The Vehicle is give for inspection and checking. I have conveyed as much information about the problem I felt while driving. Except the real problem all the other issues, where they can charge more cash are checked. So there was no solution to the real problem.

Repair was good and fine. John officer is good and explain all repair.dynatrade is big and very big in sharjah.thanks

Dynatrade is good company, been dealing with for years but lately when I went to repair my car after an accident, they told me it will take one week for obtaining approval from insurance company, which is not really good
Better to coordinate with insurance for faster process

Not committed to time, staff busy showing off the place instead of working and finishing things up, worst customer service and staff was very rude. Not recommend because they don’t respect customers and if the place good they should not say we are good as they told me, they should show it

الخدمة جيدة جدا والورشة كبيرة و لديهم عمالة ماهرة والمواقف متوفرة لكن موظفي الإستقبال غير ودودين و التصليح يطول عندهم

Repairs/ Service was a pleasant experience. Courteous staff, quality and prompt delivery of vehicle after Service. Moreover, the charges were reasonable when compared to other Service centres.

Previously I used to give my car service to some other service provider. Last two service I given to Dynatrade I am very much happy with their service. Service done on time and delivered. I am appreciate their way of dealing with customers.

والله الخدمه سيئه والموظفين مافيهم اسلوب ولا يردون عليك صارلي تقريبا 20 يوم السياره عندهم وكل يوم يقولون اليوم وباجر بيسلموني اياها وانا على هالحال لليوم اسوء خدمه والله واصلا مافيهم تحمل للمسؤوليه ابد كجره والمصداقيه زيرو ودقه في المواعيد زيرو للاسف مقارنة باللي في راس الخور دبي الصراحه

I am not satisfied with the work they have done. For minor denting and painting they took 10 working days and there is no finishing in painting. My car is in two colors now:). And the paint job is also not like professional as we can see minor areas not painted or done in a beginner way.

They just have 2 or 3 service agents to deal with both incoming and outgoing vehicles. So poor customer service. Be prepared to wait in their cramped reception.

مكان جميل لصيانة السيارات ولكن فترة الاستراحة يتركون موظف واحد فقط في الاستقبال. نقترح ان نصف العدد يروح استراحه والنصف الآخر يواصل استقبال الزوار. وشكرا

انتقل كراج ديناتريد من الصناعية الى طريق مليحة تقريبا بعد السفير يمين لين الدوار ومن ثم ترجع باتجاه الشارقة اول دخلة عاليمين ومن ثم يسار ، الكراج فيه خدمات التصليح والصبغ والسمكرة وجميع احتياجات المركبات ، الاسعار نوعا ما مرتفعة ، خدمة جيدة وسرعة في تنفيذ العمل لا باس بها

Dynatrade's garage moved from Al-Sinaiyah to Al-Maliha Road almost after the ambassador to the right of the roundabout and then back to Sharjah, the first two entrances to the left.

The place is huge, they need to upgrade the reception and the sitting area, its a little off from the road, you might not get the transport back from there, i called the Cab and it took 5-10 minutes.my experience up till now is good, the service advisor is very kind and listens and understands very well.my reason to visit this place is because they temporarily shifted here from the other place.

They have both accident body works garage and general service options available at the same place. Convenient place to drop vehicle for service for sharjah Muweilah and dubai muhaisnah resident.

The guys at Dynatrade body shop repair worked tirelessly to repair my car. I could have never asked for a quicker service. They always answer the phone when you ring and call back when they say. Really professional. Thanks again Dynatrade! My car looks better than it did before.

A good vehicle maintenance company.but little more expensive than normal garages in roadside. For companies it's good to have maintenance contract.

I ve heard about Dynatrade from the radio ads. It's a place with no order. I had to wait for an hour just to talk to the guy who was sitting there. No queue or ticketing system followed, people simply barge in at their wish and will.

They have a lunch break and during that time, everyone leaves for lunch at once and hence I recommend people not to go there between 1 to 1.30 as your waiting time would increase considerably.

There is no smile on anyone's face. It looks as if we customers are at their mercy and thats how we will be handled by their staffs.

They forced me to take my car back as they claimed that the approval process between them and the insurer would easily take 3 working days.

Avoid lunch time 1 pm to 1.30 pm
Carry all docs
Send the police report to the displayed enail id as and when you reach there.

Good service @ Dyna trade.friendly approach by the staff especially by Mr. Kumar (supervisor) who has been quite helpful in understanding customer's problem and ensuring that the best quality service is being given.

It is a big problem in these days. Time is a vital part for customer service. Customers shouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes to achieve their need. I have wait for approximately an hour to make my application. It is gross.

I would recommend this particular place. I have dealt with them throughout my insurance but what they are special with is customer service and delivering what they promise to you.
I recommend always directly dealing with Mr Kumar because he will always try his best to make you satisfied

Bad services. I asked them to fix my car ac and they damaged my cars dashboard and could not fix it properly.

Their service is getting worse day by day, The staff of dynatrade has manners how to deal with the customers. Inshort they think that they are superiors from everybody now. Dont go there.

Bad experience, not care about customer, long time to give you your car even on very small problem, the person on frame problems is very tension, more worse is they not respect your car, they make painting and wind carry the paint to customers cars.
