The food quality at this place is just not up to par, and it's frustrating that no one seems to address the issue. I strongly advise against going there. Save yourself the disappointment and look for a better dining option. Your taste buds and wallet will thank you!

One of the worst experience here, the manage he is so badly communication with me as a customer, he manipulate while delivery he promised that he will share card machine but when I receiving he don't have machine and start argument tat I didn't mention after tat he said send back tat order
I wait for almost half an hour after tat if I am not getting my food then I have to order once again then I need to wait for a half an hr.
This company doing business like this now I don't have any option so I will go wat is available.
Manager say it's not my fault how when I already mention tat I will do card payment in card only

Ordered for Charcoal chicken, & Hummus came with Chick-peas inside not even made properly, on informing back to the restaurant the caller said, " Please adjust this time", Is this customer service? PATHETIC SERVICE

Fresh food, Best Service. Sometime it will take time to prepare the meal but always you will get the best taste.

Very bad service and delivery also too late after more than hour I received my order after calling them 3 time and also they shout to the staff on phone not delivering to customers

The service was great as they are open 24 7. But they need to workout on food. Burger was terrible shwarma was just ok ok and tea was hot average.

Very bad service & unhygienic olace with flies here n there with limited cooling & also for each n every item charge will.be 1 AED extraa as compared to vicinity cafeteria. For getting aloo paratha had to wait for almost 15 minutes & what i got boiled potatoes mashed between two separate paratha like shown in picture

I am living in Al Buhaira Bldg infront of this cafeteria and i love their food specially DUM BIRYANI delecious food

They're shawarma costs 1dh less than AL ras around the corner, but the filing is about half.
Won't be going back.
