The worst place ever. Please to all people, pay attention for all of these fake good reviews. This place should be given less than one star, they just care about how they take your money, then they will give you a fake treatment.

They are very cooperative and they offer fast services, Laser is so good and fast and not painful

المكان نظيف والموظفات بشوشات والشغل ممتاز الا موظفة الاستقبال اسلوبها غير لائق مع الكاستمر

تجربه سيئه جدا بالنسبة لإنقاص الوزن ٨ جلسات ابر تذويب الدهون و ٨ جلسات اجهزة تكسير و بأكثر من 4000 درهم لكن الوزن الي نقصته ١ كيلو

اسوء تجربه لي في مركز طبي موظفين الاستقبال اغلبهم تعاملو معي بجلافة وفوقيه اعدادهم كثيرة وغير بشوشين

The service there was excellent and the receptionist Mira Jamil Zineddine was efficient and professional, she is very knowledgable and gave me a lot of advice. Thanks and I would definitely visit again.

The worst ever they are not organized at all they are good in collecting the money but when you come to the point where you have to get your service which you had paid for it earlier it takes ages and they are giving you appointment like let’s say at 3 o’clock and when you reach you will be shocked that they had gave 20 customers more the same time appointment the staff there not helpful and they don’t know how to deal with the customers you will find a lot of staff had been joined recently but nothing had been changed the service standard still very low the best thing there when they tell you that the complaint dept will get in touch with you and you will never get a call haytham and Khalid example of the worst experience no transparency at all I don’t recommend them at all

تجربه فاشله و للأسف ما بيرجعوا المصاري (حطيت فلوس و آمنت فيهم و صراحه خسروا ثقتي من بعد هل موقف. حطيت فلوس ع اساس حجزت موعد ما كملت المبلغ اصلا حطيت نص و ما استعملت الفلوس ب أي شي حرفيا يعني حتى دكتوره ما شفتها ع الفاضي حطيتها عندهم و ما قبلوا يرجعولي ياها ولا انهم ينقلوها ع شي تاني لان الشئ الي حطيت فيه مصاري ما وثقت يعملوه فيني بعد تجربه ال ليزر ال فاشله صراحه جسمي تحسس و ما وقفت علي في كثير ناس غيري بتشتكي من موضوع نصب الفلوس و ما يرجعوها) مع الاسف حاولت كثير ارجع فلوسي بس الله يسامحكم مع العلم معي فاتورة تثبت كلامي و بس

They have offers at very reasonable prices for different types of services.
The clinic is over crowded and the waiting time is longer.
Once I entered the dr room, been waiting for another 20 to 30 min for the dr to come and accommodate me.
She did the procedure very quick, didn’t take time to discuss with me the sides effects.

تجربه كانت سيئه جدا. لايوجد مصداقيه قي تنفيد الخدمات الطبيه يعني شغلهم اي كلام وعندهم الماده اهم من ارطاء المريض. وتنظيم المواعيد عندهم زييييييييرو 000 مع اتفاق وشهادة الجميع مافي حد سارلهم ما اشتكى من سوء المواعيد والتنظيم واذا عندج فلوس عندهم مستحيل ترجع لج المفروض ياخذون مبلغ الاستشاره فقط دام الغلط منهم بعدم الالتزام. كنت ناويه اسوي اسناني عندهم دخلت على الدكتور علي انه فقط استشاره لكن الدكتور قنعني بأسلوبه المتملغ المهم أصر على ادفع 3000 درهم عشان العرض مايطوفني وافكر وارجع له واذا ما حبيت
ترجع لي فلوسي لكن طحت في الكمين لين اليوم صارلي ٣ سنين فلوسي ما رجعت
ت وما اقدر اخذهم بأي شكل من الأشكال (كلمه وحده اوصف فيها هذي العياده ه نصابين ومحتالين ن وشحاتين اختارو اللي يريحكم فقط يدورون الماده

If I can give 0 as a rate I would, the worst service ever. If your appointment is at 4pm expect to get your service at 6pm. Minimum of 1 hour waiting and I actually waited for 1 hour and thirty minutes and I can see people around me who are here before me and still waiting until now. Never coming again to this place no matter what are their offers Worst service and worst clinic EVER! Its already 6: 12 PM and I am still waiting…

I have booked my laser session for full body for a very cheap price, firstly I got suspicious, but I asked about the machine they use and it was Cynosure, american. I know the machine, it's really good. When we arrived for our appointment at 9 am we had to wait for about 30 minutes, which was still OK. The customer Service was fine, the laser therapist Sayna was a pleasant lady, asking and checking on me. She did good job, not missing any spots. The rooms are cold. They give you a blanket, mine didn't smell good. Also they should use more paper towels for each patient on the bed. I'll see about the results of the laser and update my review later. In general all good, but the rooms should be renovated, smell better. Otherwise the place has lots of customers.

The service was great specially that the staff was very friendly and the offers were very affordable

Everytime it is the same story I have been coming here for the past six years and nothing has changed unfortunately.i always complain and Everytime with the same feedback.unfortunately their system despite being new it in tolerable! Waiting is always 2 to 3 hours min

مع كل احترامي لهم، و كنت شايف نتيجه من العلاج، لكن خدمه جدااا تعبانه. اخر جلسه كانت لي حق ال EMS و خلوني روحي ف الغرفه حتى يوم خلصت من الجهاز كنت ازقر على السستر نص ساعه ما حصلتها. شليت الجهاز روحي و طلعت و ولا تصلو فيني ولا شي. هني بينتولي انه يهمكم الفلوس بس و صراحه على هاي المعامله اخر مره ايي عندكم.

قمه التعامل و الرقي مع الموظفة نور. و سرعه الاستجابه ف حال الشكاوي. وانتهاء فصل الانتظار في داماس

السلام عليكم. اسو عيادة في العالم اقسم بالله لو رحت علي عيادة بيطري يمكن احسن منهم!
1-ركبت عندهم فينير مش نفس المطلوب. احس حالي سنجاب. طوال

2 -كنت مركب فنير قبل ما اجي عندهم ركبولي حشوات مؤقته بعدين شالوها وركبولي الفينير اقسم بالله بمدة اسبوعين كل يوم يطلع من اسناني بقايا من الحشوات المؤقتة

3-مافي دكتور معين يتابع حالتك كل موعد عند دكتور ثاني بتكون قايل بعض الاشياء الي تعاني منها الدكتور الثاني ما بيعرف عندها (سلطه الموضوع)

4 -انتظار اقل شي ساعه بعد الموعد

5- بعد 5اشهر لليوم وجع كل يوم في الاسنان علي البارد وعلي الحشوات بمعنا الحرف (خربو اسناني)

6-ملخص الموضوع اوسخ شئ في الحياة لمن يكون الطب تجاره وهذا ينطبع عليهم (يوم ادعي عليهم) اقسم بالله كل حرف قلته صح100‎%‎

اكثر شي ندمت عليه في حياتي سويت اسناني ابتسامة هوليوودحرفيا دمرولي اسناني حرفيا تشوهت اسناني. الدكتور مب ملم بالشغل و المادة (الفلوس) عندهم اهم من المريض لا انصح لا انصح

Very bad service i kept calling for two days to make an appointment but no one answered me and finally when they did they didn’t give an appointment and told me that they will call me back but they never did and when I called them to check still the same no answer

المواعيد على فترات بعيده و انتضار الدكتور اقل شي ساعه الى ساعتين
و في الحالات الطارئة يجب الانتصار من 30 دقيقه إلى 1: 30

One of my worst experience with Filler I went to the Doctor, on February 2019, I don’t remember her name and she wasn’t kind when she talk and explain about the filler or smiling at all but I said it’s ok when I do it she didn’t show me the name of it or do it in front of me I paid 1800dh but didn’t get any result at all and I won’t go to her at all and never recommend it to any one any by the way she said the filler stays for 8 months to one year heheh and the problem I didn’t see any result that makes me happy

Plus you have to wait almost one hour to clean your teeth even though you have an appointment they keep you wait so I really don’t recommend it anymore and I won’t come back to this clinic.

الليزر عندهم اوكي بس بالنسبة لتنظيف البشرة وعلاجات البشرة ما انصح اي وحدة تسوي عندهم.
وقبل ما تسووا اي شيء اسألوا وتاكدوا. قالوا لي الاستشارة مجانيه بالنسبة للبشرة وانا طالعه قالوا ادفعي 250 درهم. الاستقبال عندهم نص نص في عيادات افضل بكثير

They are the worse medical center ever, me & my friend took an appointment for Hydrofacial (they post that there''s an offer on this service, which is not an offer it's the basic Hydrofacial price and it's mentioned in their price list), we waited in the waiting area for more than half an hour, then when they started this service it didn't take more than 20 min, unprofessional stuff very bad service, we informed them in the center that this's not what we were looking for and we are very disappointed.
We wrote comments on their instagram page about their bad service they deleted, they don't want people to know how bad they are, now i have doubts that who gave this center 4 or 5 stars are from their staff's.
I really don't recommend this medical center, it's waste for your money.

رحت مع صديقتي كان عندها موعد في قسم النسائية وحبيت اجرب عروضهم في الجلدية نصحوني اعمل تنظيف الهيدرافيشيل روعة وسعره بسيط اكثر من ساعة تنظيف عميق لوجهي
بصراحة ارتحت كثير الأطباء ودودين ويجابون على جميع الأسئلة
ولما سألت عن المركز طلع كثير معروف مبين من كثر الناس ما شاء الله زحمة

This is my 4th visit for treatment the Doctors are very professional and friendly, the service is very good and the price and offers are good too. The staff feedback is immediate and i always get the best attention. I really recommend this place.

I had very bad experience with this medical center,
I get sms offers all the time and I asked them to stop it but no way, so if you have to go there don't give your real number or you will stuck on it like me

I will never go to this very low customer service clinic, i had an apointment at 4pm, reached the clinic at 3: 30pm, the recetionist confirmed my apointment is 4pm, I waited inside the clinic till 4pm, I entred to the room, removed my scarf, wating on the bed for the technician, the receptionist came and told me thaf i need to leave the room because we have another client she has to enter at 4pm, I was really furious and could not imagine this very bad attitude. Friendly nurses and high quality machines. This is my first beard session it was really amazing. The reception team is soo friendly and helpful. Thumbs up for damas clinic

Very bad treatment especially from Doctor Amal Wagih! Never go there for Botox or any plastic treatment.don’t get fooled with their offers & coupons or discounts.it’s basically a totally mess. She did a Botox & filler for my mom under the eye brows & after 2 months later she is still swelling and she looks really bad. Totally unprofessional.beside the reception team & bas system appointment.
Zero stars.
We will file a complaint ASAP.

Doctors and nurses are really good.prices are fair.the machines are new.the environment is clean.the location is a bit far for me.but its okay.

However, scheduling an appointment, or calling the receptionists or the call center and the waiting time is literally literally awful SUPER BAD.they cancel ur appointments without u even to know.u need to wait hourssss there for nothing.they have a big big big chaos in this sytem.i have been going to this center since years.i have done so many things there.so far im happy with the services and the payments.but not with their reapect to the patients time and appointments.its really BAD
