Bikanervala Al Wahda - North & South Indian Restaurant in Dubai

I rate this Bikanerwala Restaurant with 5 stars for having foods and dishes with a highest level delicious taste, this restaurant serves every types of vegetarian dishes and sweets having a delicious royal taste which makes customers feel joyful after eating, the vegetarian dishes and sweets of this restaurant have a royal, delicious and the most enjoying taste and I recommend every vegetarians to visit this restaurant, so I recommend all vegetarians to visit this restaurant in order to enjoy the royal delicious taste contained in the dishes and sweets served by this restaurant even being expensive. But the only thing the restaurant has to do is bring 2 to 3 dirhams reduction in the price which would satisfy the customers and also make the customers feel more joyful and visit the restaurant again and again. But I still recommend every vegetarians to visit this restaurant in order to enjoy the royal delicious taste of the vegetarian dishes and sweets made by this restaurant which every vegetarian restaurant might not commonly have.

Very poor customer service. Staff are very negligently standing without any attention given to customers. We waited there for more than 15mins no one came to talk if we need anything. There was no crowd only 2 family are there including us. This branch is overstaffed

Very pathetic customer service, Me and my fam waited for almost 20mints, Not a single staff came to take our order. It was a very creepy experience for us.

Everything is delicious. I am from Kolkata so whenever I miss my Roshogolla, I visit here.

I orderes mysore masala dosa. The curry had uncooked mutter. Taste was not like mysore dosa. I ordered masala tea.first time gave me old tea.second time more milk and masala was not upto the mark.

Deluxe Chinese Thali is super amazing. I am nonvegetarian however I would still prefer the Chinese thalidomide at Bikanerwala over any other place.

Food was okay.not very impressed. Tried pani puri, papdi chaat, samosa chaat, kachiri chaat, aloo ball something and aloo paratha.only decent food was the papdi chaat but wouldn't eat again. Service was nice. Oh we also got Mango ras malai definitely wasn't fresh.

Worst experience after waiting of 20 min they said your order items are not available so if you are going for breakfast make sure the food availability

Sweets are excellent, Chats are Good, North Indian Dishes are average and South Indian Dishes are disastrous! Way too expensive! The bathroom stinks so bad, you go there before you eat, you’ll lose appetite and if you go after you’ll puke!

Today I ordered Panipuri, Sev puri & Samosa chaat. No words to say. Super tasty and yummy. Really love it. I will order these items again from this shop. Thankyou Thankyou so much.

I have ordered first time but its become a bad experience they have packed pani puri, pav, and all3 types of sweets in a same bag unfortunately pani puri sauce parsal open in a bag and spoiled all my sweets they should have to pack it separately if there is 2,3 types of food.

- I love pedas and I purchased Sweet's for Eid ul fitr it was bit expensive but for taste and brand it worths
- customer service representative was good they are talking about every sweets and they are providing different kind of boxes and packaging with no extra charges

Spent a 120dhs on a take away order and missed items. Unfortunately couldn't even check properly because they used small bags and overpacked the items.

Food is excellent, Super.staff also very courteous.if you are dining in then avoid inside tables as we're not very clean.that's why given 4 star.but otherwise loved the food and they serve hot.

Whenever we order something they come with some.excuse of not delivering. Very disappointing services.

Please be cautious with Bikanervala Sharjah as many times they tried to deliver the short of the Items Ordered. Today on 05-Nov-2021 also I faced the same issues as I Ordered Online worth AED 287.25/- but when delivered by Sharjah Team Mr. Ajay not delivered 2 Items and after checking when called he confirmed that he missed to send but later not sent and stopped responding to the Phone calls. I keep calling many many times and no response. Finally after 2 hours picked up by MR. AJAY Spoke VERY ARROGANTLY STATING THAT OK WE WILL SEND AND WE ARE VERY BUSY NOW. MR. AJAY BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD AS IF HE IS DONATING ME FREE OF COST. Finally delivered after 3 hours of the Order. This is the worst experience i had with Bikanervala Sharjah.

Standardised Food quality.
But, it really feels as if the food I al eating, is the same one will experience in Airplane. Like the Tandoori roti is very thick and too chewy. Paneer is not soft.
Okayish food, limited variety.
And half of the things are not available whenever I go.

Food is good but quantity is very less not even suitable for one person. Also the food is very expensive compared to other vegetarian restaurants.

It took 30mins to pack the food and after packing they did not called to let us come and pick. Prices are also very high for Thali.

These type of outlets run business on the basis of their good service. But this Bikanerwala's sales persons were the worst ever. They were so rude, wasted my time looking here and there without asking me after a considerable time also that what I want. Why did I come here? I will never ever recommend any one to purchase any sweet or confectionery from them. Even they charge double the rate then the Pakistani sweet shop. And careless people. Don't know how to attend their customers.

Nice Indian restaurant and sweet shop. All food are vegetarian. Ample of space to sit for in dine.

Sweets bought today were unfresh and seems very old. Bought Badaam Bhog and Gulab Jamun. Both the sweets were of bad taste and appeared to have been prepared atleast 2-3 days before. This happened many times before. The other stores are good but the Bikanerwala, Al Wahda Street, Sharjah outlet is horrible. The sweets are expensive but not up to the mark at all. They need to improve the quality of sweets- This is high time. Don’t recommend at all.

Very pathetic service, delivery takes more 90 mins. I tried to follow order since one hr, but phone is engage.

It took 2 hours for them to deliver after we had to remind at least 5 times.obviously due to the long wait the food received was not even close to normal temp. Taste was not good too. Further they didnt had most of the options unlike posted in zomato.overall totally disappointed.

The staff, bill was 37 and they were asking me to pay 38, the staff got angry just for not paying 1 dhs, meanwhile the bill was 37 I paid 37 but they were insisting to pay 38‍️

No varieties of sweets were available yesterday.surprisingly.place always would like to visit as it's with a touch of North India.

I regret ordering rasmalaai and indraini as chaat was compensating the traditional Indian sweets.

A good Indian sweets and snacks shop. This is a known restaurant and is available around prime locations in Dubai and Sharjah. They are generally busy during Indian festival days such as Diwali, Holi etc. So plan to pre order to get the required sweets else they would have run out. Food is good and price is reasonable. Certain sweets are pricey and not worth the price.

It was very bad experience, i have ordered chole bhature for my frnds at 7.10pm through zomato they confirmed the order and delivery time was 8.30pm but they actually delivered it around 9.20 pm and that too cold and stiff.
I will not recommend them in future.please refund my money!

I just ordered samosas nd bhelpuri I surprised bhel puri is full of aloo only it's like 2 days old I realy feel bad it spoil my kids food shame on you

Staff very rude and not courteous at all. Also the morning breakfast offer is available till 11: 30 but they take last order by 11: 00am. When i asked about it, the counter guy says that since it takes 15 to 20mins to prepare order they take last order by 11am. Tea in the menu is an add on, but it's a part of breakfast and as such we told him to add it but he did not because we had to tell him before he could punch and print the order. We protested because we were not done with our order. We decided to leave it at that. But not a good experience. Hope the guy at the counter is replace at the earliest. Not going to this outlet again.

Good veg restaurent.many varieties to choose.both south and north indian combinations.slightly higher on rate.overall good place to eat veg in sharjah, al nahada street area

I am a non-vegetarian but I do follow all the Indian customs and traditions. When it comes to Navratri I keep all the 7 days fast. Making Navratri special food is difficult for me as I don't know how to cook. For me placing Navratri special food is easier so every time I keep fast I order food from Bikanervala. They have a special thali for these days. The best part is that I order food online in Dubai through my office to home.
