Good servicing plans but even for diagnosis of car problems they ask to pay 200/-aed! Thats too much. They close by 6.30pm. Staffs communication is not bad.
It's very bad service and I responsible of what I said. I bring my pajero car on Saturday for changing 6 switch and some leakage in the engine, from Saturday till Thursday car in shop repairing, they not respecting time, service advisor informed to pick car at 10: 30am, and they give car at 12: 30 pm and in road test car failed! They not fix issue properly an dnot respecting time, for 5 days only they wash my car? ! I really don't recommended this service center to anyone.
It's one of the biggest dealer in UAE. But you need to be very smart because you can find same product in different qualities and prices. Beware of copy items too.
Gave car on August 3 and after multiple calls got my car back on September 2. My car was damaged from outside because of an accident but when I got my car back i had to change battery and gave again to another mechanic because problem with gear. My car dint work even for a week and now the mechanic says they can't do anything even after spending 1000 dhs. Worst experience with dynatrade.

Well organised place and an excellent service provided by the staff. Good value for time and money. The service center is located opposite to Al tarish electric generators.
I saw all the good reviews here and went to the service center. Moreover, i took their scheme of 60,000 km service booklet (which has service for every 5000 km) on my first visit also. But regret a lot. The service is good but the waiting time makes me to feel like hell. Even Though you take prior appointment, still as you as you enter their office, the security will again give the token to you. Whatever time you go, more that 15 ppl will be waiting there. Very slow progress. Regret for taking the scheme. If you are concerned about time, please don't go here. Waiting time to meet the person is minimum 40 mins and last upto 2 hours.
My visit to Dynatrade Sharjah was good, i had a recommendation to visit them for the service, I didn’t visit over the weekend, the weekday is not that much busy, i gave them my car in the afternoon for major service and it was ready by evening.i am satisfied.you can save some money by taking the service contract but there are some terms and conditions. What i witnessed, they need to upgrade few things which benefits the customers like the check out with Accounts department, payment system etc etc
I gave my car honda Crv auh for service on 1/02/2020 in dyna trade Sharjah branch. After service i could find lots of dirt in side my car i went again inside for clean where helper says he dont know to bow down the car seats. Anyway i live in abudhabi on my travel same night after service with head lights on i could find smoke coming from bonnet which is due to burning plastic from bright bulb. I am really disappointed by the service and care which is given to my car. This is a great mistake from your side for taking things carelessly. I must had got a fine from police for the head light or my car must had got a fire. The receipt clearly mentions they have checked the head lights but still it happened i tried emails phone
The price is relatively better and service is Okay. The Advisor will always push you to get a Service contract. Be Careful only opt for one when it suits you.
Comparing to agent service Dynatrade service package is cheaper, but for changing spare parts from here is not recommended, they will charge double higher than market prize.
وكالة فيها مصداقيه من ناحية الفحص بلا شك ويخبرونك بكل شي قبل لا يبدلون أو يصلحون ولا يغيرون ولا قطعه إلا قبل ما يستأذنون منك.
لكن وكالة تصليح مشهورة ومعروفة ولها سمعه بين الناس تعاملني بهذي الطريقه توصخ لي سيارتي وتحط الورق على الوصخ عشان ما اكتشفهم ويغشوني في هذا الموضوع!
أي مصداقيه بعد هذا الفعل المشين والغموض، للأسف كانت ثقتي فيهم عاليه أما الآن عرفت انهم مجرد كراج تصليح عادي وما عنده أي معيار من معايير الجودة. للأسف يوم الشي مب ما بتهتم فيه ولا بداريه. بؤس الصيانة. للأسف خذلان وغش وفساد
Had to wait long time in front of the reception, no feedback when I am going to be served, was the only one waiting but 3 of the receptionists were busy with one costumer, after complaining 2 times I was send to a receptionist around the corner who was answering phone calls. I just stood up and left!
Poor customer service, today I made around 10 calls but nobody answered the call.at last one lady answered the call and she put the call on hold and she never came back.
This is hell.went to get the service done.told the guy (advisor) very clearly that I am here to get the AC checked.and instead of the AC he was behind all other stuff.he did unnecessary services just to increase the billing.tried reaching the manager for complaint but no response.they have still not provided the bill for what they have charged. I confirmed regarding the same service (all that was done by dynatrade) at the company service centre at Hyundai and it was just in half the price.won't recommend.bad experience.

Firstly you get a call and so nicely they convince you to get their on going offer of free car services and then you spend around 200 and get those free services. When you actually visit the workshop reality hits you hard and then when you have to just wait for an hour to get attendes too. Being the only ladies around their was no one to even ask or guide us and no system no rules no appointment or token system. It was so pissing off and a waste of time and energy. Very very bad service and poor system. But i hope they service my car good enough.
If only I could rate below one star. Had bought their booklet for 199AED.
PS: I had already called the previous day and on the same to book appointment, but they said you don't need any appointment, just visit us.
1. Waited for 50mins. There are almost 10 counters, with only 3-4 of them seated. Upon asking few of them, they asked us to wait for 5mins, every time we asked. Finally when we got restless which is when one of the person asked which car do I have. After knowing it's BMW, he asked us to go the premium counter.
2. Premium counter: There was no one to guide us where the premium counter is located. When we finally got into the premium counter, there was already one customer waiting, with no attendee. The person arrived after 10mins, attended the already seated customer. The person was highly unprofessional, zero customer service skills. Had to wait another 20mins to get attented.
Total waiting time: 1: 45mins (before we actually got attended)
3. Delivery: they promised to collect the car after 24hrs. He said the car has got engine oil leak (not true) and few other minor issues. When enquired if they could fix it and about the charges, I was shocked to hear that they don't have computerized system to handle my car. Why would you accept something if you don't do it! And alignment of my car was also messed up. "Zero knowledge". He had also promised to send report on my email, it's been 12 days, haven't received it yet.
4. After delivery: On reaching home I called the Person complaining about the same, he said it's a minor issue you can fix it anywhere (by paying extra) or come to us we can fix it. This person knows the I've difficulty in traveling to his location. I asked for his manager's number, who never receives my call.
Go there only if you have plenty of time waste, visit them back and forth and mess up your car with their highly unprofessional staffs.
