Conceive - Gynaecology & Fertility Hospital

Was very disappointed with my first visit here. Dr. Pankaj needs to learn on how to communicate with his patients. Patients who visit the clinic are anyways troubled with their emotional and physical health and they come to know treatment options and not turned down for their current health. I will never visit this place again.
Another apect the hospital needs to work is on their time management as I had taken an appointment for 9am and I only got to visit the main doctor at 10: 30am which is totally a waste of my time.
Also the ultrasound should ideally being covered under the consultation fees as spending 520 for just consultation is not acceptable and way above the market price and also to spend additionally on ultrasound is just to much.

The best doctors, the best staff in the reception and the best nurses. I went to the hospital after struggling for 10 years with 2 faled iui 1 failed ivf and failed Ayurvedic medecine. Doctor Pankaj found out the root cause which is high insulin in the blood as i had severe PCOD. However i conceived at the first attempt, unfortunately the fetus didnt get the heartbeat by 8 weeks as expected and miscarriaged. I am 38 and as per dr it is common due to the age fact.i m planing to try again. All the doctors are so helpful Dr pankaj, Dr Ruma, Lani, Christie, Bijo, Jayashree, Ahmed, and the Arabic lady in the recption and all other staffs are so helpful and high with humanity. So greatfull to them. I tried level best from my end as well. I did yoga for 3 months continuously before egg collection and i controlled sugar and carbs consumption. Dr did their job and i did mine.sucess came as a result of hardwork from both the sides.staff and doctors are busy mostly during weekend and it is normal with almost all the hospitals everywhere and i dont see that as a weekness.compromise from our end on those minor things are much needed as we are going to the hospital to get our most precious child.
Please follow doctor's instructions properly and do whatever you are supposed to do from ur end as well to see the sucess.i got pregnant for the first time in my life with the help of medical advice of conceive.unfortunately i lost it as heartbeats of the sacks were not detected and keeping fingers crossed to try again. Conceive hospital is tge best fertility hospital i have ever been to and the doctors and the staffs tried their level best to deliver the best service.

My personal Experience with conceive is not at all happy because it just works as a marketing team … First they say’s everything is good in reports you come to Sharjha and get packages… later after failure they just say it happens … later if we call them they don’t have time to listen.they will say everything by mail.for second transfer and all suddenly hike prices without notice. I just lost money because of this marketing team. They just use our situations that’s it …

Well organised and helpful team starting from receptionists to nurses. Prices are reasonable compare to UAE market.

I remember when my wife was referred to this place, she had so much praises about how professional they are, superb staffs and an awesome customer relationship. Just to say a little, her visit there was life-changing

Worst experience with Dr pankaj very rude to patients and does not know how to approach with emotionally broken people.when you are disappointed with negative results, doctor will give you big lectures with some of our negative points!

Very bad experience, never ever suggest to any one, most annoying place, doctors they never advise you, i have lost almost 100k AED with no results, when you are disappointed with negative results, doctor will give you big lectures with some of our negative points, they dont have any mercy, once the money collected then you are done with them.
Please dont spoil people hopes.

I am seeing Dr pankaj with recommendations from my doctor and other friends.i am very happy with his treatment and fingers crossed waiting for positive result. He is very knowledgeable and knows his job well, his entire team is very good.i recommend him highly.

My cousin sister loves this hospital and the doctor and she forced me to come when I was not having any luck in getting pregnant. I didn’t even need to undergo expensive invasive treatments. Simple metformin to control my insulin and I got pregnant with my daughter. Dr. Pankaj is very good at his work and I can see why he is so respected in UAE and in the world.

I fully agree on patients giving 1 star. I went for ICSI 3 times and all failure and not even given any explanations or reason by Doctors. Doctor hardly gave a discount of 5% on 3rd ICSI. I ended up going to this clinic after reading all the comments including negative comments. Seems like I should have really considered previous patients comments. I lost more than 90,000 AED and lots of pains. I stopped going to this clinic and planning to take treatment from back home. I too agree with others comments that Dr. Pankaj hardly give 1-2 minutes to discuss with AED 400 fees and very rude if you ask any doubts. After failure of 1 cycle, they dont even analyze or discuss the reason and immediately start another cycle. Better to wait and take treatment from India for success rate.

Jus visited the clinic.spent 1500 plus dhirams on day 1.they asked me to get 2 tests done from their clinic itself which was twice as priced as other labs, even though I had previous reports from prior tests. They also got a scan done which was around 350 aed without informing us that this was additional charges to the appointment fees.the doc seemed too busy and spent barely 3-5 minutes for a 400 DHS consultation.
He straight away suggested icsi and told us the nurse would explain about it which she didn't, without listening to our point of view. He must have had a reason for his suggestion however as a doctor and for those charges he should have at least guided us and discussed other options before such a big decision. Overall I guess if I even had to go for such a treatment, I'd look out for a more reliable clinic.so beware or be rich!

The doctor and staffs are good manured, they are also very effective. Their success rate is also high.

I want to go for fertility treatmen in this hospital but show all these bad reviews i am really scared to go there.

Don’t ever go to this clinic

By the grace of Allah i have twins with the help of this clinic.but i don't reccomend this place in my experience as i went through very tough time.most of the staffs are rude.doctors are not much concern about patient.they work for money.if humanity saved in this place more than money.i would have back again with my daughters for a visit but they were just worked for money.didnt show any interest to be kind and explain things patiently.iam sorry to say but this is my honest review.i honestly wanna see this place more improved with kind positive staff as i dont want anyone to go through the same.coz people who come and sit there are hopeless and broken hearted.treat them better. I truly felt like i was in a government hospital back in my country.i continued coz i paid already.and my 2nd ivf got successful.for those ladies going through infertility you need more care and kindness and positivity choose a place where you can open your mind to a counselor or a doctor.you cant handle the emotional roller coaster your going through with these kind of staffs.but again Dr pankaj iam so greatful to you please take this message positivly and make the changes so that people can serve better.

Dr Pankaj was not at all interested in improving the health of my uterus which was loaded with complications. He was more pushy to start medicines immediately to make embryos so that the client doesn't run away without giving any business. No counseling, not interested to know details of my poor history. So we dropped the plan to do ivf under him. The sonographyst couldn't identify my fibroid and said it is something seen in pregnant ladies LOL. It was a waste of time, money and efforts even for some stupid insulin tests which was never required at other centres. I only wrote this review to save others from landing at a wrong place.

Dr Ruma is the sweetest doctor i have ever come across my life. She would listen to u patiently nomatter what and answer all queries anytime I called her. Sometimes if a clinic is overcrowded docs try to hurry up to show u the door, and docs become rude. But conceive and the team are very patient. Thank u for that. By the grace of God and with the help of Dr Ruma, i have a son. He’s is a toddler now. Ma Shaa Allah. Though the clinic is expensive, if u have patience and belief, your dreams will come true. Conceive made my dream comes true! After so many frustration, disappointments, and loss of hope from many clinics in dubai who knew rarely how to approach their patients in such delicate and sensitive moment, i checked in in Conceive. It was referred to me by many women. I went with no hope or expectations. Just didnt want to give up and to give me one last chance. I met with Dr Pankaj, such a humble and kind hearted man, who never discouraged me or put in my mind negative thoughts. He just believed i could try one more time. And it worked! I am pregnant of 5 months of a little girl. I will never thank him enough as well as his full team, amazing staff in JLT and Sharjah. From Dayana the receptionist who always treat you as special and welcome you with a big smile, to Alexandra the nurse who is always full of positivity, to the lady in the echo room who is full of reassurance, to Dr Gilbert, who followed me during my 3 months pregnancy and always found the right words to reassure me. I also loved his team in Sharjah: the anesthesist Dr Aziz, who prayed for me to have twins and told me in my ears “ this time is the right one “. As well as all the nurses who work there and with Dr Pankaj.
He has an amazing team, and his an amazing doctor.
Yes the clinic in Sharjah is not a 5 stars, but i went to a 5 stars clinic, paid so much and had failure after failure. So at this stage i didnt look at the clinic anymore but wanted just to have result.

I never write on reviews, as i dont like to share my private stories. But i am writing for any women who is in the similar case that i was and look for the right message. Try, try and try again until you find the right doctor for you. The environment plays a lot of your mind.

on leave then reception took 400Dhs for consulting, we pay after we meet doctor they chage us 300 Dhs extra for what I' don't know, reception team are not qualified at all, no any professional treatment. I.am regert that I been there lose time and money

Can't imagine how Dr. Nishi is treating her patients with so much hatred in her mind against Christians & Muslims.

Seen a tweet of Dr. Nishi singh, wife of owner of this hospital and she questioning ethnicity of muslims and she a communalist. Therefore, it's risk for all muslims who depending them for fertility treatment. A communalist can't become a good doctor. She looks name prior to start treatment.
