The best clinic. I’ve been doing full body hair removal for one year and I just renewed my package for another whole year. Also I do soft light with them, it’s the best and I renewed my package again for one year. They have the best staff and best offers! Highly recommended.

المكان يفتقر لخدمه عملاء جيده و حتي مدير لا يوجد للتواصل. خدمه سيئه جدا كل م عليهم هو تحصيل نقود الباقات مقدما ثم اجلوا ٢ موعد لي حتي انتهت فتره الخدمه و رفضوا اني احصل اخر جلسه لي و ذهبت اكثر من مره للتفاوض مع المدير لكنه ليس موجود دائما و خدمه العملاء ليس لهم آي صلاحيات. Don’t waste ur money here they will not give u the full packages they will delay your appointment until they say it’s expired.

ياجماعة الانتباه و الحذر من هذا المركز معاملة سيءة و عدم احترام و قلة ذوق و عدم توافر اخصاءين و حتى الاخصائين لايشتغلون بالمركز يعنى عادى جدا مايكونوش موجودين تانى و حتى يرفضون اعطاءك فلوسك نتائج سيءة جدا ياجماعة الحذر الحذر من المركز ده

بجد احلى مركز من حيث النضافه والاهتمام بالمواعيد ومافي اي تأخير عن ميعادك وبيتصلوا قبلها لتأكيد الميعاد والجهاز اللي بيستخدموه كتير حلو ومابتحسي بأي ألم

افضل مركز ملتزمين بالمواعيد وموظفين راقيين بالتعامل ودكتوره شغلها رائع انصح الجميع بمركز ديرمادنت

الخدمات ممتازه والمعاملة جدا رائعه من قبل الموظفات في المركز واحترام والالتزام بالمواعيد.
سعيده جدا مع جلسات تنظيف البشره مع الإخصائية براء ووجد فرق كبير.

Good Services but bad customer service. They encourage you to buy packages which you should use in one year and they keep cancelling your appointments nonstop

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL - WORST EXPERIENCE. The customer service is bad! I have called them to check promotions and offers, the response was very bad and not cooperative as well as rude. But i gave it a shot and had an appointment for hair laser removal i reached 10 min early to see the room, hygiene and cleanliness of the place in addition to the therapist to have a consultation before the session because they did not offer any type of consultation to know my skin type and recommend the best treatment thus i had to ask for one. Unfortunately my appointment was at 3: 30pm and a customer was still in the treatment room doing a session which is miss management for the appointments and they have asked me to wait for 15 mins which would also need another 10 mins minimum to clean the room for the next patient. I left the place disappointed not welling to come back.

I would thank the clinic for its wow services.it is incredible experience. The staff are relly friendly. Thaks dermadent
