Up to the minute- billing experience felt so futuristic, yet so simple- staff was so helpful and made my first time go serene and uncomplicated

Amazing chef! His hands are golden, he has a particularly fast speed to satisfy the customers. Enjoy your new at Carrefour!

This Carrefour is just the right size for me. Not a gigantic one like the one in Mall of Emirates or City Center Mirdif, but also not too small. I think the size is on par with the one in Ibn Battuta Mall. You'll find everything that you need and can shop in peace with way, way less people than in Dubai. That's my favourite part.

Very bad customer service.
In customer service desk the person I ask him anything.
His answer mafi maloom.
So bad 30 min waiting in section no one there.

Honestly the worse delivery service, they came under the building and said we can’t deliver anymore and just left without an explanation. And now the call center keeps leaving me on hold for no reason what so ever.

As we are all aware, carrefour hypermarket is a great choice for grocery, electronics, and home appliances.

Staff are supportive and helping.

Lately they developed many options for shoppers such as snack and refreshments for those who'd like to take bite.

Also they offer many options for many tastes and needs.

When it comes to electronics and home appliances, the staff are neutral to describe both pros and cons of each item.

Also they introduce many means of checkouts to manage the flow of the high-numbers of shoppers thay helps to shorten the time needed.

Home delivery option is quite attractive. You leave the trolley and they will deliver stuff to your home. I am not sure however i think minimum.purchase should be AED 200.

Big, accessible, and not too crowded. It's a closer one to home, so we don't need to travel to Ajman or Mirdif

Carrefour is always a go to place for anything you need. So.etimes they have nice deals sometimes their products are expensive.

A very good branch like all others. But Avoid using scan and go in your mobile, when i pay using it they charge me the amount but the bill not come out, then the staff ask me to scan again the code on screen and pay by card, so i paud same amount twice. I went to customer service and i show them sms and evwn my bank app that show clearly i paid twice. They scan my bill and said they will refund.but this never happened. They never refund and they not bother to contact me

Lots of variety and offers in this Carrefour. Located inside Al Zahia City Centre, ample of parking spaces.

They have improved their baked bread section. Now the bread is fresh and tasty. But the fruit and vegetables section is still much expensive

I liked the new cashier that you can scan your own things that you bought and pay normally without a person doing it for you also there is an assistant that could help you if you need anything it's easier.

This branch of Carrefour are charging different prices in cashier than the displayed prices. This issue happened today (14-5-2021) around 1 pm. Their deputy manager can’t do anything except giving false statements and excuses, and wasting customer’s time. You have to be careful when buying from them and you have to check each single item.
