My first experience of Yoga at Aura, the yoga instructor/trainer Mr. Christine is a professional and an expert.

He Teaches you as per your personal conditions, flexible and very comfortable, after started doing Yoga under training from Christine, i have recovered and feeling better from neck and back pain

I would definitely recommend this place for a healthy life consulting. Dr Shalina Doctor is very kind and caring. Things are explained very nicely and she has given enough time to me to explain my problems and provided the best treatment. I think, i took a right decisions to visit Aura clinic.

I've never attempted yoga before, noticing my body was quite stiff and having regular neck, back and shoulder aches (Due to stress I'm guessing) I thought I'd give it a try.
One of my friends recommended, Yoga instructor Christy, he was the perfect yogi anyone could wish for, he is also a doctor so he understands the body and pains within. He recommended a few exercises and I only go once a week but I feel like I've become 10 years younger.

I would highly recommend trying it out, he even gives online classes. Worked wonders for me.

I went Aura for back pain treatment. Dr. Shalina helped me to come out of that painful days and Mr. Joshi the therapist was very friendly and caring during the treatment. He is very professional and enthusiastic Instructor who always try to improve his skills and techniques of yoga and keen to pass it to his students. I have been a client of Aura for more than a month. I had availed their treatment for my back pain. I give all credit to the Center and the skillful and talented masseuse Lina who took great care of me. It is thanks to her professional treatment that the sciatica I was suffering from years is now gone. The masseuse Lina is truly blessed from God it’s like she has healing powers, I kid you not! I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful guidance I received for my treatment from the Center’s Doctor, Dr. Shalina! I had back pain for the last 30 years, once I visited Aura for my back pain, it was resolved in 7 sessions, I'm glad that I visited Aura and I would definitely recommend Aura to every one who has any physical health issues. I used to come here 9 years ago even though I live in Dubai. Awesome price packages and all therapists took care of me so well. My lady doctor I can't remember her name and my lady acupuncturist were awesome. The therapy used to relax me and make me fall asleep and they would even let me have a nap out of consideration. I used to go early morning from Dubai against sharjah traffic rush. If it was in Dubai I would still make bookings. They do yoga classes and help with personalized fitness and physique health sessions as well as traditional massages and scrubs. They sell herbal items and ayurvedic products. The owner was very welcoming too. If it's still the same, I totally recommend.

It's just a few Yoga classes with Dr. Christy and I can confirm that I have been feeling so energetic after the classes. It has relieved all the old aches and pains. I am now able to do my daily activities with much more enthusiasm. He gives attention to us individually and guides correctly with each practise. He is very professional and would recommend his classes.

I consulted Dr Shalina for my wrist pain due to an injury, she is very good and knows what's best for you. I was recommended dhara for my wrist for 7 day along with kizhi and full body treatment. Mr Babu (masseur) is very professional and the way he does the treatment its truly relaxing both mentally and physically. My wrist pain is cured now i just feel slight discomfort when I move my wrist. I am confident that it will be gone in a couple of days. If you are looking to treat your injury in a natural herbal ayurvedic way, then this is the place I truly recommend.

I visited The Aura Ayurveda in search of advice and treatment for severe pain and inflammation, which I had been suffering for months. Despite endless blood tests and steroid treatment my symptoms were worsening and had become so bad that I was becoming increasingly immobile.

I have visited aura to get treatment for chronic migraines that I have been really suffering alot since the age of 14. I have done many treatments from many specialist since 14years of age and now I'm in my 30s, but I continued to suffer from migraines and it became more worse with time. This affected my profession, education and my personal life as I get chronic migraines at least 2-3 times a week.

My life changed since I visited aura. I met Doctor Shalina and she understood my condition properly. Treatments went smoothly, I had proper schedules for the treatments with the properly skilled staff, followed her advise for my meals, daily routines, sleep and everything.

At the beginning of the treatments the frequency of migraines reduced to like once every two weeks, then after couple of more treatments and therapies were done frequency of migraines reduced to like once a month.
Later on, at the end of the treatments I got migraines like once in 2 to 3 months.

By the time I'm posting this review it's been more than 5 - 7 months now I noticed that I did not any migraine attacks until now. I feel like I will not get it anymore.

Great place. Doctor shalina is amazing and very responsive. I had disc issues and couldnt walk properly. And now ilhamdilah i can say i was able to fix that and all my neck and back issues are gone

The worst Ayurveda clinic ever, unprofessional, unhygienic and don’t waste ur money, very bad experience I took my mom there but instead of feeling better she got worse, they left her on the table in cold mid massage and people kept entering the room.
The towels were dirty as well, and the don’t have the mannerisms of an Ayurveda clinic.

Good staff and very humble with the patients, genuine doctor and well qualified staffs and well behaved, affordable and low price. Thanks for your service.

Found this place while searching for a good Ayurvedic center in Sharjah.
I had advised for back surgery from a hospital in sharjah couple of months back, the doctor reviewed my old reports & MRI and suggested me for a treatment plan for 12 days. The treatment included ayurvedic therapies and medication and after 7 days days the result was truly amazing.
