Very good and brilliant travel agency along with their service , I booked my mom visa renewal by airport to airport , it was very quick , easy and smooth . Thank you Pavithra the agent staff who was so professional and friendly and she really took care of service we took that time to make sure all is fine . I ll definitely recommend this travel agency to my friends in UAE .

Excellent Service

We went there to apply my grandmother 60 days visit visa after being disappointed from the Sharjah HQ Branch. Sharjah HQ branch wasnt responsive and wasted our 3 days in applying visa. In this branch, Mohsin helped and guided us. We luckily got it in 1 day.

Very poor service only eating people money pleaee don't waste your money to apply from cozmo they are only playing. When you pay after they will say your visa application rejected

I applied for 3 months visa for my family but it was cancelled due to pandemic. It was refundable that time but when i ask the staff to resolve the issue they were not interested to help me. The staff that assist me before also was replaced and as if the people there doesnt want to help me at all. Poor service i will not recommend them.

Not answering the WhatsApp messages and no value of customer as they deal with. I recommend noone go to Al Nahda Sharjah Cozmo travel poor quality and dealing. I had good experiences before the branch near national paint but Al Nahda branch.

Easy and quick visa process from Cozmo Travel I have been using their services since quite sometime. Team is quick and responds to all queries.

Very irresponsive staff, I'm the single customer waiting in Sharjah alnahda branch, only available staff named mohxxx, ignoring and chatting in phone over 30 mins, very un attendive, poor value to the customer, not responsive. Is this the standard for Cozmo? Shameful.it's not a reputed one in function, only by the name.

I usually don't go online to comment but the group forced me to. Booked ticket this time won't do ever again. The attitude of the personnel is sickening to the least
