The staff are very ignorant and rude.
They confirmed that books will be available on a specific date and on that day completely denied ever saying it.
They don’t keep their word and ignore the customers. Horrible experience, would give 0 stars if that was possible.
I would suggest any other bookshops that treat customers with respect.
