believe I had a good experience about this clinic, friendly atmosphere of front office staff nursing staff as well doctors very much comfortable while treating to the patients, keep the same momentum as always.

I arrived 20min prior to my pre booked appointment for the registration and still I waited 30min until I was able to see the doctor.
I gave 2 stars as the doctor and nursers were friendly and professional, but to prebook an appointment at 12.15 and see the doctor after 12.45 is a bit too much.

Excellent service by customer service team! Something that needs to be appreciated. Even if it is Busy time they tried Helping us.that’s a great thing!

All the staff are polite and helpful especially my ob-gyn Dr.shanti and nurse Shanta. They are so accommodating and easy to approach.

Tency was my nursing staff, and she did a wonderfull job in terms of caring me for my tooth issues, the way she followup the things i really felt good and comfort level was soo nice, so that i got relif from the pain.

Best clinic visited yet in uae. Awesome and helpful staff. Sometimes very much crowded but if u come early u get free quickly. Doctors and nurses are so polite and helping. Always a pleasure to see them all.

Clinic and doctor is good. But your follow up with the lab result and approval is very bad. If any pending is there u people are not informing the patient.

Worst clinic in handling patient. Waiting customer token holding ticket more than 1 hour now cancel due to too much crowd and no turn for doctor now going to other nearby medical centre.

I commend Dr. KAPIL KUMAR TALREJA my GP who assisted and was there during my most difficult times. He was there virtually and asks for my daily updates. I couldn't make it if without hisunending guidance via whatsapp.
He exceeded my expectations.salute to Doc Kapil and those nurses whom I've met and taken my vital signs to PCR tests, xray and IV things.

Am so happy to write this, my whole hearted gratitude to Dr Shathi, and the nurses who treated us like a family member, very good consultation experience throughout period. We cant thank enough you Madam Dr. Shanthi, for the amount of care you have shown to us.

Worst protocol. Just my dr had to get approval for my ultrasound and I took appointment for tat and came to the clinic. Was waiting for 50 minutes to get approval from my Insurance just to need the dr.and again 40 mins was waiting to meet the dr, even after requesting my nurse tat no checkup for me, just dr asked me to come today to apply for my ultrasound approval after which I will go to scan centre the next day. Just to apply to get approval for my scan I was waiting around 1.5hours, even after appointment. Very worst protocol. I had nothing to get checked or treated today and just fr the sake to apply for approval (that too dr is going to apply, so needed my presence which was not even 1 min) I was waiting for more than an hour.

I have been going to the Aster Clinics for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for medical care. It's the most professional Medical Clinic I've been to. Visited Aster clinic king faisal last day with back pain and consulted Dr Haris.

Your service is truly horrible and pathetic. I did a PCR test a few days ago I received the result through a message. However, I did not receive any report.

I am still waiting for the report and have called you'll many times, but no one picks up the phone.

I stopped visiting aster 3 years ago. My 1 year old baby shivering with high fever and got tokens number after 5patients and requested for immediate checking and other patients have no problem for that one gentleman wearing coat and tie sitting in reception have big problem and behaved very rudely. Immediately I left from there (there is no pointing arguing people without heart) and NMC near stadium staff very friendly welcomed us and treated

Very poor customer service, we still need to call them or either go there again to get the result of our covid test when we should receive the result after 24 hours. They are wasting our time and balance, the reception is very rude and we wait for long time in the queue most of the recetionist are just talking to each other while we the customers are in line waiting for them to finish, this is the worst clinic iv’e ever been too

Very bad experience from DR VRISHALI.

1. I booked an appointment for 11 and reached there on time. She called me at 11.30 only.

2. I had throat pain and headache. She didn’t even check my throat.directly suggested to see the specialist and referred to ENT specialist. I think she doesn’t know anything and I am wondering how she could obtained MBBS. My husband had same experience before.

3. Then i went to reception and came to know the ENT dr is not available and they are not sure when she will come. They told me to call next morning and confirm whether she is available or know.

4. I already took leave so i thought to ask for a sick leave from VRISHALI. Again I went to her and she declined my request and told only treating dr can provide sick leave. I don’t know why she is sitting there. I simply wasted almost 1.5 hour and paid fee for nothing.

Dear aster, please note that this kind of doctors can be the reason to loose your reputation.

I had got treatment from other doctors like Abby abhraham, Celia and haris.all are very good and expert doctors and never faced a bad experience from them

Dr Celia Antony, She is a wonderful person and a doctor, a very good listener, understands her patients problems and has in depth knowlege of her field. So happy to get her to treat me for my leg problems. All my prayers for her. May Almighty bless her with lots of happiness.

Worst service ever my appointment was 3 pm and they keep me waiting for 40 minutes and they force patient to go there own clinic they dont provide claim form that u can visit to any other pharmacy i think its patient decision to deside which pharmacy he should go but when i ask them to have claim form they said wait in a queue and then they said they don't have.stupid excuses ever i have seen in clinic.i will never recommend this clinic to any patient

Similar to a fish market. No rules or order. Receptionists hides their ids so they can be comfy. No FIFO policy.

Your time is in Sharjah kingfaisal sultaco building street time is 7.30 am. Still nobody open the shop. I am waiting here from more than 10 minutes. Need to give blood for testing. Yesterday they called me and come on 7.30 am today. I am not happy.

Doctors are good but administrative staff is very poor. Not capable of even obtaining insurance approval. You have to call the insurance and follow up.

I would never recommend to go back in this health center I waited for 4 hours to be seen by a doctor did nothing but just to give a prescription without getting stetescope see my throat or anything nothing she instead recommend me to hget this covid test I did the test until now I still did not get the result at first they said 7 days then later they said 10 days I do not know why it is takingtoo long for them to get the results test made at star city medical center by my housemate they received results in 4 days but this clinic its oing years to get it NOT Good a very Bad clinic

Disastrous hospital, incompetent and rude nurse, I was burned I asked to see a dermatologist when she received me "out of the consultation room" she looked at my burn for 1 min and told me to treat myself at home. I had to pay extra to get treatment at the hospital the first day I found the nurse not competent enough but acceptable. During my second consultation session no dermatologist only a nurse who was oh my god racist, very incompetent and incapable I will never go back to aster clinic again

The worst service ever.sometimes 2 hours waiting time to sit with doctor for 5 minutes without any benefits.specifically doctor abey Abraham.i don't know what he is doing inside

Their branches are more then the doctors, their closing time is 12am but no doctor available at 10pm

We had given the blood sample of my 5 year old son a week back for a hematology test and an IGE test and since then we have been asking for the report status. They sent us the report for the hematology report and there was no update on the immunology test. We sent an email back asking for the IGE test but there was no response. On calling a second time they sent us the same hematology report again. We had to call a third time and ask for the clinic to call back. A lady called from the clinic and the call got disconnected when i asked her about the IGE test. After 10 minutes i get a call from the diagnostic center asking to bring my son back for taking blood sample again. On asking why they replied the volume was not enough, when initially blood samples were collected in three bottles. There was no call or request done the whole week if the sample was low which is a clear sign that this was not looked into.

I had a bad experience at this clinic as they dont have enough staff which results long queue at reception area, make me more than 3 hour waiting after reception even i had appointment (time given by docter) just for follow up.

Very Pooor Management. They don't have ability to manage the Time Management for the Doctors, Waiting more then 2 Hours worst experience at all cause of that get more sick. Wasting Time for nothing. They Should learn the Management abilities from THUMBAY.although its difficult to get consult with Internal Medicine Doctor like a Achievement.
They Should Change the Management style of Hospitality in order to good care of their patients. My Self would Give - 10 Star.

We always used to meet Dr. Udayeshan for our treatment of our kids. He is such a good doctor, having great skills for ascertaining the problems and giving medicines which helps our kids for fast recovery. He also gives good guideline to prevent them from illness.

After waiting for 2 hours as a walk in customer, I realised I will end up either waiting for 2 more hours but not be attended or will be attended late after all favours are done to patients who missed their number 2 hours back and suddenly when I'm nearing my chance to see the doctor this patient walks in as a special entry who also was a walk in customer, clearly missed his number coz he wasn't there when his number was called. Then they issue a special token coz I complained and then doctor (Dr. Abey) or management (Mr. Rajesh) instead of apologising for their unfair treatment they will tell you please tell me your problem fast they have other patients to attend. Such rude attitude and inhumane behavior towards a patients concern? It's like we who genuinely waited there 2 hours to see the doctor didn't go anywhere just so we don't miss our number when called for but we don't matter as customer or as patients. Highly disappointing as Healthcare professionals or managing such a big brand unfairly. I'll never recommend or visit aster and wish to take this up with healthcare authorities.
