Chennai Restaurant

We are regular customers. We order at least 1-2 times every week. This review is about the customer service and not about the food.
Today we placed the order for 2 sets of idli around 7.50 pm. We placed the order early cz both our kids were sick and we wanted to have dinner and put them to bed early. Our toddler who had not eaten the whole day due to being ill requested for idli for dinner.that's why we made order for the same.
However.even by 8.45pm we had not received the order and my husband called and inquired and they said on the way. Around 9.15 pm he called and checked again cz toddler was getting fussy from hunger and tiredness. And the person who answered was very very rude! He snapped at my husband and spoke as if we are given food for free. So much for being regular customers!
He even said that "Just take the food for free". As if we are inquiring the delay just to get free food!
Finally, we did not take the food when it arrived after 9.30 pm cz of this person's rudeness. And thanks to them my sick kid who wanted to eat idli went to bed in hunger!
Today would be our last day of ordering from this restaurant who doesn't know to treat customers.

Worst service staff full of attitude as if we are eating food for free. Worst food never visit here

Worst and very bad attitude and hospitality of staff who is at administration. I don’t know how they are running the restaurant with such attitude. To try, just call and talk to the guy or go directly to restaurant to witness

The shop atmosphere is a little bit dusty because of the works going on outside maybe. Overall it’s not maintained. The food is above average. Taste of south

Authentic South Indian Tamil Restaurant at Muwaliah. Taste is good, Family room available. Affordable price

One of the best place to eat dosa, Vada and poori. Taste was so good. I visit this place lot of times. Food was so good.

Fresh milk tea (2Dhs) very cheap quality
Filter coffee (4dhs) - I would rate zero or minus if it is there.

Mysore pack (1.5 dhs) - it was tasty, we can feel the taste of ghee.

Staff are very unprofessional, doesn't know how to talk and deal with the Customers, They are Strict to their own rules and doesn't support Customers with many Options.

Best lunch here in Sharja Muweilah. Really loved, lunch with banana leaf. Kovakka poriyal tharu maaru.

Visited it after about 4 years. They had enlarged a bit for family dining. The food was good. The surrounding location was not nice /hygienic.

Good food at reasonable price. 4 of us had our dinner there and the bill was around 50dhs. Considering the taste and the quality I would recommend this hotel to all south Indian food lovers.

All Foods are healthy, Tasty and Hygienic. Past 1.5 years regularly had my daily foods. No side effects. Homely Hospitality and rates are very Nominal. Family Room and Garden dining also available.

Worst experience and the phone attender is very rude and not ready to take the orders simply disconnected the call without even taking the orders the incident happend 13th March 2022 20.43hrs.

Don’t prefer this restaurant for buying Wheat parotta as they are using old flour tastes like sour. Had an worst experience today. Really disappointed.

Economical South Indian food joint.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner along with evening tea and snacks available. TASTE is justifiable for the amount you pay. Enjoy your food.

The place in UAE where you get authentic Southern food.

Specially the Breakfast menu is mouthwatering with value for money.

I went there as per my friends good feed backI about the restaurant. But I had a miserable experience with one of the waiter working there. We ordered an item having low price & he was very disrespectful considering the price. I would suggest you guys to learn them good attitudes.

Good south Indian food serve in Banana leaves.hygenically mentaied. Staff are very co operative.

Their food and price is good always compare to all other Tamil restaurants especially lunch and dinner. But after the manager changed few months back all their staffs attitude has changed even though the new manager is doing his good job the suppliers took advantage of his soft nature which makes customers little irritating.

Good food but the parotas are too small better walk more 10 min Tamil nadu restaurant same food with less price and the parotas are also big.

I am not sure about other dishes but so far the best idly I have had in Muweliah commercial, after eating at more than 10 restaurants this was the best one. Idly and wada both are authentic and really tasty. Cost is reasonable as well. This is my personal opinion.

I have got burned rava dosa. I thought it's OK sometimes it happen. So next day. I ordered wheat parota. They have given one parota in small small pieces.

Taste is not good. Near Chennai restaurant.

Other three Tamil restaurant are good (arth muweilah, calicut, Tamil Nadu restaurant)

Nice place to see but takes too much time for a simple delivery. But if you go for big deals then only they will treat you good.

Tried their mutton biriyani. Properly cooked meat but masala was not completely marinated. Slightly different taste from other biriyanis. Also trird masala dosa. Nothing special taste. A little mediocre. Still need to try their thaali

One of the South Indian testy food available place this. Specially breakfast and dinner time. They have very nice different type of dosa and non veg dishes available here.parking front and back side the building available. Friday little crowd. They provide home delivery service also.
