Good admin staff specially Ms. Rasana and doctor Haris. Takes their effort to maximum, when it comes to patient care.

I recently visited aster clinic abu shagara, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The clinic itself was clean and well maintained, and the doctor were knowledgeble and prefessional.
The receptionist Nandhana was particularly helpful.

I was really stressed about the procedure, but you made me feel better.
Good hospitality and good manner
Especially Rasana if I am not wrong, she was very kind and helpful.

Aster Clinic Abu Shagara is one of the special features of Aster Clinic Abu Shagara along with the very sincere working staff and the responsible reception staff.

Dont visit the clinic looking at the dr details in their website or calling the customer care, the Dr availabilty is completely different from all of that.

Checked in website for Dr schedule, it was showing available till 9: 30, called the customer care to confirm and they said Dr available till 8: 30 only and only except walkin patients, when made the visit to clinic they are asking why dont you take a appointment and visit we are not excepting any more patients.

2nd time having bad experience with the wrong details from customer care and the management. Decided not to visit anymore.

Mohammed Yousuf is a god sent man. Very helpful and kind staff. He helped me in sickness and pain. God bless him! We need more people like him in the clinical staff so that management can be better. God bless him!

I had a bad experience with this clinic.in midnight my daughter she had hight fever.so I try to get a appointment in morning.but from there said no response.so I go directly clinic but they don't want to treat my daughter without appointment even they don't hv time to talk.

Good Doctors available, Excellent customer service and soft spoken staffs, especially Samjhana. She was caring and really showed empathetic gestures and communication languages and helped us to get the best doctor for my son. Despite living from abushagera clinic, we always love to visit this clinic due to presence of friendly staffs and convinient location.

I went to the clinic on 14th Jan 22 to do a fit to travel PCR test. There was a que which every one was following however a lady came in with Abaya and spoke to the receptionist Mohammed Yousuf in Arabic and he then spoke to the gentleman who was the cashier and arranging for the people to go in after taking down their details and payments. The cashier's name was Denzil Savio. There were many people before that lady and once Mohammed Yousuf spoke to Denzil the lady was allowed to go in first even though there were people already waiting for their turn. When I spoke up that she is being allowed to jump the line, Mohmmed Yousuf said that she has a two month old baby in the car. That lady came on foot I saw her coming in myself and if she had a two month old baby in the car by her self police should have been called as she had put a minor at risk. This was total non sense and instead of people raising their voices, lady was sent it. Denzil said he was doing it for the sake of the baby in the car which was not true as I saw the woman again walking out with car. This was an act of discrimination and violation of human rights that people who are already waiting for turn are disrespected just because they do not speak Arabic. I asked the people for their complain policy and the receptionist said that I can contact the helpline. This is unacceptable that a reputed company like Aster does not provide this basic training to their staff to treat every one with respect and dignity and not to discriminate because of their nationality and language spoken. If there is any one who is reading these comments from Aster. I would like to hear from them and would like to have an email address to send a formal complaint. I would not recommend this clinic or group to any one and if there was a rating below 0 I would give that to this clinic as the staff is horrible and is not ready ready to attend to people with equality and diversity. People come to UAE from all over the world and this is not acceptable in developed countries. Aster group if you are competing or trying to develop please make sure you have an equality policy in place and treat people equally not on how they are dressed or the language they speak. I wait to hear from the Aster Group.

I had a PCR Test here. Procedure was simple and got results in 16 hrs. Fees are less here compared with others.

Its been few times I m visiting Aster Clinic at Abushagara Branch. Dr Peter Anto has been very good, the approach towards me was very cordial. I will always recommend my family and friends to go to Aster Clinics and Hospital’s should the need arise for them. I was very pleased with the staff especially the Nurse Lincy. I recently visited aster clinic in Abu shagara for my treatment. The clinic is always full but the way the staff handles the crowd is amazing, they make sure to prioritize the needs of the patients I would like to thank Mr. Amir Khan who made the whole process so quick and easy he was very helpful and kind.

I went this clinic last week. I met Dr. Peter and Dr. Gouli for my kid. Both drs are really good, knowledgeable. Explained very well. Receptionist Mr. Denzil helped me alot. All nursing staffs are friendly. Over all experience was good. Highly recommend this clinic to every one.

Visited this clinic last week.nice friendly staff as they explained i had to wait due to my insurance approval. The person on desk 'Amir' was very thorough n knowledgeable. I went with my baby so he was genuinely concerned to get my service done fast. Met the doctor who was very approachable and patient.answered all my doubts, unlike other doctors who only look at the insurance not the patients.over all experience very good

Highly recommend not to go. No professionalism no care for the patient. Over crowded. No cover for the doctor on vacation.
I wasted my 2 and a half hour at this Clinic only to meet a GP.

Service quality is stupendous. Efficient staffs are the reason for that. Nurses even though they are busy they are very patient to listen and understand our issues. I didn’t have to wait much here like other busy clinics. I really recommend this is one of the best clinics in Sharjah. Thank you aster Abu Shagarah.

Dr. Biji Thomas, expert in his field. The best doctor i have ever met. Very humble, kind and down to earth despite of tremendous knowledge and expertise. Pioneer in internal medicine. Responds immediately on phone as well in emergency situations.

Don't go there.only they will reffer you to there different doctors.

I am very thankful and appreciate all the staff in the clinic from the front desk, nurses and a special mention to my OB-Gyne Dra. Manisha who have been with me since the beginning of my pregnancy until my delivery date. Dra. Manisha is a very professional, approachable and an expert to her field. She’s highly recommended to all pregnant mom there. I will be forever grateful to her.

They never pick calls. You get tested, they promise ro get back to you with results but they never do and when u call they don't pick. Very unprofessional

Absolutely rubbish service, no commitment at all for the patients. I really wonder how this brunch is operating so badly. From reception till end everywhere it took way longer to get the service. Experienced very rude behavior from reception. Every patient around us were extremely angry. Aster management, we are living in 20th century. Improve your service, otherwise first learn from others.

One of most slow moving clinic in UAE which don't care the value of Time.

If you are planning to visiting this clinic make sure you have appointment taken in advance
And also not that to take the appointment you need to be in the call at least for 10 to 20 mnts and that to they will say we can only give you appointment only ENT.

I have visited your clinic today 30/01/2020, at abushagara to collect my blood test report at 4.30pm, the receptionist told me doctor is not here so i can't verify my report with a doctor, i was asked her to refer another doctor for consultation, she was refused, it was really surprising, i think a clinic should not work such a way, you can't refuse a patient's treatment because of particular doctor unavailability. Please investigate this issue, please try to find a right solution for these type of chaos. After all Your advertisement message says we treat you well, but your clinic was not even ready to treat a patient.

Poor experienced with the receptionist in Abushagarah Sharjah, Because I came by walking to the clinic on 18th of February 2020 at 11am with my son who was severly sickness, but one of the receptionist, who named Tuni didn't check the insurance card properly and said, it's not covered and made me and my son to leave from the clinic. But really our insurance is covered with over all Aster clinics and hospitals. Really very bad experienced and made the day bad. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the receptionist in branch of Abushagarah Sharjah. Please don't let her to do this mistake again to the other patients. Because all people come to the clinic with pain.

Quite not satisfied with the professionalism by the gynae doctor in here. She doesnt seems to be much dedicated and committed, that she fails to explain in detail whats the problem is, to make a lay person understands of her current health condition. Once the diagnosis is made, I guess the doctor should be spending sometime with the patient to explain whats the condition is about actually, not just right away prescribe tablets/treatment. Can improve patient-doctor communication skill.
Anyways, with Dr. Vasha (General Practitioner), had a good experience. Excellent doctor with proper professionalism. 2 stars down for experience with gynae doctor.

We visit here to meet Pediatrician for my kids. All are well organized and Excellent hospitality.nurses took good care.
Only thing number of queues they can increase to avoid too much people accumulate in reception area.

Today My wife visited aster clinic king faisal road with severe ear pain, she has reached there around 8: 45am, her insurance is nextcare PCP and We were looking for a ENT doctor, since we required a referral to see specialist they registered her to a GP doctor and asked her to wait, she waited around 50 minutes after taking the vitals, after 50 minutes one nurse came and informed that Doctor is not available (After waiting 50 minutes with ear pain). Then they have registered her to another GP. The nurse has taken the documents to the doctor's room and she brought it back told us to go to ENT doctor. I assumed our GP consultation end there, we haven't even met the doctor.we were asked to go to reception and reception staffs told us that "no ENT available and they have no idea whether the doctor will show up or not.
And they are not ready to give an appointment for today or tomorrow. SO I called their call center and they said ENT appointment is not available for today or tomorrow (I wonder why they were not able to tell us this when we went there, we cloud have saved our time and money). They can give one appointment for Saturday. So my wife supposed to wait till Saturday with this ear pain to get treated. ASTER GOT THE MONEY FOR THE GP CONSULTATION AND WE NEVER RECEIVER ANY KIND OF TREATMENT AT ALL (PURE BUSINESS). I BELIEVE THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING, JUST TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH. IF THERE IS NO ENT AVAILABLE, THEY COULD HAVE TOLD US AND WE WOULD HAVE GONE TO SOME OTHER PLACE, OR THE GP CLOUD JUST HAVE A LOOK AND SEE THE PATIENT CONDITION. AS PER THE RECORD THEIR GP CONSULTED MY WIFE, BUT THE FACT IS THAT GP DIDNT EVEN SEE US. ALL THEY HAVE SEEN THE DOCUMENTS. IS IT KIND OF MALPRACTICE? IS IT EVEN ALLOWED? I REALLY WISH TO KNOW. I LOSS MY MONEY AND TIME AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN. ASTER DIDNT SPEND MONEY OR TIME AND GOT MONEY, REALLY HORRIBLE. THIS GUYS NEVER LEARN THE MEANING OF HEALTHCARE SERVICE. HOPE SOMEDAY THEY WILL.

Nobody pick the phones. Since last two days i am consistently trying to call but no answer. Very bed experience.

There service is so slow, lack of manpower. We got there during dead hours (1PM) and you would still wait for almost an hour.
