Not recommended, I had order swift weel cup since 27th December 2023, almost one month with promises, not received, their excuse they are not getting it, I paid and ask for refund, he want the original bill to refund me, very bad services.

Most of staff uncooperative.send them order they see and takes like 1 to 24 hours to reply
And most they are reply not available

Once i go to pay i feel my day broke

And the most most most important is the parts
Always missing
Always forget
Take time to arrange
Small parts need minimum 20 min

Hope u will change ur policy and think outside of box

Nobody like to answer the call

I am calling them since 2 days even I sent them msg as well on their WhatsApp

They have parts most of the time in the shop otherwise you'll have to wait 1 or 2 days prices are ok i guess but they're difficult to negotiate with.

Not even a single star i bought a break pads for my lexus for 350AED and they gave me a after market break pads and i ordered the orginal ones and they didnt even want to return it
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THE STOCKS ARE NOT ORIGINAL

If you wanna buy two filters for you car, you need to be ready spend around 2 hours. The worse service.

Very bad response from the sales team. I have been contacting them for whole day and non of the sales person replied to my enquiry. Each time you call they give another number to call and you end up with no response from that number. Very bad experience.
Waste of time dealing with them.

They never answer the phone you call them 100 times they will not answer a single call so why there is landline number should have cancel the land line

Today I had visited this place. I needed few spare parts of Nissan Urvan which I didn't find anywhere.but I found it here.

I had a bad experience from this shop I buy a drive belt for my car and its broken 2day of my purchase and invoice show 3 days guarantee and on 3rd day I went with my broken drive belt but they don't mind and telling it's my mistakes if you want you buy new one then I buy one more drive belt from them but the second one working properly now since a week I don't have any problems with second belt

One of the best spare parts shop in sharjah. They sells genuine parts more ever the staff s are so help full. I Met Mr Haneef he was so friendly and adviceable. Also very close to that they have own service center called "Dhanya". Even there also I felt so happy with their service. My future service destination is only Divya auto for sure
