Aster Clinic, Nahda Sharjah 1 - Vaccinations, Health Check-ups

Vary bad Experience that went for a flue vaccine and not that much rush but they don’t care. You should wait for two hours for a vaccine I really like aster group but not this branch for sure ….

I would say this is the best center when it comes to customer service.

Had visited the clinic for pediatrician consultation, made to wait in queue at the billing counter even after approval for so long, make necessary arrangements so the patient need not wait so long at the billing counter.

Horrible experience from Aster Clinic Al Nahda, Sharjah. Reached here 10: 10am today for doing fasting blood sugar. Only one receptionist for dealing 8-10 patients. It took 45mins to reach my turn as one patient is taking long time. I can’t understand why is it taking this much time for getting a file opened that too most of us here are with appointments.

Horrible waiting time. My daughter had fever and we took her to Aster Al nahda. It took more than 2.5 hours to see the doctor since there was only a single physician available. Aster should evaluate their statistics and deploy additional doctors.everyone's time is precious.

Untrained unprofessional un experienced GPs always taking emergency cases and neglecting other patients.

Review 2 2023 - this is my second visit unfortunately in this pathetic branch after 4 years. You can read my first review 4 years ago. Despite of having an appointment they always keep you waiting for more than an hour. It's like a 'machi bazaar' here. No place to even sit. I have an appointment for 7 50 pm. I came 7 30 pm did there stupid formalities and doctor is still not available to see.

Review 1 2019 I booked an appointment of 9 am. Its been 20 minutes. Came 15 minutes prior to appointment that makes 8 45 pm and the doctor is not yet on duty. Been 35 minutes i am waiting. And awful service with sleeping receptionist.

Dr. Afzal is very compassionate and a good human being. He is very empathetic to people who visit him. Also a special mention to opd nurse (I didn't notice her name) who was available in the evening shift on 28th May. They both helped us in a very friendly and empathetic manner. Pathetic service my baby is not well n they are not attending anymore patients they say, how b4 we can take appointment do we have a dream that our baby will fall sick so better to take prior appointment. Wat rubbish is this!
My baby was comfortable with Dr. Riaz pead. Thats y i wanted to go there or else i wud not enter aster with this kind of service, also nobody in clinic is attending the call. Clearly very bad service, atlist for kids this drama shouldnt be there.

Better avoid visiting gynecologist dr.preetha vinoj for pregnancy. She will prescribe so many ultra sounds and tests for no reason and make you feel there is some problem and after there is a point when there is a real need for ultrasound like in 8months of pregnancy then the insurance limit will be over. My other doctor said why did i take these many ultrasounds and finish the limit.

Doctor Sonam & Nurse Latina Daniel is very patient, professional and kind, specially Nurse Latina is very kind and I don't feel pain when she's taking blood test

Worst experience with aster, poor management, reception staff was not cooperative, if we go with appointment we have to wait for min one hr…really had very bad experience

One of the best place to seek healthcare service in Al nahda Sharjah. All the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Dr Afsal is highly recommending.

One of the worst clinics and illiterate position holders ever met in my life. They don't deserve to be called a doctor who cannot find out the patient problem after N number of test and simply making money from the insurance. Dr. Sonam and Afzal both doctor are really pathetic normal compounder knows better and more than what they know in terms of treatment.

If you had asked me to review Aster group, I would have given a negative review because of bad experience in the past which I don't want to discuss over here. But my experience from this clinic Al Nahda Sharjah was completely different and excellent. Your patient-centric approach, cutting-edge technology, coordinated care etc.have turned the clinic into one among the highly recommended medical centres in UAE. Currently I am consulting Dr Preetha Vinoj, Senior Gynaecologist, and I am very satisfied with her treatment. She is very friendly and kind, and she always ensures that I am properly informed about my health.

All the staff members are really helpful and patient, especially Mr. Sudheesh and no words to say about his amazing personality. He has helped me to schedule my appointments and coordinated the treatment and medical care formalities, and has always been available to clarify my doubts. I would like to appreciate the management for employing efficient and compassionate staff like Dr. Preetha Vinoj and Mr Sudheesh. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart and all the best.

Our doctor appointment was at 10: 40am, we have reached clinic before the time and just waiting for 35 minutes in front of the reception to get the token because there’s only one staff to serve us.
I think doctor’s time and patient’s time are very precious and crucial than appointing one more staff in the reception.

Excellent team of professionals at Aster Clinic, Opp Udupi Restaurant Building, Al Nahda, Sharjah. We moved to Sharjah very recently and was very skeptical whether we would find a GP similar to Dr. Azza Lotfi, a proficient Dr.by all means at Aster Clinic, Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi, with whom we had a good patient-Dr.relationship. Aster Clinics & Hospitals, as their slogan says "We'll treat you well" did prove to be extremely true when we met Dr. Afzal, GP at the Aster Al Nahda Clinic. His excellent diagnosis to the precision, explanation of the illness, the treatment and medication details are indeed outstanding. The entire team at the clinic, the nurses - the angels on earth, are so cordial, modest and benign professionals. The staffs at the reception, Sudheesh and his team of professionals are very welcoming, attentive to the patient's queries, providing suggestions to meet the team of Drs and guiding the patients in their insurance etc. The entire team is fantastic and keep up the good work!
