Aster Clinic, Muwaileh

I dont understand why this dr dally maria davis continuing there as gynaecologist after getting this much bad reviews. I also visited there 2 days before. She is treating me like i have done some mistake. Iam one month pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. 2 days before I have some throat infection and slight fever. She have given me some medicine, taken blood and urine rest.Even I dont know whats the result was.Yesterday my condition become very worst. I made a phone consultation with dr.( Its their responsibility to inform the patient about the result. Here the patient have to wait, make request, and after a long wait we got a call.)She said i have given you medicine.it will be ok. Otherwise go and see one physician and take nebulization. Then why she? Iam having high fever now. She is very arrogant and rude. You aster team, why you are spoiling your reputation with these kind of people.

Very bad service and poor consultation. Never go there to consult the GP called Mohammed Abdeali Contractror. He is very rude and unethical in his profession. Yesterday, when I reached there to take xray by his advice.the xray technician came at 4: 50 since we requested and took the xray and asked us to go directly to Dr's room. But the Dr told me like this "better you come tomorrow morning now I m busy with ph or else you can wait for 1 hour. It was just 1 minute after 5pm. He was not ready to examine my xray report. This is not the only case he had prescribed me a lot of medicines for my fever and cough. I just wanted to check for flu since all the other members of my family are influenza a positive. Today morning my report came. I was negative. Fortunately I hadn't started taking his medicines which includes antibiotics also. Why Aster keeps these kind of Dr's who are against ethics and values?

Dr dally davis the worst dr ever. So attitude and instead of giving some good hope she will make you more scared that my wife got high fever and then i visited aster bur dubai dr haleema she was very good and her opinion was completely opposite to dr dally davis. She put my wife out of great stress and now my wife is in very good condition. I requst aster to dont spoil there name by these kind of pathetic lake of knowledge drs.

They charging with patient extra amount and even they not ready to accept their mistake. One more thing u have to go and ask for your extra money. Aster team really disappoint us.

Doctors are very good…. But the reception is worst…. This is the third time I am facing problem…. They should follow the token accordingly…. Everytime they will skip the numbers and if you ask they ask the before numbers to wait then what is the use of giving tokens…. Even emergency it’s okay but normal also doing this…. Very very bad reception

Knowledgeable experience I had with Aster clinic. Visited Gynaecologist Dr. Dally Maria Davis madam, she is very good in understanding and will listen carefully to our problems. The staff were very friendly and provided me with an exceptional experience.

Dr mumtas and Dr sirin kunnari is superb. Nurses r very supportive. Receptionist area is bit crowded. Need token system in registration to manage crowd. Dr mumtas is gem. She treated me very well for 1 month. She herself dressed my neck every time. Dr sirin kunnari is very firendly and supportive. He gave his personal contact no and asked me to contact him if my kid is having high temperature then call him anytime. He attends call any odd time and supports patients a lot. I feel relaxed when I visit both the doctors. Only negative is need to manage properly waiting area near doctor and add up more nurses.

Dr. Rahul is the best doctor to consult for Relating pains. Ms Shimna the physiotherapist also experienced and very helpful. Thank you

The reception area is fast, waiting patients are assisted right away, the nurses are friendly at room 13 especially the tall thin lady, Monisha i think was her name she was always welcoming. Overall the clinic is well maintained, clean and re-stocked. Thanks to Dr. Mohammed Abdeali for for making me well. This Aster branch branch in Commercial Muwailah is really recommendable.

It's agreat experience to deal with that clinic, specially receptionists Malini, Shibin and Fathima

Dr. Dally Davis (gynaecologist) is she a doctor? Very rude behaviour; she doesn’t want to speak politely to the patients. Not at all pleasant whenever you speak. Visited twice, but not anymore!

Counter 1 in reception area is very rude. No sense of responsibility.poor service. This lady needs training how to communicate well and how to respect people.

Horrible hospital staff. I have waited for 1 hour and nurses were not helpful at all. It was too chaotic in yhe clinicnfull of kids crying waiting for doctors. It was an unbearable experience will not go back here and I dont recommend this tiny and unhygienic clinic. Doesnt even deserve 1 star

Very disappointing experience. Phone connects only to customer service not tp the clinic they tell a time and asked for appointment telling no appointment when we go there they are not taking patients that too a pediatric doctor. Not good for clinic like aster

Very poor service. 6pm we went to the clinic they told all appointment are full they will not take any more patient's. Then i told them am going to complaint to the customer service then suddenly they give the appointment. And i cane to know there is no patients for that Doctor. They are just trying to avoid customers.and very rude to the customers. Today also the same thing happen i call to the customer care file the complaint. Now today onwards i will not go aster clinic. Unless they update me what action they taken against my complaint.

Consulted Dr Shafir K today. Nice experience. Doctor and staffs are great and polite. Good experience with X Ray Tech also

I had vist in this clinic, had a good help with the sisters and sister Neethu was help me all through my vist she is so kind and and helpful, I recommend all to go here for better service.

First time i try Aster Clinic.but sure it will be not the last.really helpful staff from reception to GP doctor Mumtaz and nursing staff they were really cooperative and initiative specially Ms Divia and Ms Jeenu they are the best and very nice.

No proper queue is maintained in the reception. It's better if setting token in reception too. Also better if there is separate counters for billing and insurance. Doctor and nursing service was good.

I had a PCR test from this branch even after 22 hours they cannot provide the test results. Poor service

Had to visit the clinic for ortho dr and follow up with physio therapy.
Both the drs are great my chronic pain from past 7-8 months is now reduced and with few more session it will be rested.

Bad experience. Won't prefer this clinic to anyone. No enough staffs. Had to spent more than 4 hours to wait the doctor, sample collection area and payments. They give wrong commitments.

If the doctor is not available please update it in your website timings. This is the second time I'm experiencing the same problem and I'm sorry to say that your call centre service is really unsatisfying. Yesterday my child was not well I tried to call the call centre as it is not directly connecting to the clinic inorder to know about the pediatricians timing.no one is picking up the call I tried almost 2 hrs. Then I called a taxi carrying my child and went to the clinic and there was no doctor available there.

I have been in constant knee pain for last 6 months. I went to Aster Clinic without any hope for physiotherapy. But Ms. Shimna was amazing, very knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem, she then followed through with some good treatment. The rehabilitation exercises she gave me were based around my sport which gave me an even quicker and effective recovery. She is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for solving my biggest problem.

Dr. Sabeer Abdul Salam is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. I was so tensed when my teeth in the front chipped off a little, Dr. Sabeer scaled it well also made me very calm & gave me the support I wanted at that situation. I also did my fillings with him, he was thorough while explaining the process. He is a professional and has a naturally comforting personality. I would recommend Dr. Sabeer to everyone. He is one of the best dentist I have ever had.

I reached clinic for PCR test and just for documentation/ registration it took more than 30 mints. After finishing the documentation waited for a longe time to nursing staff to come
And do the testing. When we enquiry on reception they said the staff is on the way but no staff. It’s really bad to wait customer to wait for this long time.

I took the appointment and I reached reception 15 minutes before. Long queue in reception and only one staff. I finished at my appointment time & doctor did not reach on that time. So I reached the triage (nurse room) room and I was waiting to call. So they are not calling me and those who came after me they called. I asked the nurse why not call me. She told me very rudely that you are walking patient and go & sit, we will call. So the doctor came and started token. I saw again doctor calling those who came after me they called me very last. I complained to the doctor the same. She said she will check. I took an appointment but they give a token walking token. Very careless staff in reception and because of this, I spent more than one hour at the hospital. The clinic is very near to the flat that's why going this clinic always. Every time I have a bad experience from this clinic. Staffs are unprofessional but the doctors are very good.

Worst service. They don't provide token for patients waiting for walk-ins and even for those who have taken appointment. There is no queue system and people stand crowded near the counter. They take forever even for the registration and to print priscription. None of the clinic staff monitor the crowd or ask to stand in the queue. I would give zero star if that option was there.

It is near to me. Felt very less pain PCR. Thanks for the staff. Results received quickly as per said time.

Pediatrician Dr. Sarin kunnari is very nice and knowledgeable person whom we can trust 100% for our children's health. The best thing is that he is ready to answer our concerns about our little one at any time.strongly recommend him

It' near to me. I visited many times, including my kids, to the clinic, All doctors are exceptional except the Gynecologist. She is not eligible to be a Gynecologist, not even as a human. I visited her yesterday. Very rude behavior of Gynecologist Dr. Dally Maria. Doesn’t have the patience to attend to patients who should be more sensitive. Dr. Dally behaved so arrogant and was not willing to explain in detail even after my wife asked her. As a reputed Clinic in UAE Aster should remove this kind of doctors who are not even suitable.
I never suggest this gynecologist for any treatment as you won't get back home peacefully after visiting her. She’s the worst doctor I have seen in my life.
The front desk staff are very slow & need to know and understand English not only Malayalam.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Sarin, pediatrician. He listened our kids problems and prescribed only minimum medicines and we got cured in the shortest time. It was wonderful to find such a caring pediatrician to our kid and Nurse Suni is awesome as well.

I am really happy with the care provided by Aster Muwaila.  Dr.  Dally  (Gynecology)  and DR.  Sabeer  (Dental)  are well behaving and high quality professionals.  I am always preferring this hospital not only is close to where I live,  but also because of the skills and behaviours of these doctors and other staffs. Very cool and friendly atmosphere of Aster Muweilah and openness of nursing staffs are always giving a positive energy for us especially in the difficult situations.
I have heard in many occasions that nursing staffs are likened to angels, and my heartfelt thanks to sister Suni for sharing such an experience in my life too.

Dr. Mumthas did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained every thing to me in a clear manner. Nurse Suni also kind and friendly. All the supporting
staffs was great. It was a good experience for me.

Recently went there. Very nice approach especially Dr. Dalia, Nurse Suni and front desk staff Fatima. Highly recommended

Very good management of aster muwaillah quick responce without any delay from all the staff.and miss fathima is excellent follow up for each and every matters from billings to appointments taking, and informing regarding the insurance approval very quickly without any delays.miss fathima is multi tasking lady I suggest every one to go with miss fathima.and Dr dally is very good with alot of patience.she will listen evry thing of patient's condition and treat her in a good way

I went there for a PCR test, they have done without any delay. They are giving special consideration to aged people and kids also. Satisfied service from front desk too. Good behavior from staffs…

As it is near to me i visited the hospital twice, Again this clinic will be last on my preference list. Doctors are nice and okay. Worst experience from their front desk. Even the lady in reception not wearing mask properly.
In my case they submit for insurance approval only after 3 hours and after continuous follow up.
They never answer the call on their line number

Very bad experience with Dr. Mohammed contractor he was very rude and wrote a blood test with even checking the patient and upon ask why the test was written without checking the patient he stated behaving very rudely

We complained on the reception about the doctor behavior and the lady over also stared talking rudly started scolding us

We called the call center and lodge a complaint against the doctor the lady on the phone told me they will register the feedback and ones the feedback is registered in the system i will be reserving an email
I am still waiting for the email to come and action to be taken

I will never recommend any one to aster as this is nkt my first time all thus happening with me it, it has happened many times

The doctor on aster just want to save ther jobs by writing tests as they see someone with insurance and aster as management is pushing for that to increase their profits

Before aster was a health care provider now it is just profit oriented

I chose this clinic as its located opposite to my apartment. We had very rude behaviour from Dr. Dally Maria – Gynaecologists, She doesn’t know how to introgate with the patients. Her arrogant makes us unpleasent and unhappy, we were totally disappointed and never visit her again and wont recommend to others.

Very rude behaviour of gynecologist Dr. Dally maria. Doesn't have the patience to attend a patient. A pregnant women will be more sensitive and she really expect a good response from a doctor. Dr.dally behaved so arrogant and not explained the scan of baby in detail even after my wife asked her.she was in a hurry to pack up home. I never suggest this gynecologist for any treatment as you won't get back home peacefully after visiting her. More than a doctor they are a hope for a patient but she is not eligible to be a gynecologist.

Love the location, in the residential area, easily accessible. Clean, ample seating in the waiting areas, lift undergoing servicing so you’d need to use the stairs to reach the other rooms upstairs for now. Lacking staff hence the very very slow service, we visited today and there was only 1 lady at reception. There is a water dispenser with cups as usual on the ground floor, but there are no cups at the water dispenser on the first floor.

Dr Dally is very rude and arrogant. Very bad experience and will not recommend to anyone.
Also, no one attending the phone calls.

Much needed, Newly opened clinic and pharmacy in New Muweilah near Thiqa Club, saves the hassle of travelling to other areas.

Pathetic as usual as the brand goes. People here don't bother checking and kept me waiting for 30mins. Definitely a worst customer serviced clinic. No temp checks at the entry, receptionist doesnt wear a mask or gloves.thats scary
