Cozmo Travel Muwaileh

This travel agency Cozmo Travel filed absconding to my son 16 yrs old however they knew that he have a return ticket already. They took 1250 aed from us to clear the absconding on Nov 29. We rebooked the ticket 3 times due to their false promises and it cost us so much of money and time. The overstay supposedly only for 2 days but since they filed absconding they delayed the removing of absconding eventhough we paid already from 2nd day of overstay until it reaches 5 days overstay. They took 500aed from us for overstay of 5 days. Such a very disappointing experience with them most specially my son is underage and to put absconding case is not acceptable. They ruined the travel record of my son.

Very good services specially khurram munir has very professional approach really appreciated.

Worst and cheating experiance.for my booking they charged more than 300 dh than air arbia online price.original amount 1950 and they charged 2278 and no proper reciept of fair charged.

They are playing with the people when you pay after they will say your visa is rejected and they will not refund the money

Worst customer service, I took air ticket from here and the flight was delay one day and they didn't inform me, nobody attend the call also if we try to call their office number, I will never use this Cozmo travels service again in my life.
