Aster Clinic, Al Butina, Sharjah

I just had my check up in this clinic, they we're nice especially the receptionist reshma and the assists of aswathy.

I would like to appreciate Dr. Rupa pediatric specialist for her caring and attention towards my kids is very concerned. Doctor is very much listening and advising the right medication. Best part is she used to call my kids with their name when we visit. That’s so much touching. Thanks for your wonderful service madam and keep doing it.

For the attention of those who come to the clinic on Sundays morning. It opens at 9 am. They are written on the door 8 am, when customer care calls at 8: 30 am. Do not bother patients who come to look at bloodsugar test.

I started visiting Dr. Namitha abhilash during my 1st month of pregnancy and choosing her was best decision ever. She has been a constant support throughout my journey, patiently answering all my doubts during each visit, always with a smile. Appointment is for what so Tht we met the doctor at time instead making a story leave that appart blood reports came night today morning when we called for the follow up call centre agent reply was awesome doctors counter is closed she will come tomorow 8.30 so it means we have to suffer until tomorrow doctor comes in case any thing happens who will be responsible even i ask for a call back everything is possible only tomorrow 8.30 or else book for another doctor
So irresponsible never recommend buteena aster clinic

I would like to share my experience with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Manoj Kumar. One of the best I have seen in my experience. Hats off to him best diagnosis and explanation. I am feeling better now.

I came to the hospital with severe deep wound in my finger. Dr. Ruel and Dr. Manoj the best care, patience and the best treatment I got from these doctors I have ever seen, and also the staff sis. Stephy Moncy I found her kind and serving nature. I feel much relieved now thank you so much

Dr Shamshad general practitioner needs to practice more, she is not confidant on treating patients, wen we said our problem she din have an answer. Infront of us she was talking to another doctor regarding another patients treatment, she was asking what I should do. Seriously? U don't know how to treat your patients? We just spoiled our money by visiting her. Sorry to say she is not well experienced doctor. Very poor experience in registration too. They are taking hell lot of time to register one patient, I din like one thing, they are asking profession of a patient, what u have to do with our profession? Are you gonna give free medicine if we are CEO of the company? I heard there is some standards for Aster but Butina branch Aster clinic is very bad. I never want to visit this aster ever in my life.

Worst clinic ever if you can wait for 3 hours you can go the receptionist also will not even bother telling you how many are waiting before you! Not recommended at all don't go here ASTER management hope you look into this

We had a good treatment at the aster clinic, abutina for doing your best at work. Especially,
Dr. Shamshad and counter staff Sruthi, who did their their job well by serving their costomers the best they can do. Thanks to all honored soctors and staffs with all due respects.

I couldn't get a medical leave certificate from aster as they are saying ministry of health is not accepting mashreq card for online payment.
And no cash is acceptable.

Had a wonderful experience at Aster abutina clinic especially with Dr. Namitha Abhilash (gynecologist). She is truely a gem to the clinic, she treated me so well during my pregnancy period, she comforted me during my stress periods, cleared all my doubts. Also about the front desk staff there were so cooperative and helpful.

Receptionist Noha was very very arrogant in her behavior. Had an appointment today for doctor. Had reached the clinic half and hour before. Even after waiting fot a long time after the actual appointment were not attended to and hence I had asked Ms Noha who was passing by she said she will check, but did not return to us with an answer. After sometime when we asked her why are we not called then she is asking us the patient name again. When said that we were waiting for her response in the alleyway and that this is not the way to respond, she got angry. Such an irresponsible behavior from the receptionist. Was here in the hospital only because of the good doctor. The supervisor witnessed the bad behavior and intervened. The supervisor was very helpful and facilitated further proceedings

Hi! Aster Clinic in Butina (Buteena) is - most unprofessional & ill organized Aster clinic i have been to. Despite of appointment with Dr. Manoj, I waited over an hour & I was still in waiting- Followup patients would just walkin & was no nursing station to guide

We have been consulting Dr. Namitha for the last 8 months. From our experience she is the best ob/gyn here who always cared for our concerns and problems. We would definitely recommend her to anybody who want utmost care related to gyneac problems and issues and especially when you are pregnant.the staffs and nurses are also extremely helpful to everyone.

We considered Gynaecologist Dr. Namitha for wife’s check up and it’s like time awesome experience. She totally professional and informed all details during the whole course of pregnancy. I would definitely recommend Dr Namitha Abhilash for all gynaec problems. She is an awesome doctor, soft spoken, calmly adresses all your health concerns, very friendly, makes you feel really comfortable and the treatment provided throughout my pcod and pregnancy was excellent. The nurses are all very polite and helpful. Clinic is also very well maintained, safe and hygienic.

It was really a bad experience for me not just 1 time, several times. You must spend minimum 2 to 3 hours even though if you’ve appointment. Reception desk services were pathetic and very unprofessional way of dealing with patients.booking / follow ups/ payments / other services all in same counter and only 2 staff to attend.if you have an alternate option, please don’t visit this clinic.

All times, I try to get information about doctor but not pickup my telephone, not one times try to call 25 times, today my kids having some problem so I try to ask about doctor timing, but not pickup my telephone, finally went there, executive staff told me doctor not available, I giving negative marking about executive staff of buteena aster clinic

It's a worst thing happen in my life we've come to Aster Clinic Buteena at 6pm waiting for 2 hours but they never call us as my son has a FEVER. This is very bad experince. The staff is very unprofessional they never treat you as a patient. This clinic doesn't deserve even 1 star. And I will never come back this Clinic anymore.

I booked an appointment and after a long que I managed to reach receptionist around after 40 min.
When I visited Ortho Dr, I explained my problem for around 2 min and Dr gave me 3 capsules for 10 days (for normal back pain only) without speaking a single word.

This clinic overall good service. But one of disappointed thing is that whenever calling in clinic's phone no for some information, no one attending phone.

What is the benefit for keeping land line in aster clinic.since morning am trying to call just ringing. No one in the reception is attending. Leading pharmacy should learn about customer service also

The Worst Branch of Aster Clinic, the reception never pick up the phone for any query, I literally tried 7 Times calling today on Landline and 3 Times yesterday no one answers the phone, the worst customer service ever

Very slow and poor service! Not giving proper instruction to patients. Been waiting for the labtests result, been calling the clinic to get any update but always unattended. Finally after almost a week someone attended the call and find out the doctor already on leave for 10days and advised to collect the result and show to the other doctor. Their negligence is causing much inconvenience to patients!

Always not being served on time, whether u come very early at your appointment timing. Please understand that we also run our errands on time and if we miss even only 10mins our full planning for the day maybe affected.

However, doctors and SOME nurses are very good, no doubt. Except for the poor customer service of few staffs at the reception. Please keep in mind that the interactions with the patients at the clinic starts at the reception area so we must put staffs with good/effective customer service.

Once the blood result released the clinic person should call to collect the report otherwise doctor should call the patient to meet the doctor.no response from them.

I was called to get blood result, the response forwarded to from mail nurse, and the mail nurse he cant speak clear mannerly what he need to explain, and no lab technicians available.its irresponsible.they just need to insurance patients.

The GP DR is so rude
I can't understand how a DR who suppose to hear to know the exact source of illness reply as (don't dictate to me how to do my job) I never expected this kind of attitude from a well reputable establishment but any way not all aster clinics are the same king faical branch is ok and med care also.at the end overview aster are having a good health service that one case can't affect.

I have been with Aster Butina last week. Even though some rush was there, staffs were highly supportive and trying their best to accommodate patients comfortably.

I met general practitioner Dr Nazeeya. I am happy with her pleasant behavior. Good part is that she was able to identify the root cause of my long running fever, headache and fatigue due to mycoplasma. Doctor referred a proper medicine, which help me to recover from continuous fever, headache and fatigue.

Very very bad experience. I came at 1610H and I know that the doctor will come at 1730H. I came early so I will be the first priority for the walk ins. When I approached the staff by 1640H, he told me that he will accept after 1700H only. So i told him that I came early cause I want to finish early as im not feeling well. Still! They accomodated 5 patients before me who are also walk ins who just came after 1700H. Hays.very bad!

Aster is the clinic i have seen. All staffs are good and polite. Good work from CSE and Nurses.

Doctor was good even the staff was ok.
I called minimum 10 times to the clinic to recieve medical test report via email but even after two days of test i am still waitng for the report.

I was truly impressed with your nice facility and caring staff. This was the best team of medical staff i have been around in a long time. The doctors, nurses and staff are so professional.
