Very good and supportive team specially Mr Asim and the prices are mostly similar to the people buying out side market copart should reduce the charges.

I had a good experience with Copart when I bought my first car from them, and it was in perfect condition as descriped, and much cheaper than the market, and the traffic paper arrived with the car which was awsom, and they delivered my car to the garage, and everything was smoth, and easy

Big fraud, all cars stolen exhaust filters and having Machanical and electrical issues, also not going to be passed for registration, huge loss

Poor customer service, cars are welded, prices are artificially high, you win a car for one amount, and in the end completely different price, much higher, the staff is rude and irresponsible, Don’t advise to deal with them!

Excellent and quike service well trained staffs any query or information they give correct information

I have been observing COPART from a month.they are doing Fraud with people.i have been dealing with cars from the past 8 years and what i observed is they do biding themselves on cars which makes you bid high and high as per the human physiology we try to win things and if you giveUP ON BIDING the car is still their on next auction which is insaneLY FRAUD.i saw salvage Camry 2009 model going for 14000 UAE dirhams.which is it self a big fraud coz the running car price on road is not more than 8k to 9k.it is very sad that we can not relie on any one in this generation.

Copart is the best Action in UAE more than 10 year I have business with Copart I am happy with them all the staff is good special manager Mr asim Mahmood.

Big lairs; they don’t tell about all issues in their cars as they post false photos. Their fees are very high; I bought 4 cars from them and I had very bad luck in all of them. One of the cars I bought had a problem in engine chassis and transmission and they didn’t mention any of that. They only allow u to see the car which is far away from city center and don’t allow u to test it. DONT YOU EVER BUY FROM THEM

Completely unsatisfactory with the customer service! The staffs are having very bad attitude towards their customers. The staffs are not even properly trained regarding the company’s rules and regulation they keep changing about what they say everytime. The staffs tell different things before starting an account but once the account is created they flip their words. Extremely pathetic knowledge regarding their own policies! They dont even know how to deal with their customers it’s a waste of money and time. AED 20,000 is kept as an idle money in from more than 60 days.
Extremely pathetic never recommend it to anyone.
