The worse auction in world they telling me the delay from Dubai Police but they don’t tell me via email since 14 of April.today I complete 22 working days with out the holiday

All friendly staff. But they all shifted to Dubai office.
Missing a good nebour.

I decided to deviate from the norm and bid in Emirates Auctions despite some colleagues warning me and because I underwent the same experience in other local platforms and it was successful, so I apologize to myself a lot for wasting my time and money in this auction, as I bid on a car and despite paying the full amount within one day of approval, I received The car was 11 days later, and the status had been updated that I received the car, i.e. The sixth day, knowing that the delivery employee contacted me on that day and said that he did not have the keys to the car and he had to wait for the keys to be received and the employee issuing the keys assured me that they were ready and shipped as well. The documents, as until now, after a month has passed, I have not received the documents and paid the full amount of the car, and now I rent an indoor parking lot to store the car because I do not have any proof of ownership. When I contacted the customer service, the response was that the documents take 90 working days (is this reasonable) ?

Very bad customer service, and very bad organization system for the car. I want to see the car, so I want to Dubai branch then they said the car is in sharjah then they check the system again and they said the car in Dubai, They took my ID card and give it back to me after 2 weeks and really This is the worst place to visit and to buy a car from. If I could give them a 0 star I will.

We have sold few cars via Emirates auction. Happy with ur service. Good staff. And got reasonable price.

I have visited emirates auction office and yard in sharjah behind saifzone for viewing one car, I have asked permission to view and then one guy give me a key and told me to find from the yard, it was a big yard and I took almost 10mints to find car, I ask for help from some guys from the yard but they also don't know about that car.

When I enter the office I was hoping a better service, but their service was disappointing

This is by far the worst managed company and staff I have ever dealt with. They have no professionalism and the manager is by far the worst to talk to or deal with. The amount of properties I have purchased from them, they do not follow up, they do not inform you if the property you are bidding for has legal issues, they do not update you and make you run around after winning the bid. They are absolutely horrible and I do not recommend anyone to use this company. I learnt my lesson the difficult way.
