They are very poor in services, no return policy even when you paid for FedEx to return items bought, not used and not installed. They sale you wrong keys when they don’t have the right one, please don’t trust them.

Those guys in Turkey are totally unprofessional and very expensive because they will send you an incomplete order, and they talk like bullies. They're either a bunch of wackos or thieves!
NEVER AGAIN.

They were very professional and fast. Though I never mentioned about a dead car battery, they still managed to break open the car, jump-start and make a new key. Their shop in Al Khan has all the latest key cutting machines and equipments.

Very professional and helpful staff. I had to contact them to help me out to solve a problem and they gave me full support. I didn't notice it was Friday but, even during their resting day, they helped me out.

Staff not very helpfull and not very professional. I ordered an item four before I travelled from UK to collect. When I got there the shop was at 2: 30 on. After waiting for sometimes somone turned. I introduced my self and stated I'm here to pick up my order. Both guys looked at each other said what order. I had to order the item again and they had a cheek to charge me for shipping. Felt let down by Emirates Keys.
