Bint Al Fareej Ladies Salon

OMG! So as a first time customer I went to get my eyelashes extensions done! THE MOST HORRIFIC ,PAINFUL Salon experience! My eyes were burning for 4 days! Watering nonstop! It got to a point where I was scared for my eyesight! And on top of that the eyelashes extensions style were not what I asked for! I asked for them to remove the extensions the very next day which they did ( and that was another form of pain) the manager called me to discuss what happened,They fully refund my money, but still did not get call for follow up which I believe was necessary if you care about your customers and reputation!
To be fair the eyelash tech was very concerned and tried to be helpful. But nonetheless I honestly don’t recommend doing your eyelashes there AT ALL!

This is the place to glow up and have the most relaxing time! This place has the best Moroccan bath! The manicure and the pedicure is great! The oil hair treatment is wonderful! I tried the clean up facial and it wasn’t bad but there’s room for improvement. Thank you Leslie for being so kind and perfect! Everything Leslie does is suddenly the most relaxing thing in the world! Also their coffee is really delicious.

I recently took my daughter to Bint Al Freej for manicure, pedicure, 3D eye lashes, and a haircut. The service was top notch and we were both very pleased with the results. The staff was friendly and professional, and my daughter was extremely happy with the way her hair looked. The 3D eye lashes were applied with precision and looked amazing, and the manicure and pedicure were both done to perfection. We would definitely recommend Bint Al Freej to anyone looking for a quality beauty salon experience.

We went for manicure and pedicure, it was good except the massage what they do after finishing the meni pedi service is really quick.
Hope they improve on their service.

I WENT TO THIS SALOON FOR HAIR COLOR, THEY DID BUT TO MY SURPRISED SHE TRIMMED MY HAIRCUT WHICH I DON'T SAID TO TRIMMED, AND SOME COLORED ON MY NAP, MY FLAT MATES NOTICED, THAT THE COLOR WAS NOT REMOVED,
SHE TOLD ME IF YOU REACHED 500 PAYMENT YOU WILL HAVE A FREE MANICURE, AS A PROMOTION. I SPENT 330 DIRHAMS AND NOT COME BACK ANY MORE,
WHY? BECAUSE SHE ALWAYS TRIM MY HAIRCUT WHICH I DON'T LIKE.

Was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were polite and pleasant and did a really good job.
