مكان التدخين محتاج تنقية الهواء من الدخان لانه معظم الاحيان يكون الدخان كثيف وغير مريح في الجلوس مما يجعلك تخرج بسرعه وتذهب الي مكان آخر اوسع واريح لتدخين كما ان جميع العاملين ممتازين ومتعاونين مع الزبائن وخاصه ابراهيم دائم الترحيب بالزبائن ومبتسم وعمر كذلك انا اشيد بهم في خدمة الزبائن وشكرا لإتاحة الفرصه لنا في ابداء رأينا لكم واعطاكم المقترحات

I spent one week in Sharjah. I used to have Turkish coffee and cakes here often. They were delicious. Lorna, Catherine and Salauddin's customer service needs to be mentioned as well.

Food was good and delicious. Cook Ridha had done a fantastic job and the all the other staffs were helpful and friendly

Very good customer service. Friendly and accommodating staff, always checking on us. It shows they love their job.

Our experience with the cafe was too bad we went to watch the match but there was no sound coming from the T. V + the place was crowded and everyone kept standing front of the T. V and blocked the screen we kept asking the staff to do something but nothing was done.

I liked this Caffè not only for a cup of coffee but the good vibe of dining experience. It's recommended to meet a friend or colleagues and dine together. The restaurant has three phases, they got the outdoor dining, the main dining area, and the air-conditioned smoking dining area. I had a great time for my breakfast with hospitality of Richard, while I enjoyed trying different dinner dishes with assistance of Catherine.

Caffe undici is in marbella hotel, majaz 1, sharjah. A peaceful and beautiful place for afternoon coffee, outdoor area is spacious, tho coffee is bit expensive but it's fine, it comes with a promotion for a freshly baked delicious cake

The best cafe in sharjah, in every single aspect of service. They are remodeling the outdoor tent area now, so the tent is closed.

Its a cofe attached to a resort, services and staff and the food quality are very good,
They have smoking area buy without sheesha (sheesha is not allowed in any place in sharjah city)
In the smoking area the air conditioning is very weak. Need to be adjusted

First time and last time. It was horrible. First of all my hair was insanely frizzy and and the curls disappeared after 3 minutes. Second, they left me waiting for 20 minutes and just completely forgot i was there. Both the hair and the service were very bad

Great place for business talks and coffee. Very outdated and that could be the reason some people like it.
