Very Bad Doctor i found ever my Life (Doctor Fibin) .i had cconsult twice but my sickness still the same. And i have try to reach him by phone due to my busy schedule but not possible , but over all other service are Good of the clinic

Came for an x-ray. Very helpful and friendly staff. Willing to provide assistance immediately on request.

It is always a good experience with staff and doctors. Especially Doctor Sai Kumar, orthopedic specialist, very kind person!

The services are good and fast in the reception area even if the staffs are still new. They are assisting us in a professional way.

The clinic location is very accessible. Staffs are very accommodating and helpful with all my queries. Very fast and easy to book doctors appointment.
One staff for blood sample is very apologetic about letting me wait for more than 5mins as she have attended other patients.

Services and clinic is fine but the service provided is actually very very poor i wanted to know about my reports and changes in medicine. I kept calling their call centre for about 3 hours. They only replied with " doc will get in touch with you soon ". Pathetic!

One of the best clinic in Al Nahda Sharjha. Everyone at the clinic including doctors, nurses and support staff are really helpful and accommodating. There was never a time where we felt unhappy here.

Only suggestion would be to increase doctors strength and avaibility and include more specialisations.

We are very much disappointed with incident happened at the clinic. We had to meet Dr. Kaveri sharma for First visit after pregnancy confirmation, but we were charged without our concern. Doctor should have informed the charges prior doing any activities. This left us in confusion to Continue consulting with same doctor or to change.
Whoever visit doctor please ask for the charges before only to not get upset at the end.

Myself and my family were under care of Aster Clinic, Golden Sands, Al Nadha Sharjah for last 7 years and we are extremely happy and satisfied about the care given to us.

Had a pleasent and good experience at the clinic. The front dest staff are helpful and kind, and well informed. Nurses are kind hearted and ease the patient with indulging in small talk. The doctors are highly ethical and avoid unnecessary experimental blood tests, X-rays etc and also avoid medication unless necessary. Overall the patient always leaves with a better understanding of their condition as well as the right treatment plan.

Am super grateful to all the staff in aster clinic Al nahda, especially Abdul salam you help me out when i was facing difficulties with my insurance approval. I was really divastated but AbdulSalman came and render his full support and my test was approved. Aster the best clinic that give hope to the hopless.

Visit their GP. Except for the nurses, every single staff is so incompetent I’ll never visit them again. It will be a long story if I go in detail. In short, if you plan to visit them it will be an opportunity to experience the worst service in country. Their absence of common sense is beyond imagination.

I can say that Dr. Prashant (Ortho), is very experienced Doctor, it was because he guides and advise me regarding carpal tunnel, thAnk you Doc And also, he advise me to do therapy and i can also say that Ms Drisya (physiotherapist), is very friendly and helpful. Well experienced therapist.very accomodating staff start from the receptionist.

Aster clinic, this is very unacceptable attitude by your staffs, for a pregnant patient waiting for 3hours to see doctor for follow up, and your staff is telling my wife that if she don’t like this place she can change her clinic, unacceptable and bad behavior.your staffs need to do better.

They have pethatic service, make people to wait for long hours. Have very few doctors, 2 & half hours I waited to meet the doctor. It was just a follow-up check up. If you have lot of time Happy to visit.

I had visited aster clinic in al nadha Shj.the ambience was really good and the staff there were very helpful. Impressed on the way they handle the patients. Gud customer service teams, nurses and doctors. I went there with my friend the walking was almost closed but still I got doctors appointment with the help of CSE sony.she was ready to help and very polite.keep it up and good job! The super delay clinic… Time taken to get a token to consult the doctor is almost 2 to 3 hrs. Even after taking the token the concern staff will be called as per their choices. I had a very bad experience from this clinic, I waited almost 3 hrs to consult my daughter. Even if we ask the reason for the delay they wont answer properly. The worst customer service by the staff. If I get a chance to rate below 1 that will be mine.

The staff at Aster Clinic Al Nahda Sharjah are very friendly and efficient. Throughout our stay, we were taken care of and guided properly.
Especially, the team leader Mrs Deepa is exceptional. Her gentle nature coupled with time management helped us to complete all our procedures smoothly.

Recently visited the Aster Clinic, Alnahda, Sharjah. From op registration till getting my lab results, all over the process the CSE supported well. Especially Mr. Akash during my registration and Ms. Jeomol in cash made my visit over there more easier. I didn't feel any sort of rush in the clinic. I visited on a cause of fever with Dr. Soumya and the staff service until I finish all my proceedings were hassle free and very good communication and excellent service.

Visited Aster, Al Nahda, Sharjah, for covid RT-PCR test and had a very pleasant experience. Received my test results on the same day. Special thanks to Dr. Deepa and her staff. Their processes were smooth and the service was professional.

Am visiting aster clinic and Hospital more than years especially the Al Nahda clinic.it has the best infrastructure, best doctors best nurses and best Customer Service Staff. I visited this clinic for the first time for my mother and I'm very much satisfied with the treating Doctor Asra Begam for her wonderful approach in dealing with my mother. My mother is already 90% feeling better with the consoling words of the Doctor. A big thank you to the nursing staff as well.

Great team work by the Staffs in this clinic was very good and they are supportive too. All doctors are very efficient and very talented. The customer care area was very active and attentive.

Very Bad service, I came to visit a Gen. Dr, she has asked to do couple of blood test. After 5 days there is no report no feed back calls from the clinic side. Then i make a enquiry at that moment only they send me the report.
Then what is the purpose of doing a blood test? Only to take money from the insurance.

I had a very Bad experience with them yesterday. I booked my appointment tru amer for pcr test i asked them to give me receipts since amer didn't give. I was told within 1 hour i would get a receipt on my email. I waited for 1 hour at aster since the provided landline number on the website was not getting connected at all. After 45 mins a went to counter again to ask. I was told to wait another 5 mins. After more than 1 hr of waiting 1 lady came and told me that they cannot provide the bill and i should contact amer for it. They made me wait for 1 hr just to say that the bill is not from their side. How possible that a facility is not providing a bill and not intouch with amer. They told me to wait for 1 hr and they would send it on my email just to send me away.i pay tru online for 139. But if you go walk in the charge is only 100 dh. So this is how they make.i was charge extra 39 dh and they cannot even provide me a bill. Excellent service.

Had an amazing experience in this clinic. There was no waiting. All staffs were really helpful. Would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had been to the clinic to show my baby to the doctor. I had many concerns on my baby’s vaccination regarding approval and all but Ms. Ansu who is the GRE in the clinic had really helped us a lot by explaining clearly. She didn’t have any hesitation towards helping any patients. Thanks a lot for assisting us.

Two days ago, my wife and I went to the Al-Nadha clinic to show my newborn baby to Dr. Mohan. There we did not have a doctor's appointment and we planned a walking appointment. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, the receptionist said that the appointments given during the walk were over. We were very embarrassed, and then Miss. Anshu came and inquired about the issue and made all the necessary arrangements to see the doctor. I take this opportunity to thank Miss. Ansu and the receptionist (name unknown), as well as everyone who has supported us.
It was my first experience at Al Nahda Clinic (Sharjah) and I am very pleased with the support I received from them.

I have been visiting Aster Clinic Al nahda Sharjah. The process was smooth especially with the help of the front desk officer name - King. He was nice and helpful, same with the nurse and doctors.

Very slow and disrespectful staff. AC inside clinic is at 15 degrees to make people leave. Dr. Madamn Mohan Rao Kenguva was 48 minutes late on the appointment, checked my child's throat from a 3 meters distance. Cashier was very astonished that Dr.didn't prescribe COVID test. Maybe cashier should prescribe medicines as he can bring more money.

Very bad experience with aster. Insurance coordinator not working porperly they people only say we forward request to insurance company. They thought we are free. We should to wait at least 1 to 2 hr if we going aster.

I have been to this clinic and Im quiet impressed with the clinic staff and special thanks to Dr Asra who treated me so well.

Receptionist is not professional and very rude. Also she send me the wrong COVID test report to my email which one not belongs to me. Please train her properly. Dr. Abdul Qadir is very good and friendly and medicine also effective. Thank u Dr. Abdul Qairi

I booked teleconsultation appointment on 5th of February the customer service agent said the doctor will call me within 48 hours but today is 9th February and there is no response from them
Aster needs to improve their services instead of opening new branches

Is there any option to give 0 star? , only in the reception they they take more than 20 min whith each person, and for GP doctor, you will wait more than 2 hours if there is 5 people before you,
Also there is no priority for kids, kid his age 18 months, he wait for his turn whith adult, I really had very bad experience. Thank you and sorry its just the truth

Overall had a smooth & a way better experience compared to the King Faisal Road Branch (this may be due to non peak hour visit) and in particular a wonderful experience with Orthopedic Dr. Prashant Agarkar, he was very welcoming and gave adequate time to understand the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Prashant.

Staff was quick to respond though the cashier seemed to be a bit untrained but that didn't cause much of a problem.

Pathetic service, had to wait for a very long time. The guy who was working there didn’t even know I had an appointment. They kept on making me wait by telling me you’re next and etc. Horrible!

Very disappointed. Dr. P! He not allowing me to get a copy of the checkup result paper and he is saying it is the hospital legal paper! I really can't understand how in the earth after I go to doctor and after I pay for my checkup fees and have conclusion about my situation then tell me I am not allowed to even take a photo of my report.also he advice this is not his specialty and try to push me to outside clinic that isn't belonging to Aster! Just a waste of time and money.will never go again.

Very bad experience. Waiting time is more. Appointment time are given just for the formality. What review says "very poor service" is correct. I will not recommend.

I came yesterday 8 February 2020 and give blood simple and after 24 hours blood report is not ready, funny thing is doctor not recommended any medication. This is my 1st and last visit in this clinic

Perfect clinic covering all major insurance and availability of all medical specialist. Have good radiologist, ultrasounds experts. Though very crowded but the staff is good enough to handle the large crowd. Good doctors. Lots of free kachha parking available. Good for adults and children and also families

All i can say is terrible experience. I arrive at the clinic at 4: 50pm and finish at 9: 30pm ‍️ too many sick people inside? Crowded! Lack of staff and facility.highly suggest to add more reception and lab test people its really crazy waiting for about 2 hrs just to take the samples.

Pros.it covers lab test as per my insurance. ‍️

Aster never learns from their mistakes. At least they don’t listen to their customers feedback, otherwise their basic issue to manage front desks would have sorted long back.

It doesn’t matter someone have appointment or not, they still have to stand in the queue and wait for never ending slow process of filling information.

Token machine is not working at this branch. Receptionists quite often missing from desk, only one person for appointment and registration isn’t enough to deal number of patients at this branch.

Not comparable with other groups where customers feedback is given utmost importance.

If possible to appoint some well capable manager to control this clinic. I came many times with my friends, it is waste of time. In Aster hospital Quasis takes almost 1 hr for a normal day, her minimum 2 hr. No one willing to answer our concerns. Have very good experience in other clinics too.

Plz never go to Dr heena, I really feel v bad that I wasted time and money. Never seen such an arrogant gynecologist. She doesn't hear have the patience to hear patients. Always known aster to have great doctors but v disappointed. The previous reviews about this clinic is v true.

My first time experience with Dr. Asra Begum GP. I’m very happy and very much impressed with the doctor who managed well also so quick, Well explaining about each and everything, so consoling.

She is extremely professional and most importantly will listen to you very patiently.

We had a blood test done at the clinic at around 8: 00pm and around 10: 30pm we got a call asking us to come to the clinic immediately.
Dr Fibin Faz and Mr Sudheesh K P handled this situation very professionally. Before we even reached the clinic they had gone out of their way to speak to the insurance company in order for us to be referred to a hospital.

Even though it was after hours, they stayed back, spoke to us about the situation and ensured we were rushed to the hospital. The next day we even got a call from the clinic asking us if everything was ok

Worst outpatient management, very little space for patients waiting causing extreme inconvenience to everyone.queue system at reception and billing counter is very very slow and very time consuming process.staff here are not bothered of delays and unresponsive and not helpful.overall very poor facility as a medical clinic.no supervisor manning the clinic if available not visible or reachable. I wanted to rate 0.5 star but this option is not available.

VERY POOR SERVICE. RECEPTIONIST ASKED MY COLLEAGUE TO WAIT FOR THE INSURANCE APPROVAL FOR THE LABORATORY. WE WAITED FOR ALMOST 2HOURS AND WHEN WE FOLLOW-UP FROM THE INSURANCE THEY DID NOT SEND THE REQUEST. THEY ONLY SEND IT WHEN WE START ARGUING WITH THEM.

Worst service ever. The G. P is very arrogant lady. I had severe pain which which was intolerable. She didn't even investigate me.

Bad experience from a lady GP who is sitting in room number 2. (if the aster team wants to know her name just contact me).

All other staff members were professionals.

We used to visit aster clinics across Dubai and Sharjah. This one experience made us think twice about the doctors before blindly believing in the Reputed healthcare badge.

A lot to tell.

First of all, when my wife started to say about her problems she was busy with completing the insurance form and wrote the injection and x-ray before examining her. We opted for a lady doctor just because my wife is having back pain and maybe for a better diagnosis, the doctor wants to examine the area. The main door was wide open and the doctor told my wife to show the area where she is having pain. I was the one who told her that to close the door before the examination.

Second, she advised an X-ray and we waited for the approval and did it. The technician told us that the doctor can see it on her computer screen (which most of the doctors do). When we entered the doctors' room to make sure that there is nothing to worry, she told us to come again after 2 days then only she can get the radiologist report (She didn't even check her computer or at least search for the x-ray).

A lot more to say about her attitude towards the patients.

I hope the aster team knows, how awkward it is for a lady to open/ lift her dress when the door was wide open. I think someone has to let her know that there is an examination area in that facility at least for the lady patients.
