Amazing coffee and special thanks to Lui ( I hope it’s correct spelling for his name). He makes us feel welcome every time and he is very friendly and professional.
We were coming with the baby and he was very helpful. Great customer service.

Terrible experience we had today. Please train your staff on proper customer service and in navigating through promotion vouchers. We have been regular customers, and are excited for coffee with family today on National Day at the Al Majaz. The staff at the counter was acting rude. I seldom give reviews but this time, a 1-star rating is just too generous. Sadly.

I love coming to this branch coffee is the best, the view is perfect and the staff is just amazing. I want to say thank you to Luis and Maricel - you are so nice and welcome. It feels like home when I’m in here.

The best time to come is afternoon on the weekdays.

However, there are downsides which must be updated ASAP: really old and broken furniture, an absolutely old toilet room which is damaged and leaking.

It would be great if the management will do something about that, then we will always come back

I can't praise the staff at this coffee shop enough! Their customer service is unparalleled. The baristas are friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They make every visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great coffee and exceptional service!

First of all, I have to say that I am a fan of Caribou. However, this branch has disappointed me. I would tell in detail.

Pros:
- Location is perfect
- The view is just amazing - the branch located is on the corniche
- There are a lot of tables outside
- A toilet inside and it is clean

Cons:
- This branch has a little space inside - not everyone is able to sit there
- There was only 1 person from the staff at the counter (why only 1?), thus, we needed to wait for 5-10 minutes to have our order prepared
- Likewise, the staff was tired or unfocused - he put a lot of syrup in my coffee - I was not able to drink it normally because it was too sweetened (given the fact that I order this coffee regularly)
- The sink in the women toilet is clogged

I understand that nothing is perfect. I do hope that this branch will fix the existing problems. Good luck

Enjoyed a nice morning coffee with fountain and lake view. There was one person behind the counter and he was very nice. Calm relaxed place, I liked it. Parking is super easy, and free with receipt.

This Caribou Coffee location is truly a gem - not only is the seafront location stunning, especially at dusk, but it's also a great spot to relax and study. The yellow lighting and seafront make for a beautiful and relaxing backdrop while you sip on your coffee and hit the books.

The baristas were friendly and welcoming, making sure that my visit was a pleasant one. They also served up a great cup of coffee that hit the spot. But what really makes this location special is the setting. Whether you're looking to unwind or get some work done, this location is the perfect complement to a peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Caribou Coffee location, especially if you're looking for a great spot to study or unwind. Nice coffee, good service, and quiet ambience. Great place for a meeting, study, reading etc.while sipping away on some great coffee and the view of the Sharjah waterfront.

Place is good and clean but the food they served was bad, felt old. Croissant was way too oily and not at all fresh. The staff (a lady) was not understanding anything we asked for. Bad breakfast experience!

Worst employees I have ever seen if you ask them anything they’ll horribly get mad example: wifi password, to serve to your table… I love caribou coffee but I can’t come to this branch. No wifi no service… plus above that they’ll get mad at you for no reason I recommend not going to this branch or else you’ll hate caribou for life

Amazing place to have coffee specially during evening. Have lots of seating spaces indoor and outdoor.

Very nice staff, i tried something new and i didn't like it, so they replace it for free with something else.

A nice place at AlMajaz WaterFront with an outdoor seating, provides all carribou products drinks, sweets and bites. They offer a good collection of coffee beans packs from light to dark roast, they offer grinding and professionally aware/ advise the suitable grind refernce to your choice and your coffee machine.

Staff are nice and they do their work perfectly and happily. Cafe Indoors is neat and clean, and cozy to have your cup of coffee anytime.

The place is crowded, tables are close to each alng the waterfront side, its uncomfy and noisy with people chatting/ shouting all around you. All tables at the outdoor seating aren't stable and swinging, you barely can find a fixed firm one to use.

At this location staff is cold. They treated me like I was a homeless person looking for a place to sit. Because i was in my hiking gear. Even after I bought 55 aed in stuff they still have me dirty looks

Staff are so accomodating. The coffee ice or hot was and are always superb. Blueberry muffins are heaven. Cant wait to have a visit again.

Good coffee, calm and good place for conversations and to chill. Good staffs, really welcoming and friendly. Do recommend.

A nice place to have a cafe and cake. In the hotness of summer time Sharjah, Caribou Coffee gives you some cooling moments. Prices are turists prices, but if don't care, my recommendations.

Always an amazing experience at Caribou, this particular one is worth going for the view at sunset the location is apt for a good evening out and special recommend the turtle mocha.
