Crystal Plaza Hotel

I Book through agoda, they mention Newley it was newly renovated but it’s not.and room is dusty dirty and also bad smell.and bath room is the worst dirty dirty dirty and there is no room service or change bed sheets for 3 days I ask to cancel through agoda and the hotel manage didn’t agreed, I will not recommend this place at all!

I don't know how this hotel has 3 stars even though it does not even reach the level of one star. The bed is as if you were sleeping on the floor to the point that my body continued to hurt for the next day. The floor is dirty, with worn-out pillows, and all the furniture is not fit.

Budget friendly hotel with free parking. It's old and the way to parking is narrow not sutable for big cars. But it's worth for the rates.

2* hotel, that probably says it all. Old shabby rooms, falling apart furniture, smell of dampness, cockroaches and bedbugs in some rooms. Transfer to the beach once a day. When boarding the bus there is a crush and swearing, because there are not enough seats for everyone. Pros: free excellent beach (Al Khan Beach), room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every other day. The staff is friendly, except for the receptionists. Still, I don’t recommend it

This is the good place for staying because this is the centre of city. And also not to much busy

I am Subash, I stayed in Crystal Plaza from 2.7.2023 to 11.7.2023. My headset worth 250 AED is lost. I am going to file a case.

حتى نجمة ما يستاهل ما كلفوا نفسهم حتى ينظفوا السجاد وآثار الغبار على السرير وأيضا كيس شوكلاته فاظي مرمي تحت الطاولة من آثار من سبقنا وريحة الغرفة سجاير …. بصراحة لا أنصح أحد به وهذه آخر مرة أحجز في هذا الفندق لا وبعد حاطين برأ أنه أربع نجمات والله ما يستاهل.

‏اعطيتهم*بس عشان أشارك في التعليق الفندق الزباله حقة هنود ‏استقبال الزباله واكثر من الزباله ‏الغرفة ريحتها عبارة عن دورة مياه ال باركن لازم تكون سواق عشان تباركت ما يستاهل تحجز في أبدا أبدا ثلاجة اللي في الغرفة ما تشتغل ‏صار لي ثلاث ايام أكلمهم يغيرونها ولا غيرها ‏ ‏ما أنصحك في أبدا أبدا تدفع زيادة ولا تسكن شي السرير لو تنام عليه تحتاج مساج المثل الحطب غلطان الي يسكن فيه

No customer services bad attitude dirty and smelly room old furniture over all very very poor management

Last time we visited there, the receptionist was very rude to us. It's better if the management could take care of your own employees, who could spoil your hotel's goodwill.

And arrange an immediate billing system as you are taking interest to collect money.

Mold growing every where in bathroom not cleaned properly.
Broken bath tub and unsafe to step in and out.
Poor maintenance picture was from the when was new. I found out there big problem with booking company and management who's falut is I do not knew but government should step up.

One word, "Terrible! " They put me and my wife in a room that had severe black mold growing from the air condition vent.

The parking not fit my van
The room is very old and the humidity destroyed the pant
Break fast is very poor
No facilities for making tea in the room

Party hall is good. Food just fine. Outside food not allowed to the extent of ice cream (which they dont provide). Never make mistake of going into the parking of the building unless you are riding a toy car.

لكن يوجد مشكلة واحدة يصعب التعايش معها بالاقامة بالنسبة لي و تركته بسببها
الماء حار ولا يوجد ماء بارد فتتعرق بعد الاستحمام مباشرة

I called the receptionist to request for a plate and fork in the night, they never deliver it to me till I checked out the following day, also the bed is not good at all, you cannot even kneel down on it, all your knees will be bruised.

Good Business hotel. Minimalistic but neat amenities. Centrally located in Sharjah. Close to Mega Mall, Corniche equally. Car parking, gym, wifi, 24*7 security, Forex, etc. Also, a small banquet hall for parties and gatherings. Stayed there during the pandemic; the hotel was managed beautifully according to quarantine and social distancing rules. In house Food is good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Wrostless experience Room are not cleaned, washroom also A/c is not working I cal room services to check a/c is not work he told me you can adjust that time staff behavior is very rude.

It was the worst hotel experience ever! From the service, facilities, staff especially the security was not friendly. Parking was really horrible! We can heard the staff talking outside our room and that time our neighbours has baby crying the father of the baby was talking so loudly on his mobile. And cockroach everywhere! We booked hotel to relaxed ourselves but that was opposite from what we expected. Really not recommended this hotel!

لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا، عن تجربة شخصية اسوء فندق يمكن الإقامة فيه، الفندق قديم جدا ويستحق أقل من نجمة، المكان ملئ بالحشرات، ومرفق لكم بعض الصور، وايضا اسوء موقف للسيارات في الامارات، يمكن ترشيح الفندق كاصغر مساحة موقف بتصميم جدا سيئ، جميع المرافق قديمة، اهتمام المالك باستقبال الفندق فقط اما باقي الفندق قديم و متهالك وغير نظيف، وهناك روائح داخل الفندق مثل مياه مترسبة، التلفاز الذي في الغرفة 20 inch اعتقد، يعتبر جدا صغير، ولا توجد به قنوات، اثاث الفندق أيضا قديم، زر التكييف في بعض الأحيان لا يعمل، السعر جدا عالي بالنسبة للخدمة المقدمة، الفندق لا يوفر مراقف إضافية، انصح بستأجار موقف في الخارج أفضل بكثير من المواقف الداخلية، يوجد الكثير من الخدوش و القمامة في المواقف و ذلك بسبب ضيقها، ارجو التأكد من الغرف قبل الإقامة وشكرا

لا أنصح بالحجز في هذا الفندق لعدم المصداقية والتلاعب بالحجوزات ، حيث قام بالغاء حجزي المؤكد و المضمون بالبطاقة الإئتمانية

Folks, let me share my first time experience of an Hotel Restaurant - Iftar Buffet as a blogger. Recently I visited @cph_sharjah to review their Iftar Buffet. It was a nice setup with Iftar snacks, main course, desserts and drinks. For Asian people, this is a good option to try their menu. Their menu included Dates and Rooh Afza along with soft drinks.
For Iftar Snacks – Onion pakoda and chicken pakoda;; both were nicely fried and well done.
The main course was eye catching –
Rice - It included Chicken Biryani, Zeera Rice, Veg Noodles – All were too good to eat
Curry – Chicken Manchurian, Chicken Curry, Mix Vegetable – Good mix of spices
BBQ – Chicken Afghani – Real Taste
Bread – Lachcha Paratha
Desserts – Caramel Orange Pudding and Gulab Jamun – Both were prepared to perfection.

Guys, do visit and experience this Iftar before Ramadan ends.

Worst And RUDE staff.
From receptionist (Filipino girl and Body-builder guy) to cleaner, anyone can start shouting at you and be rude.
Be careful of your respect and their rudeness. Worst people!

Its a nice hotel with ample parking facilities. The location is quiet good, its at the road point with good looking structure.
The staff are very cooperative helpful and efficient.
The rates are so reasonable and its very accessible to even duabi and ajman.
The environment is cool and sound free and they maintain a food will there.

Good location, however the rooms are not worth your money (even if its reasonable), the accommodation is uncomfortable, rooms were stained. You can probably consider choosing a good hotel at a better cost around the same area.

I booked this hotel for 21 days.at the first day the behaviour of manager was so rude.then he give us 3rd class room Nd then my brother come to visit they didn't allow him to come in my room.manager have bad attitude I'll recommend go sleep on street but not come to this hotel

First room was in bad state. Was moved to a second room. Family came to visit days after arrival. Was stopped at elevator telling us that no one is allowed to visit without permission. Not only the staff embarrass us Infront of everyone, they gave us bad attitude when questioned why. If it was for my safety then they need to have female cleaners as I get about 4 males in my room which is very uncomfortable as it is my personal space. If I had known that my family was not allowed in my room then I wouldn't have paid for 21 days. There will never be a 3rd time booking with this hotel as I feel the manager doesn't understand that we pay for his wages. Customer is always right.

التقييم نجمتين للنظافة وطاقم الاستقبال والميز فقط. بالنسبة للأسعار ليست مقبوله وتحتاج إعادة نظر. لأن نظام الغرف غير مريح تجد في كل غرفة باب أو بابين مغلقة من الداخل حيث تصلك أصوات الشقة التي بجانبك ناهيك عن الإزعاج وكذلك مواقف السيارات ضيقة جدا جدا

This is a bad place all over the world. Because there are so many cheating people living here. The staff here are also very mischievous. Don't hurt to go here.
These are my experiences. I've had a lot of trouble here. And have also given me financial loss.
If the hotel owner is looking at my writing, I request that the bad morals and thieves kick people out.

Really not recommended hotel. Rude staff, bad location, no parking and worst of all they will never let anyone go up doesn’t matter if its brother, cousin or a friend!
