Today's visit to Autotrust for my car repair was nothing short of exceptional. I had the pleasure of encountering Mr. Ahmed Abozeid, a true standout in customer service. His welcoming demeanor and unwavering support went above and beyond, ensuring the completion of the work well before the expected date. I am genuinely impressed by his dedication and the remarkable way he caters to customers. Autotrust, with professionals like Mr. Abozeid, has earned my highest recommendation for anyone in need of car repairs.

It's so so so weak and bad more than 2 months until I received my vehicle. Which is enough to fix the car maximum 20 days. And I received the car with alot of issues. Not related to my request. They said that they changed the wheel bearing and I find that they didn't do it's just only words.

So rude they are i called to them one guy answer the call
Then line is not clear i asked him something he get angry to me for asking again what kind of customer service is this

It's always great to find an auto shop that provides professional service and helpful assistance. Would highly recommend this auto shop in Sharjah! Mr. James and Mr. Vipin are very professional, very helpful & friendly. I am very satisfied with the job well done and will definitely come back.

They take forever to service to fix your car, you are told one thing when you drop it off (between 3 to 5 days) then when you call to enquire about the progress you are told between 7 to 10 days. The Sharjah branch is seriously understaffed for the volume of customers it gets.
It has the potential to be a 5star garage if their turn over rate was faster

I think it is one of the best workshops in the UAE. The level of service is great in terms of speed and price. And the repair quality is excellent. The staff manners are great and they very friendly. I advise everyone to fix their cars in this workshop. Ask for Abdul Manaan, and everything will be alright:) or else go to Mr. Ali “their boss”.

They gave offer on April 3 2021 service and later 1 service free. When i went for free service, they not accepting. After Showing the whats app confirmation and details. Manager is useless. Un trusted. Never visit again.

I went their to repair my vehicle due to an accident. I had Noor takaful insurance and auto trust was their repair shop. I directly went their will all necessary documents.

I dropped my car their. I waited to get the other parties insurance approval. It came within 48 hours and got message instantly to my phone. They asker some time to complete the repair.

I requested then to expedite the repairing works. They told me that they will check and come back. They called next day and reduced repairing date. Appreciated their efforts.

I will update more about the quality of work after receiving my vehicle.

No response to any queries or not even sharing the report of maintenance made!

I will not recommend this service Centre, as first impression is always the best impression, my insurance company had suggested for this service Centre.dropped my car 8 days ago and no update yet.tried calling them but no answer or call back. No one will help you in there, nothing will be on time very bad Service and bad customer care.

First experience was not nice.online booking was not recognize from counter staff.pls fix this kind of issue to get positive feedback from end user.

To the Management of auto trust,

Firstly I hv given my car for sunroof change as it was damage by unknown party and was asked for garage repair from Oman insurance company.

Got the job done unprofessionally, I have received my car in 10days with sunroof change.however when I received the car I picked up in hurry nd dint c much abt.the condition inside. As this unprofessional work done by autotrust through all the broken sunroof glasses in the car floor and when addressed nodiby bothered for even a apology.
The car handling while removing the broken parts was not taken hence spread over the floor of my car and I m discovering it evryday under my legs and cushions and have attached few pictures for your reference. For Those who want to do the job here.

Theres no reply on my emails and no reply for oman insurance company emails as I reported this as professional. MISTAKES can happen and reported same to associate on wats app very same day.

Later took the matter to oman insurance company and NOW I AM REPORTING HERE as FEEDBACK.

I SHALL NOT BE DONE HERE IF ITS NOT RECTIFIED AT THERE OWN COST.

It took 2 days more than expected for me to get my car back which had a frount bumber accident. The painting and repair work was done excellent.

I would highly recommend the engineer Ahmed. I have known him for many years. He is very professional in his work, he is very honest, transparent and trustful. He will always give a proper advice on what service my car needs. He delivers my car always on time and the money paid is worth the service given. If he wasn't there I would not go for service. Thank you Ahmed for always delivering the right service to your clients.

I have recently visited Autotrust multibrand Sharjah for a major service of my Nissan patrol service Engineer was Mr. Arun. He is very much professional and competent staff.
I do recommend to all my friend and relatives to go with autotrust fro any type of car services and repair.

Last month just before Christmas i gave my car for accident repairs and it was expected to be ready by Jan 2nd. But on my personal request the service advisor Mr Jawed was very helpful understanding and he took the initiative and helped me get it on 31st night so that my family could watch the Burj Khalifa fireworks and have a good dinner. But waiting for a long time the coffee vending mc was not working that apart Thanks for the good work on my car too. Recommended

All solutions related to car are available, car testing center, RTA branch, insurances for car, car service and repair.

Took 2 hours just for car wash. When I asked about wax polish they informed they need one whole day for that. Not recommended.

Very worst experience. No proper updates about vehicle. Service charges are more for simple general maintenance. No proper washing. Keeps long time waiting for receive the vehicle on hand

Had given my nissan there for repairing & painting after being referred by my insurance company. It took only 3 working days for the work to be completed and handing over the vehicle. Have to commend the excellent service of Arun and his team for doing a great job in such a short time. Since the workshop is under AWR, you just feel like having dropped off your vehicle in one of the nissan service center. The same feel and professionalism all throughout.
