Honestly the worst experience I had. Very unprofessional staffs and doctor. Idk about other doctors but Dr. Radha for sure is very unprofessional. They make you wait for hours just cause they're busy consulting some other people to get more customers, often times they bite more than they can chew and let's just not talk about what they did to my skin. Dr. Radha acts busy all the time and doesn't has the time to talk to her patients even during consultations. She's selective with whom she wants to spend most of her time with. They ruined my skin condition. It actually looked better before the treatment. I wouldn't suggest anyone to opt for this clinic for lightening their birthmark or such complex cases. They aren't on that level to treat such conditions atleast not Dr. Radha for sure.

I went here many times. The (Philippine?) receptionist is ALWAYS rude and unhelpful. All other staff are nice and helpful. Hope they get a new receptionist.

Over priced especially if you are UAE local first negotiate the cost before starting any treatment.

I have been left in the middle of procedure because the doctor went to attend another patient even though I had an appointment booked for a month and my treatment was already in process. Extremely unprofessional with no regards to patients time. Will not go back
