DHL Service Point (DHL Sahara Center)

I’m writing this as a comparison between Sahara and Dubai Mall branch
Last month i went to Sahara so one of the staff and i think his manager or management staff name JALAL coz I asked him his name only. He was so rude with the employee I don’t know for what reason but the way he was speaking to him is like slave and master, His attitude was abnormal and i think it’s the worst example of how management treat there employees. The staff was so calm looks like he doesn’t want to lose his job but even so. Mr. Jalal need to take a lot and heavy training in management and need to be a good leader for his employees of how to treat not only customers but also Humans.
In Dubai Mall I liked them how they speak to each other so calmly and professional

Good service on DHL courrier service but can not satisfy with the customer handling and service.

I visited DHL branch in Sahara Center and i got a quick and excellent service from Mr Salah. He was polite and he's really helpful. I hope he can be promoted too! He know's how to deal with customers. Very professional! Keep it up!

DHL service point in Sahara Centre mall is located next to the Spinneys supermarket which is in the ground floor.

I came now 6: 35 pm they said will be back 7: 15pm
They supposed to assign another agent instead of keeping peoples waiting

I am suppose to get my delivery pack today. Agent came without giving prior notice or call. Delivery perosn was so rude and shouted for waiting 15 mins. Which I was not aware. Delivery was supposed to done at my work place by unfortunately I was out for some work and my office ppl doesn't had any idea.

I am facing so bad situation like when I called
Customer service they said they cannot do much as agent is not answering the call. The package has my clothes and some medicines which is veru urgent for Mr. My courier no is 585830****. Please help me courier from India to dubai please deliver it today itself by 5 pm

I was about to send documents now and the staff said she is doing her exam, at 1pm today Dec. 12,2021, as per her she is on break and no other staff can assist me and also because her exam is important. I told her i will be late at work as well. But she said she cannot assist me. As far as I know, it should be customer first, and she works in a customer service business.

They have a approachable and friendly staff. First time i visited but thier services was great job

Very efficient service and not crowded at all. Also this branch in open until 11 PM so that's really good if you need to drop things late and avoid Sharjah traffic.
