It's absolutely infuriating – even with their so-called premium service, there hasn't been a single contact from them, not even two hours past the agreed pickup time slot. It's beyond disappointing, and frankly, their lack of communication is downright unprofessional. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the premium we pay for it. I raised an online service not from this franchise but really so disappointing.
I had a delivery of my Vehicle Mulkiya. On be half of Mpost one of your employee (Reach Outsourcing) Mr. Aneesh (I think it's fake name) Called me and made the conversation so complicated and he didn't atleast introduced by himself. It's quite sad that you are posting such useless staff on behalf of MPost. Really disappointing.
Very bad experience from Emirates Post. I received very late shipment delivered, and SMS asked for feedback, I was trying submitt 1 start and not good review, but it is not accepting nu their website.
I tried 5 star, it accepted. Wow. Good way to get good reviews.

From Jan 4,5AM shipment was at delivery centre, but delivered today Jan 7,3: 45PM. It taken 4 working days to take shipment from distribution centre to my home, which is around few Kilometres. Because of which, my passport appointment get postponed. Very bad experience. Because of bad management at distribution centre.
