نرجو من المعنيين مراقبة قسم التطعيمات لانه اشبه بسوق الخضار والموظفات غير مؤهلات وتعامل تحت الصفر وتحريض الموظفات عند اعطاء التطعيم على اصحاب العمل نرجو المراقبة وشكرًا

خدمة رديئة وبطيئة وظلينا من الساعه ١٢ ظ الي الساعه ١: ٣٠ لغاية ما اخدوا العينات اطباء كسالا من جنسية معينه؟! وبطاء جدا في الفحص والانتظار طويل وهم جالسين فاضين ما عندهم مراجعين! مافي مسؤول متابع للقسم يحركهم والمختبر فني واحد فقط ياخذ كل التحاليل والعينات من المراجعين ومن الجهات الخارجيه وكتر خيره انه يلاحق ويقدم اعتذاره للمراجعين! ولكن ليس ذنبه! مابيكفي علي المراجعين ومر ٥ ايام من يوم الثلاثاء للان لم يتصلوا بنا لاخذ نتيجة الفحص! وكان من الاولى ارساله عبر الاون لاين مثل فحص الاقامة لكن خبرونا انهم سوف يتصلوا بنا لكي ناتي لناخذه ؟! هل يعقل ذلك في وقت كل شيئ الان يرسل عبر الاون لاين؟ مثل فحص الاقامة؟! لماذا هذا العقيد؟!

I don’t even know why I’m even giving them 1 star as well. I have been calling to them since morning to get answer about small query, and the receptionist is putting me on hold by telling me the operator will answer call shortly. No one is in a mood in this organization to work and to answer queries of the people. IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE

رغم دفع تكاليف توصيل شهادة الميلاد لم يتم توصيلها وعند التواصل مع المركز هاتفيا يتم تحويلك الى الانتظار لمدة طويلة عندها تشعر بالملل وتقرر بإنك سوف تقوم بزيارة المركز بنفسك لكي تستلم شهادة الميلاد.

Very long waiting time to get birth certificate!
First customer service took my documents and said process will take one day, 2nd visit customer service asked me to Waite 30 minutes and I Waite more than 1 hours and still waiting…

i had a wonderful excellent at EHS Al Ghubaiba sharjah clinic every staff member i encountered from the clinic was very efficient pleasant fast and helpful specially Mr. Sherif at room number 6 100% good job thank you everyone let us all wish them success in the future endeavors

مكان سيء من حيث التعامل مافي اي احترام بطيء فالخدمات عشان موضوع بسيط تقعد وقت طويل جدا ومافي اي تعاون المكان يحتاج تطوير من جميع النواحي وبالاخص موظفة المختبر وخدمة العملاء

I am very dishard becoz they don't know how to handle the customer services his behaviour is very good polite they keep patience but they don't know am going there 5 days daily but still they did not update online my medical report the big problem i don't know how i can get my medical report link

I’m not rating the service here. Might be information for parents who has just two names in their passport. When I came here to request to keep my newborn birth certificate parents name as per my passport- they cannot do it - They will add mpassport backside page name (father name) in addition to my original name. So my name will be repeated with my fathers name two times. They don’t have a solution for this - they ask to change my name with three or more ;)

However when I did same thing in Dubai some year ago, I never faced such issues.

I called 8008877 and spoke to Ahmed and Abdulrahman - both are saying we are only managing the facility not the process, called back 80011111. I called ministry, they said it not managed by them call back 8008877.going in circles without an answer!

It showing that the center is opened on Sunday. When I want there it was closed!

Got a birth certificate from this center. The service was relatively quick, but the desk lady was not friendly. The center requires a green alhosn pass to enter.

All personnel are cooperative, helpful and respectfull. Especially the Guy with a Emirates Red Crescent jacket, kudos to you sir. He is all over the area answering questions and giving instructions.

Went for my medical. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process/steps. Was in and out of there in 1.5 hours max I think.

أسوء أسوء تنظيم. و يت موظفة تعصب على الي ينتظرون "الي مب عايبنه يطلع" و تكرر هالكلام لزملائها!

أنا أستغرب كيف نتعامل معاهم أو كيف هم يتعاملون مع المراجعين. يا جماعة اللي ما عنده طولة بال للمراجعين سرحوا للمكاتب الداخلية وبالذات اللي ما عنده اسلوب وغير محترم ويعلي صوته وما يعرف ينظم. يشوه سمعة الجميع. اتمنى من القائمين في مركز طب الوقائي الشارقة الغبيبة الإهتمام بالرد على المكالمات لأن فعلاً طفرنا من الإتصال ومافي حد يجاوب. يعني تخيلوا بعد يا تنصاب بكورونا ب٣ أو ٤ أيام يتصلون بس علشان ياخذون اسمك ومنطقة السكن واذا كنت تعاني من اعراض قوية. ندري إن عندهم ضغط مو طبيعي لكن اذا الإدارة ضعيفة فهذي النتائج طبيعية والاعذار بتكون جاهزه. اذا تحتاجون لمتطوعين لا تستحون واعلنوا هالشي وشوفوا كيف الناس بتهب وبتفزع وكلنا في خدمة البلاد

If you are tested positive and you didn't get to know aboht watch tracker system, you can get your isolation certificate. You will be given with 48 hrs. Dont waste your time in Al bait mutawahid

Reason for visit- Birth certificate.
There was no crowd as such, the staff at the birth certificate was good and the entire process took hardly 10 mins. I got the original birth certificate in English and Arabic.

It is better that you do not visit Nurse Ms. Ruksana at the Department of Preventive Medicine. She is quite impolite and rude to all of her patients. She acts as though she owns the entire institution. She chooses people based on her convictions and preferences. I didn't even need to see a doctor; all they needed to do was prepare the prescription, stamp it, and hand it to me and that was done within 3 minutes.

I am sure, many of the people visited there would have the same opinion.

I am seeing how to take this to MOH.

Note: otherwise, the gentlemen at the reception desk were quite generous and helpful.i will give them 5 stars

Came at 11: 00 am in the morning but the lady in birth certificate department said come tomorrow as they close at 12: 30 and you are late

فحصت كورونا بسبب اختلاطنا باخوي والنتائج طلعت سلبية مع ان الاعراض باينه علينا وزادت في والدتي واعدنا الفحص وايضا النتيجة سلبية وما اقتنعت ورحت مستشفى دبي وتبين ان في امي وفيني كورونا وان الفحص خاطئ والنتيجة خاطئة في المركز. عتابي كبير عليكم بسبب اخذ العينات بصورة غير صحيحة بسبب طريقة اخذها او بسبب المختبر. يجب اعادة النظر في المركز وطريقة عمل الموظفين. نتائج سلبية ادت لانتشار المرض بين عائلتنا بسبب خطأ واضح ومتكرر

No one answers the call, the displayed number is unattended. Which number should we contact? If we have a urgent need.

It is really good to see Sharjah stepping up their customer service. I have come here to do my covid test (after being in contact) and they were so nice and helpful. Finished everything faster than usual, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Can't thank you guys enough. May Allah bless the frontliners, you people deserve our respect and praise

Staff were chit chatting and made us stand for a long duration. They dont have any curtesy. They din't even care when we were waiting with small baby. Behaved rudely when we asked them to process our application.

Very bad experience, waited in line standing for 30 minutes and when I reached the counter they told me they stopped receiving applications.

Currently closed but isn't updated on the website and the staff at other branches aren't aware. Please train your staff?

One week trying to call following my daughter birth certificate till now no one pickup the phone

I called several times and nobody to answer I don’t understand WHY the phone operator has become a doctor I guess, every Centre has someone to receive phone calls and this centre has no one. I am Covid positive and I want to schedule my second test nor the centre is calling me and nor the centre is answering my call I have completed 18 days of quarantine now.

I went to get immuned against hepatitis B and got refered to an indian doctor who was very rude, she told me to go and do the titer test somewhere else although i was in the "Department of preventive medicine"
And when i asked her can i do it here? All what she said was "NO! You cant".
Very bad doctor attitude and very bad experience.

Very bad service at the Sahara Center office.
More than 3 hours of waiting for medical formalities of visa renewal while there were only 4 customers altogether ahead of us. This same process in any of the centers in Dubai will take only 30 minutes maximum, that too with hundreds of customers.
The worst experience.

Hassle free centre, quick service, amazing staff. Specially the staff named Elham at the service counter was so professionally generous, kind and served with great respect. Truly amazing experience.

Appreciate the reduce waiting time and quick procedures here to get the visa medical done quickly.
It is a bit confusing which building to go first then to which building to complete the procedures, just need to ask and go each time that's all.
Normally less crowded and working long hours which is very convenient.
Located near Sharjah indian school and there kacha parking and al available nearby to park and parking won't be of an big issue for visitors, apart from visa medical they have other vaccination facilities also here.

The only thing to be noted is that to avoid this place if it is raining, since it located inside and is in lower area so much of water logging will be there if rained and there are even chances of getting stuck inside also due to this,

Quick service. Had to ask staff but it fine. Overall it's fine as time and quick service is the main concern

Service is quick but the Arab lady in the Female section doesn't know how to draw blood sample. I had a bad and painful experience.

Super fast service with professional staff. Went there for Umrah vaccination for myself and my family. They charge apx. AED 125 per person for the vaccination that can be paid by either cash or card. The sister there was very kind.she charged meningococcal vaccine for my son but also put flu vaccination free of charge.

Service is quick. The staff in Female section needs training. The Arab lady don't know how to do blood collection.

Trust me, compared to before their services have become just better.

I got my medical, xray and submission process done in just 20 mins. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Been there for Umrah vaccination! Its super fast like it took almost 10 minutes from the payment till i have vacination with vacination certificate!
The certificate they give is valid for 5 years for 125 aed!
Normally in private hospitals they charge mostly aed 300+ further they will ask extra money to open file, consultancy and in case if u dont insurance as mostly in case in sharjah, the private hospitals are there to chop your bank account.

Very quick services for emirates ID finger print for residence visa for ladies, completed the services with not more than 10 min, good services
