2 January 2024: Follow-up: The situation was followed up and two pairs of additional bins were added on the street more than a month ago, and the situation was resolved by Naiel M). However, one of the pair of bins was recently removed by the municipality. Beeah can you please contact the municipality to return this bin pair back-it made all the difference needed. Thanks.

I've reached a point of frustration after lodging seven complaints with Beeah over the past year. The garbage disposal bin distribution in Barashi, Sharjah is far from satisfactory. In an area where ten villas share just one set of green and blue bins located on the street behind the new Sharjah Cooperative Society, the situation has become unhygienic, attracting stray animals and insects. Beyond the health concerns, the sight itself is quite displeasing; it's disheartening to open my front door and be greeted by this scene daily.
The solution is rather simple – Beeah could resolve this issue by placing two additional pairs of green and blue bins on this street. However, my conversation with Beeah's customer service left me disheartened. They mentioned that some of the neighboring households are against having garbage bins in front of their homes. Unfortunately, this leads to problematic solution where all ten households end up using the same disposal right in front of my house.
This situation has me pondering about the concept of collective responsibility and environmental care. It's disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for the environment, especially when a straightforward solution is within reach. Let's hope that Beeah can step up and address this issue for the betterment of our community and our environment.

يجب اعادة النظر في نوعية درامات الزبالة في الاحياء توجد صعوبه في فتحها ولهذا الكثير يظطر لترك الاكياس بجانبها. عمال تفريغ الحاويات لا يضعون الحاوية في مكانها المناسب ولا يتم وضع عدد حاويات مناسب لعدد البيوت المجاورة لبعض. التفريغ يحتاج لاعادة دراسة عن افضل وقت لذلك واحيانا يحتاج لتفريغها مرتين في اليوم

I called the Beeah customer service for ÿou call, we Haul"" service to pick up some old furniture items in good condition from Al zahia in Sharjah. But the lady at the call centre told me that they do not have this service for our area but have it for all of Sharjah. This is absolutely ridiculous as Beeah should be offering this service equally for the whole of Sharjah and all its residents without any discrimination. I am really shocked at this extremely poor level of service from Beeah.

No Proper Response from the operators side, trying to contact for the waste skip collection services from 3 days. Even the call operators unable to provide the sales department contact info.

Worst management, before bee’ah there is baldiya doing great job I have never seen mosquitoes in Sharjah but now I have seen the worst situation but nobodies care
