Customer representatives are very indifferent, as a foreigner, I wanted to see the model I wanted to buy in Turkey, I bought the vehicle with much more interest and presentation in my own country, I think the reason why not many BMWs are sold in Duba is the attitude of the dealers.

Tbh I’m a little dumb about cars have really less knowledge about car services, she wouldn’t care to explain all over again and give me suggestions in the future

Avoid iX40 BMW
1- Has many electric faults
2- No spare parts or diagnostic available in Dubai
3- Extremely poor after sale service from AGMC. No exchange or refund policy if your product has a 100% manufacture fault.

My car is only two months old, been at BMW service and body workshop for the last month. Nobody knows what’s happening!

If you think EV, go for Audi or Mercedes or Porsche. You can also get a very cheap VW from duty free.

Just avoid BMW

The staff were very helpful and offered nice services for the after sale car, I went with my friend and he bought X6BMW SUV

Very bad experience I bought 2 of there luxurious cars and they lied to me and literally cheated me with service contract the 2 cars worth almost 1 million dhs and they refuse to give me even the key chain as they promised wose experience would never repeat it and honestly I don’t advice anyone to buy from them specially Sharjah UAE branch

The hell on Earth. I have a service contract. Came couple of months ago, asked them to check my braking pads (because a while ago I changed my tyres and mechanics told me that pads have to be replaced as they’re done). They told me pads are fine and I need to come when car will be showing that service is required (at that time it stated due in 5k km). Since then I passed 10k km and car is still showing me due in 5k km! Now I came again and they told me my contract has expired as I reached 100k km mileage! And they anyway would not have changed my pads since car doesn’t show it. They changed my settings on purpose in order to not change my pads by contract. Think a lot before purchasing service contract with them and better don’t do any works there at all!

I hope service desk they receive the cars faster. Every service check need to wait 20 or 30 mins to receive my car.

Worst service, they are behind your money.for each and every thing, they say as per the system configured from Germany. Not advisable.

It was great to know MG by Mr Mohammed dahhan and he worked hard and was sooo keen to help us on choosing the first car for my son

Prebook the service and you have to wait more than you given I hate when an agency don’t respect the time I just waited for like 30 min + to drop the car for the service and also they do work slow it’s really unprofessional if it was Al Arabia it would be faster to drop what a shame a German company have slow system

As always, it has been a best experience to visit AGMC Sharjah. I left my car for servicing with Lewis. A Gem of a Gentleman. Didn't have to wait for too long. He made the visit something I was looking forward to rather than dreading of long unnecessary waiting.

I was well attended to by Ms. Romeilen in the Lifestyle section while the paperwork was being completed. I definitely have to go back to pick some really cool items from her section (Golden BMW Flask).

Lastly, I would like to thank Ayaz for assisting me for collecting anything important from the vehicle before he drove it away & at the same time bringing back the vehicle for me. An overall 5/5 experience for me.

I am giving the agency a 5 because of the sales person I’ve dealt with and his name is Mahdi. I assure you he will take good care of you. I have bumped into other sales people there and i didn’t have a good experience with them until a friend of mine recommend Mahdi to me.

I went there to fix my BMW 520i 2012 model after having an engine sign. After checking my key they said we cant take your car in as there is no service history of this car in their system. And then at last after convening they tried to charge me AED 2800 just to check the car. And deposit AED 15000 as security in case my car cause some malfunctioning into their super amazing equipments.
I had a bad experience going there. I am sorry if i am being so negative. But this is what i went through.

Amazing service, the management and the staff super friendly and really helpful.
Always makes the whole experience something to talk about.

Prebook the service and very friendly staff problem is the place hoped they opened next to the new show rooms area in Sharjah near tasjeel area.

Friendly staff and professional. Ask for Anas thr service engineer, he is good and knows stuff thoroughly.

They are fast and nice for services.but to fix an issue with ur car, it will cost an arm. Even if they fixed the same issue less than a year ago. They will just lie and say it's a different issue.

Went to the preowned showroom. Timing says 8 am to 8 pm. But no sales person available at that time. Said they come at 11 am. Why do you have the showroom open then? Please update the timings of the showroom so that sales agents arw available.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS or INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT
Please be very aware before taking your car there. I took my car there overlooked by Bassam for the diagnosis and repair for low engine oil pressure. They said the it was the oil pump faulty so they billed me (after discount) AED5,000 for the replacement of the oil pump, gasket, sensors and other components that they "said had to be replace together". I take the car and the issue comes back a week later so I return. Then they said they need to clean the pipes and they give me the car back not only with the issue unfixed but now more problems with the car computer. I take it a third and final time. In which they undo the computer problems they created and conclude that they are unable to fix the oil pressure issue (claiming it is fixed and only an electrical error) which makes no sense as the sign comes up under very specific conditions. And that the only way is to rewire the whole car which would cost according to the above 35,000 AED.

So after being robbed 5,000 AED I take it to an external garage that fixes it within 1 day without charging any extra parts. They fix the old oil pump and tell me the oil pump has never been changed and the pipes had blockages. And on top of paying them much less than half what AGMC charged they gave a warranty for their repair like any proper and professional garage would do.

Very poor costumers service at (service department)
I didn’t ask for something unusual and my request was payable and I am ready to pay for it, but the employee rejects my request and starts increasing her voice as well! I told her calm down it’s just a conversation! Sorry but it’s unprofessional for BMW

Good Showroom. Unfortunately I was expecting a better service. Spent a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to come assist with my inquiry. Keep in mind I came in a week day and the Showroom had more staff than potential customers.
Over all the Showroom does offer a variety of merchandise, latest cars and it even combines the mini delarship

Good day, i visited AGMC sharjah show room industrial area 12.i got bad experience from the entire staff of bmw showroom.they are very careless about the customer.not dealing with customer properly.if iam asking any doughts rudely misbehaving with me.such a conduct is very shame to wellknown brand like bmw.i didnt feel any responsibility in their doings.kindly requesting to conduct a personality development to this branch staff, how to behave, how to respect others.thank u

A very nice showroom for BMW, Rolls Royce and Mini used cars. The layout is pretty clear cut and they have a great variety of used vehicles on display. The sales staff are knowledgeable and courteous and helpful. Overall very decent with good ambience, nice variety and great offers. Definitely worth checking out if you looking for good German vehicles at affordable prices.
