Insane prices. I bought a falafel plate, foil and sausages and the bill was 60. The falafel plate alone for 12 dirham for 6 pieces I was shocked, everywhere else it’s 2 or 3 pieces for 1 dirham, 12 dirham would make 20-30 pieces

We had the worst customer experience ever. The waiters are not well-trained because:

1- Tables were dirty when we arrived, and he put the menu on top until we asked him to clean it.
2- We asked for a cup of tea along with a plate of mint and lemon slices on the side from two waiters, and they totally ignored the mint and lemon part.
3- They put plastic spoons and forks, and when we asked them to change to the metal ones, the waiter was mean and provided fewer forks.
4- The outside chairs are super noisy when people move them, and the waiter keeps moving around and "fixing" them, which is super annoying.
5- We asked for a bottle of water, and they brought it with dirty plastic cups!
6- After we had coffee, we asked for a breakfast meal, and the waiter didn't clean the table. There was tissue paper on the table, and he was fine with keeping it and putting the food around it!

Although the food was not bad, I don't recommend this restaurant

التسئية بتشبه كل شي الا الي تسئية 3حبات مكسرات مافيها طعم السمنة رشة كمون حتى
المتبل ملح الليمون غالب عالطعمات كلها
البرك تحفة فنية من أطيب البرك إلى أكلتها بالإمارات
الكبدة دجاج كانت تمام بس بلا سمسم هاد مطبخ سوري مو صيني
عندي سؤال بخصوص الشاي 12 درهم ليش ؟

بتمنى هاد النقد يكون سبب بتغيير

المكان جميل ورائع والجلسات الخارجية حلوة ومطلة على البحيرة بصراحة اعجبني المكان والاكل وان شاء الله في كل زيارة للامارات سوف ازور الشارقة ومطعم بيت ستي شكرا لكم على الاكل اللذيذ.

المكان جميل و لكن الاكل دون المستوى … المقلوبة اللي في الصورة عبارة عن مكونات فوق بعض طبخة بشكلٍ منفصل و البهارات مختلفة تماما … لا ينصح به

Their food looks good in pictures but has no taste at all.

Al Mukhtar Bakery makes better Labneh and their waiters needs more customer service training.

Very disappointing restaurant!

يبدو طعامهم جيدًا في الصور ولكن ليس له طعم على الإطلاق. مخبز المختار يصنع اللبنة بشكل أفضل ويحتاج النوادل إلى مزيد من التدريب على خدمة العملاء. مطعم مخيب للآمال للغاية!

The atmosphere is very unfriendly, the staff are not supportive and don't know the meaning of smiling.

Never tried their food, but I wouldn't pay for anything here for such a service.

الويترز لا يملكون ادنى خبرة. دايما بتشوف على وجههم ردات فعل يجب ان لايراها الزبون.

مكان جميل وجلسة جميلة اسعار مرتفعة قليلا مقارنه بالحجم ولكن بشكل عام جميل يحتاج اضافة مجموعه المشاوي ليكتمل.

We ordered green salad, steak and Lungs Fatteh, the food was very oily, fatty and salty in small portions. First time I see the steak in small cuts like mint leaves. Staff is friendly, Toilet is unisex!

Food is good somehow there are specialized in Syrian food.prices are normal but drinks are expensive

One of the nicest places to have traditional Arabic breakfast. Literally feels like I'm at my house. The staff is also super friendly.

Our health is more important that a meal.
I advice the community to think before eating there.

All the front staff masks are down.
They also don't understand anything about customer happiness.

Nice place with a limited but quite good selection of food. Staff are friendly and professional. It is above average on the pricing side, but all in all a good place to both unwind and have a good bite.

One of the worst services, I’ve ordered my food from Talabat since very long time, and then I called to follow up the cashier simply told oh I’m sorry we didn’t notice your order it will reach in 15 minutes! Completely unprofessional

المكان جميل جدا والقعدة لطيفة سواءا جوا او برا خاصة بالجو الحلو. والاكل كتير نضيف و الويترز كتير سريعين بس صراحة حسيته غالي شوي. لشخصين فطور دفعنا ١٤٠ درهم تقريبا. وما اخترنا شغلات كتير اخترنا حواضر وبابا غنوج مع الشاي والبيض المقلي ومنقوشة زعتر كتير زاكي بس السعر شوي غالي

Food is delicious. The personel is kind and smiley! They are fast and the food came right on time. We had chicken shawarma and were superb!

It was excellent location and very clean staff were very helpful and humble and the food was delicious and real traditionally tasty

Had a "Chicken Special Sandwich" and it was delicious, good service and a good view next to the lake. A nice place to sit when the weather is nice.

مطعم يفوق الوصف و الاسعار متوسطة. تجربتي كانت الافطار. و لابد من اعادة التجربة فور عودتي للشارقة بإذن الله

مطعم ممتاز من حيث الموقع، جيد من حيث الأسعار وجودة الطعام، مناسب أكثر للإفطار والعشاء، لديه قائمة جيدة من الأطباق الخفيفة، ولكن الخدمة نوعاً ما بطيئة وخصوصاً في نهاية الأسبوع، ومستوى جودة الطعام متفاوت من مرة إلى أخرى.

1. Over-expensive: Manaesh is 22 AED while the average price is 12 AED everywhere.

2. Menu is very limited.

3. Rude staff.

We are used to Lebanese food, some dishes had different taste. I didn't see smile on any one serving us.

Very nice. Amongst the best in the Qasbaa area. Good portions. Good value for the money. Needs to improve seating outside a little.
