First the reception are welcoming,smiling and approachable we examined cbc blood test my son was crying up to the time that doctor saada approached my son and explained the process and cooled him down the laboratory team took the blood sample with minimum pain doctor Saada farewill us at the gate with the big smile with a chocolate #cbc #sabis @school .

Dr. Wasim, Lara, Fouad, Nael, Hakam, Nijad, Khalil, Roaa they are one big family in the clinic, I used to work as a Medical Supervisor with the clinic, their staff is super friendly, from Mushtaq, Nurse, Arian, Dr. Ahmed, each single person in the clinic is wonderful, wishing them best of luck & wishing them more success in their Healthcare career

I have an excellent an experience with Bissan medical center.especially Dr. Nibras she’s very talented person specially with kids she has her special way to deal with them.
My daughter is afraid of the dentist, but after her visit to Dr. Nibras she began to love the dentist.

I would say i am very very lucky to get treated in bissan medical centre than all other centres i have visited. The dentists in bissan are friends to me and are very kind. The workers in the reception were helpful and never made me wait. There is coffee in the waiting area, but i never waited long so i didnt use it. Over all this is the best medical centre i have visited, and i realy encourage you to go to it.

Had a bad experience with them and when addressed it to The center manager Ahmad it became worse. He is so rude and unprofessional. Not recommended at all. (Edited) if you are really concerned, how about giving the money back. You are doing mistakes with people health and then say sorry but we can’t give money back because of the audit. Really funny.

I has a laser session for full bosy and another derma pen session and the sessions were not effective at all.

Dr. Nebras is highly recommended.

She did a lot of effort to insure great results. She is honest, welcoming, talented & such a good dentist

The experience I had with the admin staff is probably the worst I ever had in any medical center. They promise to get back to you soon, whether to answer a inquiry or to submit an insurance approval request, and they never do. Even after calling and talking to them more than three times to request the same thing! Very disappointed.

I had a boil in my gum, and for that I consulted Dr Nibras Al Khayyat. She handled my case professionally and easily without pain. The doctor also kept checking on the healing progress every once in a while.
Moreover, her other specialties are also removing teeth nerves. To me, if I have an issue with my teeth again, I know the right doctor is Dr Nibras of Bissan Medical Centre.

Dr. Nibras did a wonderful job making sure i won't run into issues in the future, does it properly without feeling rushed like it does in some clinics

Very nice and luxury center, did teeth cleaning by dr nibras, she’s such a very nice dr, very gentle, and good experience, moreover she’s kind and taking care of her patients, recommended

I was a customer and did many sessions with Ms. Nour (Dermatology department), she is so kind and professional and she knows how to deal with the clients. However, the receptionist there is the reason of not being their customer anymore (I was planning to continue with their services). She is so unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with the customers in a good manner. There are several situations happened. First, she was ignoring my requests, not kind upon the phone and today I was trying to take an appointment at the morning and she knows that Ms. Nour would be available in the morning but she insists not to give me the appointment at my preferred time (I don't know what is the issue) Then she decided by her mind to give me the appointment at mornin! Ok why then you didn't tell me first without waisting my time! It's my last time visiting this medical center. It's very clean, Ms. Nour is so professional but the receptionist there which is the first impression is not that experienced!
The receptionist is super UNPROFESSIONAL!

بنتي بتخاف اوي من دكاترة الأسنان بس الحمدلله صحابنا دلوني على مركز بيسان بنتي ارتاحت اوي للدكتورة نبراس بجد صبورة و ليها سحر في التعامل مع الولاد شكرا جدا جدا

كانت تجربتنا مع دكتورة نبراس اكثر من رائعة. شغل حلو و أخلاق و ايدها خفيفة اشتغلت الي حشوات و لأمي تركيبات و حتى بناتي كثير حبوها و كانوا هاديات طول فترة الشغل.

Awful service. The receptionists booking appointments are extremely bad and some of the dentista are even worse! Visited Dr. Khalil because I was having severe pain in a crown he put in. Told me the crown wasn't an issue. Went to another dentist who took the crown out and found that my tooth had infected. My wife had a similar situation. I've learned my lesson to never visit these unprofessional people again.

انا مع هالعيادة من ٢٠ سنه سويت كل اسناني عندهم حتى التقويم ومن افضل اطباء الاسنان ومن سنتين بديت عندهم ليزر الجسم والحمدلله نتائج ولا اروع ️ انصح بمركز بيسان الطبي

ما لا يقل عن عشرين سنة وأنا اعالج اسناني واسنان بناتي ،، سويت تقويم عند الدكتور الرائع نائل وبنتي بعد شما عنده. والتنظيف والعلاجات عن الراااااااااااائعه دكتورة نادره

Perfect Dr. Nael and Dr. Nadra amazing

Went to the clinic with horrible pain on thursday.the dr told me that i needed an extraction of the teeth.she removed half of my tooth and said the pain will go, and told me to come back after 4 days to extract it since the other dr is not available till then. However, i wen to the emergency 2 times from the pain.no painkiller or anything worked for me.highly unprofessional and not recommended

The services are a little overpriced compared to the other clinics, but the staff members do the job PERFECTLY. Everyone in there is amazing and very well-mannered.
Tools and medical equipment are all modern and in good quality.

I went to Bissan to get braces after hearing a lot of great things from ALL my friends! So you could say my expectations were high. And they did not disappoint. Dr. Nael Abou Hassan is honestly the best, from his sweet funny nature to his dental work! He is always smiling and very positive throughout our appointments and my teeth have never looked better thanks to him! Definitely recommend him, Dr. Nael is the best orthodontist!

العيادة مزدحمة وانتظار النساء مع الرجال (غير مفصولين). والموظفات على الاستقبال مالهم مزاج للمريض. المفروض اول مايدخل المريض يستقبلونه بابتسامة، انا ظليت واقفة انتظر وحدة فيهم تشوفني، عيونهم في اللاب توبات ويلعبون بموبايلاتهم. ومشغلين اغاني في لاب توباتهم. ولبسهم كأنهم طالبات في الجامعة وبينهم حوارات جانبية. يتكلمون بطريقة غير رسمية. شي منفر. والدكتور لما شافني ما عمل لي شي يذكر وخذ 500 درهم. لذلك مارجعت عندهم مرة ثانية.
