I have experience in best express cargo.very bad service.i sent cargo few days before .I didn't get item.i called main office sharja.theY didn't attend call.not response my item.dont trust this cargo team.dont sent cargo

One Of the worst cargo ever. I booked Air cargo on 10-June-2022 after 12 days i received wrong parcel then they take the wrong one. We received our parcel 12-July-2020. Total 32 days. Cargo Service said maximum 15 days only for Air cargo thats why we spend more money (12 dhs for KG). If it is not urgent we can ready for Sea cargo because that is below 5dhs only. But my parcel is very urgent (Maximum food items) thats why use air cargo. Then my things are damaged and the cargo service people responce also very worst especially Mr. Joman he is working in india branch.

Very poor service, they are opposite of their name. Scammers, forget about your luggage after handing over to them. I have paid much high but after 60 days also the luggage did not receive.

They took out my many’s things from box half of my things are missing I text them call they say no manager they don’t know where is my things when I text them they asked my bill and say they will reply me inform me later but still no reply not good services once the things are pack infront of you why they need to open its again and took out things if any issue was there they need to inform me but no I am very sad with this cargo service not good to take out things I request please don’t do same things to others costumer

They did a mistake keeping washing machine upside down while loading because of drawing wrong arrow mark outside. Finally, blaming as loading problem. Unnecessary charges for wooden box. Raised a consumer complaint since they denied refund/compensation. Useless cargo company.

Worst service, advertisement say something reality they are many hidden charges and poor service. Based on recent experience.

Good communicative and customer dealing are very good. There is packing are safely for delivered in world wide. I’m so happy their is no issues.
